Abstract

The economic fairness a country happen, if the needs of all citizens are met. However, that requirement would be difficult to achieve if unemployment is still going on. Unemployment can be a devastating impact on the economy as well as individuals and society that should be addressed in accordance with the types of unemployment such as the type of frictional unemployment, structural,and cyclical. To overcome this problem, first, the government needs to implement fiscal policy by adjusting spending and taxes by the government with the aim to boost aggregate demand so that domestic output and employment increased. Second, the government needs to implement monetary policy by increasing the money supply to lower interest rates and increase the aggregate demand for products and services produced. Besides, it also provides enough jobs to all existing labor force; increase the availability of job information and qualifications needed working world; to provide guidance to the labor force; balancing rules on employment opportunities; avoid discriminatory the use of labor and promotion of based on race or gender; designing of training program to improve the skills and work experience for unemployed the labor force is structurally; the government directly of hired and trained unemployed in the long term structural; provides wage subsidies or tax reductions directly; pay directly or cut taxes to be paid companies that employ groups particularly unfavorable. Wisdom from the supply side; deliberate action by the government to increase the supply of labor, savings and investments to reduce the cost of producing goods and services that aggregate supply curve moves to right. The government directly employing people who are not able to get a job.

Abstract

This research aimed to provide an illustration of the production amount in order to achieve the value of the break even point.Analysis method used was descriptive-quantitative. The data were analysed using the Break Even Point analysis.The research results revealed that; (1) RPC as a rental service provider of the rice mill of Rp. 250 per kg which has the value of the break even points of production of 27.373.889 kg per year. Its exceed the maximum production capacity of the machine of 25,920,000 kg per year; (2) RPC was not able to reach the value of the break even point of production was only cooperated with one business partner as the use of rice milling services with the highest capacity of supply of 520,660 kg per year

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine and analyze the influence of service quality, complaint handling, and corporate image partially on customer loyalty. (2) To determine and analyze the influence factors of service quality, complaint handling, and image simultaneously on customer loyalty. This study is a survey, the research done on large or small populations. The population of this research is all bank customers Muamalat branch Gorontalo and customers as sample of 100 people. Technical analysis of data using multiple regression using SPSS 22.0.The study results showed that the quality of service and complaint handling significant effect on customer loyalty, while the image of the company has no significant effect on customer loyalty. As for quality of service, complaint handling and image simultaneously significant effect on customer loyalty of Islamic banks in Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the potential, opportunities, and challenge of trade between Indonesia and countries in the middle east. It is qualitative research by using descriptive method. The data is used mainly secondary data, it drawn from relevant institutions, among others: industry and trade, chamber of commerce, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and of the documents related. This study found a variety of potentials, opportunities, and challenges of trade between Indonesia and countries in the middle east, namely: 1) the potential, among other things: the products produced in Indonesia tend to be different from the product produced in the countries middle east region countries, economic growth in the countries of the Middle east are relatively stable. Indonesia has export commodity that was diverse, the competitiveness of Indonesian products is quite high, and the growth of foreign capital in the countries of the Middle East are likely to increase. 2) opportunities, among others: change in economic policy-oriented market economy, relations bilateral diplomacy between Indonesia and countries in middle east has been good, the equation beliefs, it discourse will do the trade in free trade Indonesia between Morocco and Turkey. 3) challenges, among others: Long distance, tariffs are high, less stable political climate, limited support of the financial institutions sector, unavailability of halal certification bodies are gaining international legitimacy.

Abstract

In applying the Islamic leadership in business organizations in the city of Gorontalo has a chance, because it is supported by the people of the city of Gorontalo Muslim majority, who have a philosophy in the local language " Adati Hulo-hulo’a syara’a, Syara’ a Hulo-hulo’a to Qur’ani "( adat bersendi syara’, Syarah bersendikan Kitabullah). Indigenous applied bersendikan on Islamic law and syariah-syariah adapted to customary widely applicable. Leadership is the formation of values, attitude and behavior is needed to motivate yourself and others. The impact of good leadership can build a relationship between leaders and followers to create values are aligned so that the impact on the achievement of corporate goals.

Abstract

Animal trade activity is the most famous trade activity among society loving animal recently. This animal trade activity has a special customer so it can facilitate the trader to meet the buyer. This is reasonable to be discussed in the animal protective law and fikih four mazhab, Because animal protective law and fikih four madzhab have the classification of animals allowed to be traded and forbidden else. This research comes in the kind of normative research. This research is called the library research. This research comes in normative research that observe on the law basis. The approach used is juridical normative analysis approach. The kind of the approach used on this research is conceptual approach. On this research, analysis datum method used on is qualitative datum analysis. The result of this research shows that we as Islamic faithful followers have to submit and obey with the law made by the government unless it rebels our faith as Muslim. It is on the same matter, when it comes in animal trade, Muslim must obey with the protective animal law made by the government to leave the strange animal on trade business, the animal which it’s population has decreased for year by year and the animal threaten lost a all.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to describe the cause of the non-performing loans on the PT. BPR Asparaga Adiguna Bersama and to describe policy in rescue and settlement of non-performing loans.The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Collected data is a primary and secondary data by employing interview techniques and documentation.The result of the study showed that (1) non performing loan to four accasioned factor, that is: the lack of officers accuracy in loan analysis, the bad faith of officers of PT BPR Asparaga Adiguna Bersama, the lack of loan suvervision system, and economic downturn. (2) the effort which wasdone to overcome the non performing loan at PT. BPR Asparaga Adiguna Bersama wererestructuring, rescheduling, foreclosure bail, and write off (account receivable deletion).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of functional supervision (X), which includes examination (X1), Test (X2), Investigation (X3) and Assessment (X4) either simultaneously or partially on financial management (Y) Province of Gorontalo.The research methodology used is quantitative method and sampling by sampling census technique on 75 votes government internal supervisory apparatus at inspectorate office Province of Gorontalo.The results showed that: (1) The control function (X) which includes: Examination (X1), Test (X2), Investigation (X3) and Assessment (X4) simultaneously positive and significant impact on the local financial management (Y) of Gorontalo Province, As much as 73,9% and the remaining 26,1% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied, for example, a performance variable, and effectiveness of financial management. Partially, (1) Examination (X1), positive and significant impact on the local financial management (Y)to 26,9% (2). Testing (X2) positive and significant impact on the local financial management (Y) of Gorontalo Province amounted to 17,4%. (3) Investigation (X3), partially positive and significant impact on the local financial management (Y) of Gorontalo Province amounted to 31,8% and Assessment (X4), partially positive and significant impact on the local financial management (Y) of Gorontalo Province is 27,4%.
