Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation toward employee performance PT. Juang Jaya Abdi Alam Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. This type of research is a descriptive study, which makes the exposure of systematic, factual, and accurate information on the facts and the nature of certain populations. This study used 33 study respondents. The results of data analysis and processing has been found to answer the following hypothesis; there are significant organizational commitment (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 50.6% at 50.6% impact on employee performance. There is the influence of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) 28.3% impact on employee performance. There is the influence of organizational commitment (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 54.6%.

Abstract

This research is eksploratif. This research is intended to make the exposure study systematically,factual, and accurate information on the facts - the facts and the nature - the nature of a particularpopulation. This study used 95 study respondents. There are three variables in this study are: two (2)independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) in which the dependent variable Leadership (X1) andWork environment (X2) as independent variables and Employee Performance (Y) as variable bound.From the data processing has been found that answers the following hypothesis; there is Leadershipinfluence (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), with the degree of influence (R-square) of 28.9%,.There is the influence of Work environment (X2) toward Employee Performance (Y), with the degreeof influence of 28.3%. There is the influence of leadership (X1) and work environment (X2) bysimultans toward Employee Performance (Y), with the degree of influence of 29.6%.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is a descriptive quantitative. This research uses 20respondents. There are three variables in this study are: two (2) independent variable (X1 and X2)and 1(one) where the dependent variable competence (X1) and organization commitmen (X2) as theindependent variable and the performance of employees (Y) as the dependent variable.Based on the results of data processing found the answer hypothesis as follows; there aresignificant Competence (X1) toward employees performance (Y), with the level of influence of69,7%,. There is the effect of organization commitmen (X2) toward employees performance (Y), witha 47,4%. There is the influence of competence (X1) and organization commitmen (X2) togethertoward employees performance (Y), with the degree of influence of 72,5%.Keywords: Competence, organization commitmen, employees performance

Abstract

The research conducted is explanatory research. This study uses 52 research respondents. Thereare three variables in this study are: two (2) independent variable (X1) and (X2) and 1 (one)dependent variable (Y) in which career development (X1) and work motivation (X2) as theindependent variable and the employees performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Based on theresults of data analysis answers the following hypothesis; there is the influence of careerdevelopment (X1) toward employee performance (Y) with the degree of influence (R-square) of33.9%. There is the influence of work motivation (X2) toward employee performance (Y), with thedegree of influence of 30.8%. There is the influence of career development (X1) and workmotivation (X2) by simultan toward employee performance (Y) with a degree of influence at 35.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation and organization culture toward employee performance at lingkungan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research with 55 research respondents. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that 33,9% toward employee performance is influenced by work motivation. Influence of organization culture toward employee performance is 30,8%. Influenced of work motivation and organization culture toward employee performance is 35,1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of business partnership coaching on increasing productivity of small industry companies and other factors that affect productivity. The method used in this research is survey method and kuisoner with linear regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that 46.7% increase in business productivity is influenced by business coaching while the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Research will be conducted kind of descriptive research. This research is a study that is intended to get exposure to the systematic, factual, and accurate information on the facts and the properties of certain populations. This study uses 69 respondent. There are three variables in this study are: two (2) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable in which the consumer contract (X1) and infrastructure (X2) as the independent variable and the effectiveness of income (Y) as the dependent variable. From the data processing has successfully found an answer hypothesis that is as follows; there are significant consumer contracts (X1) on the effectiveness of income (Y), with the degree of influence (R-square) by 38,6%, which means consumer contract gives the effect of 38,6% of the effectiveness of revenue. There is the influence of infrastructure (X2) the effectiveness of income (Y), with the degree of influence of 23,4%, which means that the infrastructure provides the effect of 23,4% of the effectiveness of revenue. There is the influence of consumer contract (X1), infrastructure (X2) the effectiveness of income (Y), with the degree of influence of 46.1%, which means that the consumer contract and infrastructure provide an impact for 46.1% of the effectiveness of revenue.

Abstract

Target of this research is to describe the external environment, internal environment, marketing strategy and marketing performance. Also,to determine the effect of the external and internal environment on the marketing strategy and these impact on marketing performance in the palm oil industry in the area of​​ South Sumatra, The study design used is a combination of descriptive design and verification. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires by officials representing each company as much as 125 companies. The analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics that describe the data, and structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the effect of the research variable.The results showed that the influence of the external environment on marketing strategy is positive and significant; external influences on the performance of environmental marketing is also positive and significant; effect of marketing strategy on performance are positive and significant marketing; internal environmental influences on marketing strategy is positive and significant, and the effect internal environment on marketing performance is positive and significant. There are two kinds originality of this research. First, that is additional to the dimensions of marketing strategy. Secondly, there search on the influence of internal and external environment of the marketing strategy and the impact on oil palm companies in South Sumatera not been done before.

Abstract

Target This study ekplanotory which describes the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on employee performance in South Lampung District Health Office. A population of 130 people and a sample is taken based on the formula Slovin thus obtained a sample of 97 respondents in this case the employee at the institution in question. Methods Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis is used to analyze the statistical hypothesis test in order to conduct research on the data obtained. The calculation process using SPSS software while the qualitative analysis carried out for the approach to the management theories, especially the approach factor Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Employee Performance The results showed Organizational Culture influence on employee performance amounted to 53.6% and Work Discipline influence on employee performance amounted to 41.3% whereas the effect of variables simultaneously or together 53.6%
