Abstract

Tourism is one of the sector that greatly affect the country’s income. The tourism sector is the second largest foreign exchange contribution for Indonesia. Bali is one of the provinces that are often visited by local and foreign people. The existence of coronavirus or covid 19 pandemic, makes all matters related to tourism in Bali temporarily stopped. This resulted in the tourism sector experiencing a decline due to covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the tourism sector during the covid 19 pandemic in 2020-2021. This study uses input-output analysis method. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The results showed that tourism sector during the pandemic experienced turmoil that resulted in a decrease in demand for final output of the economy and Bali’s economic growth is declining during the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Gender refers to the relationship between men and women and how these social members of the family are constructed. Gender inequality happens in all components lifestyles. The results of human development do no longer offer honest benefits among men and women have no longer been sufficiently powerful in growing improvement of ladies in the fields of schooling, employment and the economic system. Low gender will limit productiveness, economic boom and reduce ordinary improvement performance. This observe targets to determine the value of the affect of the development index gender, gender empowerment index, women's profits contribution, women's involvement in parliament, and average the length of education for women's Gross nearby domestic Product (GDP) within the Pati residency area in 2015-2020. study This have a look at makes use of secondary statistics with panel data regression analysis. Panel statistics that could be a combination of cross section and time series data. The models decided on on this research is the use of the fixed impact version (FEM) method after perform the Chow test and Hausman test. The results of this study imply that the contribution of women's income and the average length of schooling for women have an impact considerable to economic growth. meanwhile, the gender development index, gender empowerment index and women's involvement in parliament aren't affect economic growth

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat pengaruh Store Atmosphere, Shopping Lifestyle dan Fashion Involvement terhadap Impulse Buying dengan Positive Emotion sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang tersusun dan disebarkan langsung kepada konsumen Rabbani di Kota Salatiga. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 96 responden dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling, kemudian hasil diolah dengan SPSS versi 26. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, uji ketepatan model, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil: Store atmosphere memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap positive emotion. Shopping lifestyle tidak berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap positive emotion. Fashion involvement memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap positive emotion. Store atmosphere memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Shopping lifestyle memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Fashion involvement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Positive emotion tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying. Positive emotion tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh shopping lifestyle terhadap impulse buying. Positive emotion tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh fashion involvement terhadap impulse buying

Abstract

The problem of poverty that still exists today cannot be separated from the low economic income of the community. One of the causes of poverty in Indonesia is that the poor have difficulty raising capital. Zakat can be relied upon as a mechanism to overcome this problem, of course changing the distribution system which is generally consumptive in nature to be productive or in other words zakat is not only used once but has other impacts for development. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of productive zakat on increasing mustahik micro businesses in the Purbalingga Sejahtera Program at BAZNAS Purbalingga Regency. The type of research used is field research or direct research conducted in the field or on informants. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. After conducting research and analysis, it can be concluded that the optimization of productive zakat in increasing mustahik micro businesses in the Purbalingga Sejahtera Program implemented by BAZNAS Purbalingga Regency is not optimal. This is because, every indicator to assess the optimization of a program is correct and correct. Furthermore, to further optimize the Purbalingga Sejahtera Program, namely productive zakat funds in achieving program goals, BAZNAS Purbalingga Regency is to be able to improve again in terms of assistance to mustahik as a whole. The limited number of amil, it is recommended to open volunteers from students of zakat and waqf management study programs.

Perogram ini merupakan linkage antara Bank Indonesia (BI) Pondok pesantren dan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS).
