Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of current rasio, inventory turnover, debt to equity rasio, and net profit margin to the Value of Companies in the Healthcare Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The research method used is quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total population of 23 companies. Retrieval of company secondary data through BEI, company official website Yahoo finance and IDN Financial. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the current rasio has a positive and significant effect, debt to equity rasio has a positive and significant, and net profit margin has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, inventory turnover has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. Simultaneously current rasio, inventory turnover, debt to equity rasio and net profit margin have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The coronavirus pandemic has had a major impact on changes in the economy and society in meeting their daily needs, not least what happened in the fashion world, such as Mayoutfit. The study examines the effect of Instagram social media on online buying interest. The study also examines the effect of trust on online buying interest and the effect of risk on online buying interest. The method used is quantitative because the data in the study are in the form of numbers, and the analysis uses statistics. The number of samples set is 100 respondents. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, it can be seen that the results of the t-test of the Instagram social media variable obtained a t-count value of 4.275 > t- table 1,984 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The confidence variable obtained t arithmetic value of 1.124 < t-table 1.984 and a significance of 0.264 > 0.05. The value of tcount 6.424 obtained the risk variable> t-table 1984 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. then the results of F count 97.042 > F-table 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Instagram social media variables and risk of Hₐ are accepted, and H₀ are rejected. Furthermore, the confidence variable H₀ is accepted, and Hₐ is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, security, service quality, perception of risk and price on online purchasing decisions. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents. The results showed that the results of the t test, trust, perception of risk and price had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, security and service quality variables have a positive and insignificant effect on online purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F statistical test using analysis of variance or ANOVA, it can be seen that the significance value (0.000 < 0.05) which means significant, it can be concluded that the variables of trust (x1), security (x2), service quality (x3), perceptions of risk (x4) and price (x5) simultaneously (simultaneously) have an influence on online purchasing decision variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, discipline, and physical work environment at the Sirnajaya Village office, Serang Baru district. This research is population research that uses a saturated sample using a quantitative approach. The respondents were 61 officials from Sirnajaya Village, Serang Baru District. The place of research and the object of research, namely, the subject was an employee, and the object was the Sirnajaya Village Office. Based on the results of the t-count value in the t-table test, it is obtained that the Supervision variable (X1) partially has no significant effect and contributes negatively to employee performance in Sirnajaya Village. Work Discipline Variable (X2) partially has no significant effect and contributes positively to employee performance in Sirnajaya Village. Physical Environment Variables (X3) significantly and negatively contribute to employee performance in Sirnajaya Village.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the partial effect of service quality, product excellence, and promotion on consumer satisfaction at CV. Prima Jaya Sarana. All the population in this study is consumers who are spread in Yogyakarta. The sample taken is 60 respondents who are suitable and matched as data sources. The distribution uses Accidental Sampling. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing uses partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2), while data processing uses SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that partially the quality of service shows a value of 3.634 which means it has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction; partially, product excellence shows a value of 3.312 which means that it has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and partially promotion shows a value of 2.765 has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, simultaneously the variables of service quality, product quality, and promotion have a positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction as indicated by a value of 46,348. The influence of service quality, product quality, and promotion variables on purchasing decisions is 69.8%.

Abstract

Leadership has been an essential topic of organizational science since the beginning of this field. Previously, researchers focused on how successful leaders improve organizations and increase the effectiveness of their followers. This study examines the effect of toxic leadership on organizational performance mediated by work deviant behavior (WDB) of employees with a sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative, in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that toxic leadership significantly affects organizational performance, which is significantly less than 0.05. Toxic leadership significantly affects deviant employee behavior, as indicated by a significant value of less than 0.05. Deviant behavior in the workplace has no significant effect on organizational performance with a significantly less than or equal to 0.05. Deviant behavior in the workplace mediates toxic leadership with organizational performance with a direct influence value of 0.734 and an indirect effect of 0.901, so all hypotheses are accepted. This will be an important note for future researchers who will explore and review the causes that deviant behavior in the workplace has no significant effect on organizational performance and deviant behavior in the workplace mediates toxic leadership with organizational performance.

Abstract

One of the impacts on economic growth is the increase in manufacturing companies. Manufacturing companies have an important role in the economic development of a country. This article discusses the scope of corporate value. The purpose of this article is to examine the effect of each variable on firm value & debt policy, as well as to examine the mediating variable. The population in this study was 11 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 8 pharmaceutical companies. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling method used in this study uses the purposive sampling method, which is based on certain considerations—data analysis using SPSS 25.00. The results of the study show that ownership has a significant effect of 0.009 <0.05 on debt policy. Cash flow and debt policy of 0.039 < 0.05. Ownership and firm value 0.000 < 0.05. Cash flow and firm value 0.869 > 0.05. Furthermore, debt policies do not mediate.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of risk perception and trust on consumer satisfaction in shopping online at JT Pekanbaru Sneaker. The population in this study were consumers who bought online, a sampling method with criteria or using the Roscoe technique to make it easier to get respondents so that the number of samples was as many as 100 people. The data collection technique uses questionnaires tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, multiple linear regression, determination test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study show descriptively that most of the respondents who buy products online are in the excellent category. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, there is a positive and significant influence on consumer perception variables and trust in consumer satisfaction in shopping online. Meanwhile, in partial testing, the risk perception variable negatively affects consumer satisfaction in shopping online at JT Pekanbaru Sneakers. The trust variable significantly positively affects consumer satisfaction in shopping online at JT Pekanbaru Sneakers.
