Abstract

This research examined the effect of the Current Ratio, Return on Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Returns in Kompas 100 Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The samples obtained were 30 companies from 100 companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, and the method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the data analysis done, the variable Return on Equity has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. The Current Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, and the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns. The current ratio, return on equity, and debt to equity ratio simultaneously does not affect stock returns.

Abstract

The role of higher education is vital in giving birth to new entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The emergence of many new entrepreneurs has an impact on the development of the country's economy. These impacts include creating jobs and increasing regional and state income. This article provides a discussion of self-personality as a predictor of entrepreneurial intention with self-efficacy as mediation. A personality is a form of character and trait, which can shape behavior. The personality dimensions used in this study are conscientiousness and openness to new experiences. This study used a sample of 210 students from several universities in the city of Surakarta, Indonesia. Data collection techniques, using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis, using path analysis with the help of Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study's findings indicate that self-efficacy mediates the effect of openness to new experiences on entrepreneurial intention. However, conscientiousness has not been shown to affect interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Unemployment is a problem that is often faced by every country, especially developing countries like Indonesia. The high level of unemployment in a country can have a negative impact on the economy of a country. Entrepreneurship is the potential to build the economy for the better. Duta Transformasi Insani Bandung is one of the training institutions that can develop entrepreneurial potential. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Researchers found that in organizing training for young entrepreneurs, one of the training evaluation techniques was adopted, namely IPOO. In terms of Input regarding the recruitment of training participants, the Process in this program aims to become more independent and free from dependence. The Output and Outcomes of the training participants are motivated to start a business and make it easier for them to manage themselves better.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial orientation is one of the antecedent variables that can improve small and medium enterprises' performance. This article provides a discussion on the scope of company performance, especially in small and medium enterprises. This article examines and analyzes the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on performance with management knowledge as a moderating variable in Indonesia's small and medium enterprises. The research sample, 45 small and medium batik enterprises in the city of Surakarta, Indonesia. Hypothesis analysis, using SPSS 22.00. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation dimensions (innovation, proactive, risk-taking) significantly affected enterprise performance with β = .560 and sig ≤ 0.05. However, knowledge management does not influence moderation, where the effect is on performance with β = -.220 and sig > .112.

Abstract

To form a superior organization, it is necessary to place employees as the main supporting factor for success. This is because employees are the spearhead of implementing organizational activities to be able to achieve goals effectively. The work behavior of employees who are oriented towards high performance will be directly proportional to organizational goals. This article provides a discussion on aspects of the role of motivation as a mediating variable. The antecedent variables of motivation are leadership style, work environment, and self-efficacy. Meanwhile, the motivational consequence variable is employee performance. The sample of this research totaling 242 employees from 6 (six) financial companies in Medan City. Sampling method, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis, using path analysis with the help of Lisrel. The results showed that motivation was proven to play a mediating role in influencing employee performance t-count 8.93 ≥ 1.96.

Abstract

The dynamics of digital communication literacy today cannot be separated from technological advances, also every person or institution/government or other private institution is always faced with the development of human resources. Moreover, related to the planned production, this shows the ability to process marketing propositions and advertisements, both commercial advertisements and public service advertisements (PSA) in the midst of strengthening communication literacy itself. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methodology, namely digging up data by direct observation, and interviews with those who can be used as data sources. The purpose of this research is to provide a clear description of the Effect of Marketing Promotion on Public Service Advertising on Strengthening Digital Communication Literacy, as well as to contribute ideas to policy makers and other researchers in the future, thereby providing significant benefits to these problems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the South East Asia’s major stock exchanges on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2018. The main stock exchanges used as independent variables are ^KLCI (Malaysia), ^STI (Singapore), ^SET (Thailand), and ^PSEI (Phillipines). The dependent variable used is ^JKSE (Jakarta Stock Exchange, Indonesia). There are 478 data sets that can be processed, which have been synchronized. By using multiple regression analysis, the results obtained: ^KLCI has a negative and insignificant effect on ^JKSE, ^STI has a negative and insignificant effect on ^JKSE, ^SET has a positive and significant effect on ^JKSE, and ^KLCI, ^STI, ^SET, ^PSEI simultaneously has a significant effect on ^JKSE in the period 2017 to 2018.

Abstract

Internet advertising is a development of interactive online marketing communication media that marketers can choose from. The various advantages of internet advertising compared to traditional marketing communication media make this media increasingly used. Social networks or social media have the potential to help SMEs in marketing their products and services (Viral Marketing). Because it is able to reach large areas in a cost-effective manner. Through social networking, SME businesses can carry out marketing activities such as introducing products, establishing communication with customers and potential customers, and expanding business networks. And in its implementation also implements a Customer Relationship Management strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable current ratio, total asset turnover, and earnings per share on stock prices in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019. With a population of 46 companies, a sample of 44 companies was taken obtained through purposive sampling method. By using multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that partially current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, earnings per share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and the total asset turnover variable has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously current ratio, total asset turnover and earnings per share have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

In the business world, HR is essential, considering that humans are entertainers in supporting organizational tasks. This study aims to determine and examine the effect of remuneration factors and work inspiration on implementing representation at PT. Marketing Division of Sanbe Farma Cikarang. This study is intended to determine how much influence compensation and work motivation temporarily have on the implementation of representatives at PT. Marketing Division of Sanbe Farma Cikarang. Sample 36 respondents. The analysis results show that there is a considerable influence between remuneration on the implementation of workers with tcount smaller than the exploration test level (Sig t < or 0.04 < 0.05). There is no effect between work inspiration on executive representatives with t count more important than test level (Sig t > or 0.214 > 0.05), and there is a significant synchronous effect between salary and work inspiration on execution workers (Sig. F = 0.03 < 0.05).
