<![CDATA[Marketing strategy is one way to win a sustainable competitive advantage for companies that produce goods or services. Marketing strategy can be seen as one of the bases used in compiling a company’s overall plan. In view of the breadth of the problems that exist within the company, it is necessary to have a comprehensive plan as a guide for the company’s segments in carrying out their activities, another reason that shows the importance of marketing strategy is the increasingly fierce competition in companies in general. This study has the aim of getting an overview of the marketing strategy to increase turnover, it is useful to overcome if there is a decrease in turnover and to find out how effective the implementation of the marketing strategy has been. This research was conducted at CV Putra Tanjung Nganjuk. Data collection techniques with documentation, interviews and observations, the type of descriptive research. <![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic period that has occurred since February 2020 which has hit the Indonesian nation until now and natural disasters caused by tropical cyclone Seroja that hit East Nusa Tenggara Province including Kupang City from April 3 to 5, 2021, has a bad impact on financial management in an institution or organization that is profit-oriented or non-profit oriented, this is due to the large number of unexpected expenses that affect the financial statements in a company or organization. The results achieved in the PKL Community Service activity "Socialization of Understanding financial statements in supporting MSMEs through the Application Method in Alak Village" are as follows: The partner in this case MSMEs in Alak District become more understanding of the importance of regular financial statements through the application method so that financial statement management is easier to access and helps MSMEs develop properly; and the creation of an electronic-based financial report application so that it can be used and utilized by MSMEs in knowing the prospects for income and cost expenditure in improving MSMEs in Alak District; as well as the creation of a sustainable financial reporting process so that MSMEs can grow and develop in accordance with the goals of MSMEs in Alak District.]]>

This type of research is Community Service Research (PKM). This research will be carried out objectively and researchers will participate in providing assistance. So that the children of the An-Nur prayer room can read al fatihah with tartil and fashih. <![CDATA[The decline of science in Islam was marked by the division of power and empire in the 12th century to the 18th century. "Most people will not believe it even if you (Prophet Muhammad) really want it" Surah Ar-Ra'd. Purity from hadats and najis is a condition for the validity of a Muslim in carrying out certain worship. The author intends to hold the filling of Thaharah material in the Kebonrejo community. So that they understand the importance of taharah in daily worship. There are so many benefits that can be taken from Taharah, one of which is proof that Islam attaches great importance to cleanliness and purity. In the study itself the author chose to use the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The use of individual teaching activities can increase the spirit of discussion and problem solving, and the application of this method causes the learning process to be diverse. Yang terlibat dan bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan-kegiatan organisasi terdiri dari para manajerdan para pelaksana. Manusia memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda-beda mempunyai kepentingan masing-masing, yang bahkan saling berbeda dan berakibat terjadi konflik. Perbedaan kepentingan tidak hanya antar individu di dalam organisasi ,tetapi juga antara individu dengan organisasi dimana individu tersebut berada. Program pengaplikasianteori leadership bagi pemuda penggerak organisasi ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberi semangat dan memotivasi pemuda penggerak organisasi jika suatu saat menjadi ketua atau pemimpin organisasi bahwa seorang pemimpin harus selalu berorientasi pada keberhasilan kepemimpinanya. <![CDATA[The Qur'an is the kalam of Allah which is mu'jiz, which was passed down to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Qur'an for Muslims has a very important role in daily life. Therefore, Qur'anic education must be instilled from an early age by reading, living, and understanding it, then applying it to daily activities, so that a distinctive life is realized. In the study itself, the author chose to use the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The results of this study, performed several steps as follows; The first step we take is to prepare the material that we will deliver. The second step is to carry out a learning plan or rather called the learning process. The third step is to evaluate the tilawah learning that has been carried out from beginning to end to the children. This is an attempt to find out the extent of the learning that has been captured by children during learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Books are one of the sources of knowledge that add insight. By reading a person can find out what is around the world. This makes books often referred to as windows to the world. Reading books is also an activity that has many benefits and is best applied at the earliest possible age or the age of children. But in reality not many children have a high interest in reading due to several factors. Especially like now. where the development of technology is very fast and rapid causing any information can be easily obtained through gadgets. So the activity of reading books is starting to be abandoned. The Teras Baca program aims to restore interest in reading in children, provide reading material for them and as a place for them to study. In this study, researchers used the LITERATURE method. The LITERATURE method is a strategy to shape the creativity of students through its 5 components, namely observing, asking, reasoning, trying, and communicating. Namely by directly holding a mimbel program for children. With this program, it is hoped that it can foster interest and instill reading habits in children.]]>

<![CDATA[From an early age, in the landfill and school we have been introduced and taught various hijaiyah letters and accompanied by learning tajwid science, so that after adolescence we are able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly. But in fact there are still many children who have memorized the hijaiyah letters but are still not correct in reading the Qur'an because they do not understand the science of Tajwid, therefore, we provide assistance in learning tajwid science to TPA students so that they can understand tajwid science and can apply it in reading the Qur'an. In this study the authors chose the PAR method. The results of this study are obtained with the following steps: The first step we do is to prepare the material that we will deliver. The second step is to implement a learning assistance plan. The third step is to evaluate the learning assistance that has been carried out.]]>
