Abstract

The lack of social interaction between students and peers, there were 18 students in the closed group, from a percentage calculation of 75.1% and there were 6 students who had an open attitude from a percentage value of 25.1%. That way, it really needs efforts in dealing with problems with openness of students to someone who, according to him, the person he really trusts can keep the secrets of his every expression. This study aims to determine the relationship between mental health and social interaction among students at MTS Al-Istiqomah Pasarkemis in 2020. This type of quantitative research is random sampling. The sample used in this study were 114 students. The data were analyzed using chi-square test and the results of the health statistical p value were 0.000. This shows that the p value on social interaction is p value 0.000 with r = 0.469, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between health and social interaction among students. Students should be able to interact well between peers and people who are older than him for health with social interactions, don't bully between peers at school because it can affect mental health and social interactions in the environment.

Abstract

A medical record is a file containing a person's medical records and documents consisting of the patient's identity, the results of both physical examinations and supporting examinations, medication, actions and other services provided by health workers to patients. The purpose of this study was to describe the accuracy of writing a diagnosis code on the medical records of inpatients based on ICD-10. Demographic variables include age, gender and education of 2 respondents including the following: 1 respondent is over 30 years old while 1 other respondent is under 30 years old, 2 respondents are female, and 1 respondent medical record education graduate, while 1 other respondent is non-medical record. 1 respondent has a new category of service period, while 1 other respondent has a long service category. 2 respondents have knowledge value in good category about the accuracy of writing the diagnosis code. 2 respondents have attended training. There were 67,7% medical records with writing the correct diagnosis code and there were 32,3% medical records. by writing an incorrect diagnosis code were not found or the identity of the coder officer coding on the medical record sheet was not found, so the researcher could not find out the coding error of each coder officer who provided the diagnosis code.

Abstract

Coronavirus atau virus corona merupakan keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan infeksi saluran pernafasan atas ringan hingga sedang, seperti penyakit flu. Cara penyebaran Covid-19 sama dengan virus lain pada umumnya, seperti: percikan air liur pengidap, menyentuh tangan atau wajah orang yang terinfeksi, menyentuh mata, hidung atau mulut setelah memegang benda yang mengandung virus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara daring melalui link yang didistribusikan melalui sosial media whatsap. Analisa data secara deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel 27 orang. Hasil penelitian adalah tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan di masa pandemic Covid-19 sebagian besar (89%) kecemasan dalam kategori ringan.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan pada tahun 2018 mengenai pemakaian kondom pada wanita pekerja seksual (WPS) di Sanur Kota Denpasar didapatkan bahwa pemakaian kondom sudah digalakkan, tetapi masih saja ada WPS yang tidak menggunakan kondom saat berhubungan dengan pelanggan. Kabupaten Gianyar merupakan daerah dengan WPS langsung tertinggi kedua setelah Kota Denpasar. Kabupaten Gianyar memiliki banyak lokasi dan titik transaksi seksual. Salah satu lokalisasi yang terkenal di Kabupaten Gianyar adalah lokalisasi di sepanjang Baypass Ida Bagus Mantra. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan studi eksplorasi perilaku pencegahan IMS dan HIV/AIDS pada wanita pekerja seksual di Kabupaten Gianyar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 15 informan yang terdiri dari WPS, mucikari dan teman/pelanggan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian didapatkan walaupun pemakaian kondom sudah digalakkan, tetapi partisipan ada juga yang tidak menggunakan kondom saat berhubungan dengan pelanggan. Mereka sebagian besar beralasan bahwa pasangan mereka tidak menyukai penggunaan kondom dalam berhubungan seksual. Rendahnya penggunaan kondom adalah terkait faktor ekonomi. Jika memakai kondom dalam berhubungan seksual maka akan mengurangi penghasilan WPS. Dalam pencegahan IMS dan HIV/AIDS sebagian besar WPS tidak pernah melakukan tes HIV.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh senam hamil terhadap tingkat depresi ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan rancangan one group pretest-postes without control. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang.Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner DASS dan SOP aromaterapi dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah consecutive sampling.Pengolahan data menggunakan tabulasi data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan p value dari tingkat depresi ibu hamil sebelum dan setelah pemberian senam hamil adalah 0.102 (> 0.05), itu berarti bahwa terdapat tidakada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap tingkat depresi ibu hamil trimester III. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dalam pemberian senam hamil terhadap tingkat depresi ibu hamil trimester III.
