Abstract

Socfin Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in the plantation sector and utilizes a computer system as a medium in carrying out its activities. The devices used in this system of course require maintenance and maintenance on a scheduled basis or under certain circumstances with the presentation of maintenance reports and computer hardware repairs that are still done manually and do not have a system or go through a computerized process. To improve the system, it is necessary to have a new computer-based design system to overcome these problems. The formulation of the problem in writing this journal is how to design a computer hardware maintenance management system at PT. Socfin Indonesia using Apache NetBeans IDE 12.5. This application will be built using the waterfall model software development method with the aim that in designing this application the work process can be carried out in well-structured stages. With this in mind, the author is interested in a computer hardware management application at PT. Socfin Indonesia, where this will increase the efficiency of working time utilization.

Abstract

This web-based service complaint application is an application that is indispensable in the evaluation process of complaints on services. With the service complaint application, it is easier for agencies to evaluate and become more integrated in making quick decisions. Because so far service complaints are still done manually. For example, every applicant/community who wants to convey a service problem must write on a piece of paper. So that the solution to the above problems is to create a web-based service complaint application which later this system will store all service complaint data into a database, so that initially complaints were made manually to become computerized. This web-based service complaint application is an appropriate and desired application and can assist agencies in improving service quality, fixing something that has not been maximized so that the service complaint process becomes faster and more efficient, especially at the Class II Immigration Office of Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has a very important role and its development is very rapid at this time, especially in the field of computer science, many government agencies and private companies have used a computerized system for operational processes that were previously done manually into an automated system in its operation is like a data management process. As for this research, the design of a staffing data management system at the Department of Culture and Tourism of North Sumatra will be carried out, this system is made using the PHP programming language based on the website. The research method that will be used in designing this application is through a process based on the waterfall paradigm method in order to map out the stages of a well-structured basic development. This application is designed to have an impact on the progress of the Culture and Tourism Office of North Sumatra Province in the development of technology which has now entered sophisticated so that agencies need to develop the economy through technology which is expected to be able to present information accurately and accurately and use it more efficiently than the old system. .

Abstract

Balai Pemantapan Kawasan Hutan Wilayah I Medan bertanggung jawab atas berbagai tugas seperti pelaksanaan stabilitasi hutan, penilaian perubahan kondisi dan fungsi lahan, penyediaan data dan informasi sumberdaya hutan, dan pemancangan tata batas kawasan hutan diindonesia. Dalam melakasanakan tugas diperlukan alat ataupun kebutuhan lain dalam pelaksanaannya. Namun balai pemantapan kawasan hutan masih melakukan inventaris barang secara manual, adapun penggunaan teknologi hanya menggunakan perangkat lunak microsoft excel, dan cara ini kurang efektif dan efesien meningat sering terjadi masalah dalam pembuatan laporan data barang inventaris dan terjadinya penumpukan atau duplikat data. Oleh karena itu dirancang dan dikembangkan perangkat lunak berbasis web dengan metode waterfall menggunakan bahasa php yang diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan database MySQL yang nantinya akan dituangkan kedalam sistem informasi inventaris barang yang menyajikan data barang agar lebih terkontrol dalam manajemennya yang menyajikan laporan data secara efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

Balai Pemantapan Kawasan Hutan Wilayah I Medan merupakan salah satu unit organisasi pemerintah pada Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan. Dimana pimpinan serta para pegawai di BPKH I Medan sering melakukan perjalanan dinas antar kota maupun diluar kota. Pembuatan surat perintah perjalanan dinas (SPPD) di BPKH I Medan masih dilakukan secara sederhana dengan pencatatan manual dan belum menggunakan aplikasi khusus. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurang efektif dan efisien, baik dari segi materi maupun waktu, terjadi kehilangan data perjalanan dinas karena proses dan tata cara penyimpanan data yang tidak baik serta membutuhkan waktu lama jika kepala dinas membutuhkan laporan perjalanan dinas dalam waktu satu tahun maka harus membuka kembali berkas-berkas yang sudah tersimpan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perangkat lunak untuk menangani masalah tersebut. Sistem yang diusulkan yaitu Perancangan Sistem Informasi Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas  Berbasis Website yang di bangun dengan menerapkan metode Unified Modelling Language (UML). Dengan adanya Perancangan Sistem Informasi SPPD Berbasis Website ini maka akan mempermudah pegawai dalam pembuatan SPPD yang efektif, efisien, akurat, dan hemat waktu serta akan menjaga keamanan berkas SPPD yang mana berkas tersebut tersimpan dalam database khusus

Abstract

Cafeteria in Pawnshop office regional office 1 medan located behind the main building precisely on the floor 2. This canteen is the only canteen in the office and the place where the staff and employees eat and drink during their hours of rest. Up to the moment of booking in the cafeteria PT.Pegadaian kanwil 1 medan is not computerized. This causes the booking process to be slow. It is not efficient with rest periods are given. Where is the rest time that is given just 1 hour? In this case, the needed application allows buyers in search of food. The food ordering app cafeteria-based website is an application designed to make it easier for buyers and sellers in the book of food and drink. In making the application the authors use the waterfall method, using the programming language PHP, and using MySQL database. The app is designed with a display that is easy to understand, so users can easily use the application. With this application, customers can conduct the process of ordering food without having to queue and is easy to see the food menu, the detail of the food, and the price of food.
