Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk humat terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko dan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi yang tepat sehingga memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Bumiwangi Kecamatan Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan ketinggian tempat 650 meter di atas permukaan laut (m dpl), dengan curah hujan 2.417,40 mm/tahun, pH 7,09 tanah (netral). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan dan diulang empat kali. Adapun perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk Humat yaitu : A (0 g/l air), B (0,5 g/l air), C (1,0 g/l air), D (1,5 g/l air), E (2,0 g/l air) dan F (2,5 g/l air) Ukuran petak adalah 150 cm x 200 cm dengan jarak antar petak 30 cm dan jarak antar ulangan 50 cm. Jumlah tanaman per plot adalah 48 tanaman termasuk 4 tanaman sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konsentrasi 1 g/l air pupuk Humat memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik pada jumlah polong per tanaman dan bobot polong per plot tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko. Kayword : pupuk, konsentrasi, humat, pertumbuhan, hasil, edamame ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of humic fertilizer concentration on growth and yield of edamame Ryoko variety and to obtain the right concentration so as to give the best effect on growth and yield of edamame Ryoko variety. The experiment was carried out in Bumiwangi Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. With an altitude of 650 meters above sea level (m asl), with a rainfall of 2,417.40 mm/year, soil pH 7.09 (neutral). The research method used was an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consisted of six treatments and was repeated four times. The concentrations of Humic fertilizers were: A (0 g/l air), B (0.5 g/l air), C (1.0 g/L air), D (1.5 g/l air), E (2.0 g/l water) and F (2.5 g/l water) The plot size was 150 cm x 200 cm with a distance between plots of 30 cm and a distance between replicates of 50 cm. The number of plants per plot was 48 plants including 4 plants as samples. The results showed that the concentration of 1 g/l humic fertilizer had a better effect on number of pods per plant, and pod weight per plot edamame plant Ryoko variety. Abstract

Kalimantan Island which has problems in soil fertility, namely low pH which can inhibit plant growth so that efforts can be made by adding charcoal as a soil improvement agent. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of white bean roots to the application of rice husk charcoal and coconut shells. The method used in this study is a single factor Randomized Block Design. There were nine treatments, namely A0 (control), A1 (6.25 g rice husk charcoal), A2 (12.5 g rice husk charcoal), A3 (25 g rice husk charcoal), A4 (50 g rice husk charcoal), A5 (6.25 g coconut shell charcoal), A6 (12.5 g coconut shell charcoal), A7 (25 g coconut shell charcoal) and A8 (50 g coconut shell charcoal). The parameters observed in this study were root wet weight, root length, number of roots, number of root hairs, number of root nodules, root volume, and root dry weight. The results of the research obtained were that the dose and type of charcoal had a significant effect on the parameters of root wet weight and root volume. The treatment that had the highest value on the root wet weight parameter was treatment A8 (50 g coconut shell charcoal) with a value of 0.87 g and the treatment that had the highest value on the root volume parameter was treatment A3 (25 g rice husk charcoal) with an average value. the average was 0.75 cm3 but had no significant effect on root length, number of roots, number of root hairs, root nodules and root dry weight.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concentration dose of liquid organic fertilizer, as well as to obtain the concentration that can have the best effect on the growth and yield of shallots (Allium cepa L.) Brebes variety. The study was conducted in Cibiana Village, Cikalong Village, Cimaung District, Bandung Regency , West Java Province, with an altitude of 995 m above sea level, with rainfall of 2,354.2 mm/year including type C2 rainfall according to Oldeman (1975), with a pH of 6.67 (neutral). This study used a randomized block design (RBD) method, which consisted of six treatments with four replications. The concentration treatment of liquid organic fertilizer is as follows: A (0 without fertilizer), B (2 ml/l), C (4 ml/l), D (6 ml/l), E (8 ml/l) and F ( 10ml/litre). Testing the difference between the two means was carried out using Duncans' multiple range test at the 5% level. The results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 10 ml/l had a better effect on plant height and tuber weight.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of dosage of chicken manure and NPK (16-16-16) on the growth and yield of chickpea plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Varieties of Logawa. The research was carried out in Pangkalan Village, Cipinang Village, Cimaung District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province with an altitude of ±700 m above sea level, with C3 rainfall according to oldeman (1975). This research was conducted from July to September 2021. The research method used was a Randomized Group Design (RGD) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 tests. of treatment carried out in this study was A (0 tons/ha of Chicken Manure +0 kg/ha NPK), B (5 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+400 kg/ha of NPK), C (7.5 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+350 kg/ha of NPK), D (10 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+300 kg/ha of NPK), E (12.5 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+250 kg/ha of NPK) and F (10 tons/ha of Chicken Manure+300 kg/ha of NPK). The results showed that the administration of a combination of doses of 10 tons / ha of chicken manure and 300 kg / ha of NPK fertilizer (16; 16: 16) had a better influence on plant height, number of planting pods, and planting pod weight, giving a better influence on logawa variety chickpea plants. Abstract

Tanaman aaren memiliki prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan, karena semua bagian dari tanaman aren dapat dimanfaatkan, antara lain menjadi gula aren yang mengalami peningkatan permintaan pasar. Upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi aren harus dilakukan agar permintaan aren dapat terpenuhi, antara lain dengan pemupukan bibit aren menggunakan pupuk organik cair (POC) yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pertumbuhan bibit aren pada berbagi konsentrasi dan frekuensi penyemprotan POC. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sunyalangu, Kecamatan Karanglewas, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2020. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu konsentrasi POC (1 ml/l, 2 ml/l dan 3 ml/l) dan frekuensi penyemprotan ( 1 minggu sekali, 2 minggu sekali dan 3 minggu sekali). Variabel pengamatan terdiri dari tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, kehijauan daun, volume akar, panjang akar, bobot akar segar dan kering. Data penelitian diuji dengan uji F (ANOVA) pada taraf kesalahan 5% apabila hasil menunjukan adanya pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan Duncant’s Multiple Range Test pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi POC tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman aren. Frekuensi penyemprotan POC hanya berpengaruh terhadap kandungan klorofil daun (27,14 unit) dengan perlakuan terbaik adalah frekuensi 2 minggu sekali. Interaksi kedua perlakuan hanya berpengaruh terhadap tinggi bibit tanaman aren, yaitu dengan perlakuan terbaik pada konsentrasi 2 ml/l dengan frekuensi 2 minggu sekali menghasilkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 72 cm.
