Abstract

In the beginning of 2020, the world is shocked with the outbreak of a new virus that is a new strain of Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) the disease itself is called Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 is infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2. This disease spread throughout the world including Indonesia. COVID-19 could infect anyone including mentally ill people, because of high infection rate in Indonesia it become an emerging disease where the payment is done by government so the funds can be claimed in Ministry of Health, the claim could be done by referenced hospital that provide service for emerging disease patient including dr.Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital. The aim for this research is to look for the process of COVID-19 claim for mentally ill people to Ministry of Health in dr.Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection gained from interview and observation. Research result data suggest that dr.Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital hasn’t own SPO for Covid-19 claim so that implementation process refers to Ministry of Health’s decision. Covid-19 claim process in dr.Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital started when the patient has obtained  inpatient hospitalization, then the status is verified by verificator doctor, then the files is sent to casemix for completion verification of the files until  it’s submitted to BPJS and the Ministry of Health. The obstacle for Covid-19 claim process for mentally ill people in dr.Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital among others are incomplete medical resume fulfillment, and disorder of e-claim system. Better to make detailed SPO regarding Covid-19 claim to Ministry of Health. It's advised to evaluate and review doctors to complete medical resume, and give warnings to doctors that still write incomplete medical resume.

Abstract

Introduction: On May 29, 2022, the World Health Organization (WHO) described the global public health risk from multi-country monkeypox outbreaks in non-endemic countries as "moderate." WHO pointed out that "this is the first time that cases and groups of monkeypox have been reported simultaneously in very different geographic areas and with no known epidemiological link to endemic countries". On 7 May 2022, England confirmed a case of monkeypox. Their report marks the start of the detection of the rapid and unprecedented global spread of the virus, featuring human-to-human and community transmission. Approximately one month later, confirmed cases of monkeypox rose to 3,453 in at least 55 non-endemic countries, covering every continent other than Antarctica. Objective: To know the mechanism of the spread of monkeypox and the factors that influence it. Results: Based on several kinds of literature, shows the spread of the monkeypox virus starts from travelers to endemic areas so currently there are many cases of monkeypox found in non-endemic areas. Factors that influence the spread of the disease with the highest presentation are associated with a history of sexual contact where the highest proportion occurs in MSM (men who have sex with men), followed by droplet exposure and direct contact with lesions on the patient's skin.

Abstract

Senduduk leaf is a plant that is a plant that contains secondary metabolites, including alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, terpenoids, and tannins. Antioxidants are compounds that can delay, slow down and prevent free radicals. This research was conducted to determine and compare the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract and ethyl acetate fraction of senduduk leaves. The method used in this study is the DPPH (2,2-Diphenyl-1-Pickrylhydrazyl) method. From the phytochemical screening test, senduduk leaves were positive for alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, terpenoids and tannins. Determination of antioxidant activity was carried out by the DPPH method at a wavelength of 517 nm. The percentage of inhibition of ethanol extract of senduduk leaves was obtained by 80% and percent of inhibition of ethyl acetate fraction was obtained by 92% while the percentage of inhibition of Vitamin C was obtained by 96%, it can be concluded that ethanol extract and ethyl acetate fraction of senduduk leaves have antioxidant activity in a fairly high category. and almost close to the percent inhibition of Vitamin C. Ethyl acetate fraction of senduduk leaves has a higher antioxidant activity value than ethanol extract.

As many as 4-10% of contact lens users experience complications from slight irritation to blindness. This study aims to determine the level of student knowledge of contact lens wear among students of STIKes Mitra Bunda Persada Batam. The method used is descriptive cross sectional study. The use of contact lenses in college students of Mitra Bunda Persada Batam obtained 65 respondents with 31 respondents (48.4%) who were female and medium knowledge were 33 respondents (51.6%), while respondents who were male only 1 person (100%) has moderate knowledge. Abstract

In the Medical Record for determining the cancer diagnosis code (Neoplasm), there are 2 codes, namely the topographic code and the morphology code. These two codes are very important because the topographic code is a code that shows the location of the tumor, while the morphology code is a code that shows the nature of the tumor. If the two codes are not included, it will not determine the level of malignancy of the tumor. The aim of the study was to identify the completeness of the topographic and morphological codes in neoplasm cases. Literature study conducted on 7 journals uploaded online in the span of 2011-2021. Search journals in this study using the keywords "completeness", "Topography and Morphology code" obtained through Google Scholar. The results of the literature review show that the completeness of topographic and morphological codes in neoplasm cases has not yet reached 100%. The highest completeness of topographic codes is 98% at Aisyiyah Hospital Malang in 2018. While the lowest percentage is 0% at MRCCC Siloam Semanggi Hospital in 2020 and Karanganyar District Hospital in 2011. The highest completeness of morphology codes is 82.4% at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan while The lowest percentage was 0% at MRCCC Siloam Semanggi Hospital in 2020, Bhayangkara Hospital, Aisyiyah Hospital, Dr Moewardi Hospital, and Karanganyar District Hospital. The incompleteness is due to 2 factors Man: Coder inaccuracy in coding, officers have not implemented coding procedures in neoplasm cases. Method: there is no SOP for coding neoplasms, there is no PA result sheet, and the doctor's writing is not clear and complete. In assigning codes to neoplasm cases, officers should code according to the SOP, so that the resulting code is complete and accurate.
