Abstract

The research of growth and yield soybeans sinabung variety response on crop spacing were aims to determine the crop spacing for growth and soyben production of Sinabung variety.The experimental design used was Completely Randomize Blocks Design (CRBD) with three repetitions.factor different crop spacing consist J1 (20 x 20 ) cm, J2 (25 x 20 ) cm, J3 (25 x 25) cm. The variables measured were fresh plant weight, root wet weight, dry root weight. The results showed that the soybean, crop spacing did not significant effect on growht and yield of soybean Sinabung variety.

Abstract

Time series model is that model uses to prediction the future with the past data, one of example of time series is exponential smoothing. Exponential smoothing is repair procedure where’s it done continuely at forecasting by new data. In this research Exponential Smoothing metode applied to forecasting amount of claim in Health BPJS at jambi with use the data since january 2018 until Juli 2021,the steps use to get output of research there are 4 steps,these are 1) Data Identification, 2) Modeling, 3) Forecasting, 4) Evaluation of Forecasting Result with MAE(Mean Absolute Error) and MSE (Mean Square Error). Brown’s model for PNS class 1: PNS class 2 : NON PNS class 1 : , NON PNS class 2 : . Holt’s model for PNS class 1: ,.PNS class 2 : NON PNS class 1 : and NON PNS class 2 : . Both of two metodes have similar good performance. but Holt’s metode has error value (MAE) more little then Brown’s metode. this thing is so important for looked considering its importance a forecasting for he best increase quality and contribution by Health BPJS at Jambi staff for future. Abstract

One of the local retribution is the market retribution. This market retribution is included in the general service levy which has a potential contribution to the improvement of development and community welfare. To determine the market levy rate, the government uses the Market Levy Collection Implementation Guideline which categorizes the market into class I, II, III and IV markets. In managing market retribution, the Banyumas Regency Government gives authority to the Department of Industry and Trade. In practice, market management is divided into several service technical management units (STMU), namely (1) STMU Market for East Banyumas Region, (2) STMU Market for West Banyumas Region, (3) STMU Market for Purwokerto I Region, and (4) STMU Pasar Purwokerto II Region. Each STMU has its own working area which consists of a combination of several market classes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the market retribution income based on the STMU of the market area in Banyumas Regency. This study uses secondary data in the form of market retribution income data in January-July 2021 obtained from the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Office. Based on the results of the analysis with the one-way ANOVA test, it was found that there were differences in market retribution income for the four markets STMU in Banyumas Regency. The average retribution income for the STMU Pasar areas of East Banyumas, West Banyumas, Purwokerto I and Purwokerto II is IDR 119,860,439, IDR 128,914,779, IDR 77,952,250, and IDR 49,736,959.

Abstract

This paper will discuss the solution of the fractional Black-Scholes equation which is a general form of the Black-Scholes equation and the novelty of research on the modified Black-Scholes equation. The methods for finding solutions to the fractional Black Scholes equation have been written in many international journals. The solution to the fractional Black Scholes equation in this case is reviewed by the Fractional Calculus approach. With the Fractional Calculus approach, the solution process in finding solutions to the Fractional Black Scholes equation becomes more efficient. Some of the methods used to find solutions to the Fractional Black Scholes Equation include the Sumudu transformation method, the series expansion method, the Homotopy perturbation method, the Adomian decomposition method, and the Laplace Adomian decomposition method.

Abstract

Baja merupakan baja tahan karat jenis martensitik yang mempunyai sifat tahan terhadap korosi tetapi nilai kekerasan rendah. Proses Karburising terhadap Baja adalah salah satu cara untuk dapat meningkatkan kekerasannya. Untuk mencapai kekerasan yang maksimal diperluan parameter yang optimum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan meterial yang tahan terhadap gesekan namun tetap ulet pada tengahnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan variasi tekanan 1.2, 1.6, dan 2.0 mBar dengan suhu 500 ˚C serta waktu 3 jam. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan kekerasan yang terbesar atau optimum diperoleh pada tekanan 1.6 mBar, yaitu pada 201,07 HVN. Kemudian hasil dari pengamatan struktur mikro bahwa lapisan tipis terlihat di bagian luar permukaan dengan unsur karbon yang teridentifikasi sangat tipis. Dari hasil pengujian EDS menghasilkan unsur campuran karbon (C) dengan unsur- unsur lainnya seperti campuran Oksigen (O), Silikon (Si), dan Klorida (Cl) dengan besi (Fe).

Abstract

Munculnya Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi baru yang serba digital memungkinkan untuk menangkap, mengoleksi dan menganalisis data dalam jumlah yang besar yang disebut big data. Big data dianggap bisa mengubah tata kelola kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji big data yang bisa mengubah tata kelola perkotaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Kerja bibliografi, review program-program Fing dan juga Grand Lyon serta wawancara dengan aktor kunci dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penilitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ambisi Fing untuk mengoperasionalkan kebijakan dalam pelayanan publik benar-benar bukti sebuah perangkat di mana Fing melalui big data telah mendorong manajemen perkotaan untuk memberikan teknik-teknik baru dalam hal pengolahan, penyediaan, dan pengelolaan data publik. Pembukaan data oleh Fing merangsang kemitraan publik-swasta (PPP) di antara open data platform serta warga. Keterlibatan warga negara untuk berkolaborasi dengan perusahaan swasta dan start-up dapat mengembangkan inisiatif, menciptakan nilai sosial dan ekonomi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Lainnya, berkat kehadiran big data, warga dapat dengan mudah mengumpulkan data dan memberikan pendapat mereka kepada pemerintah sehingga lebih transparan
