Abstract

This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the various independent variables used for research such as Social Media, E-WOM, Brand Image, and Service Quality to Customers at R Hotel Rancamaya. This research study uses quantitative methods and uses a purposive sampling technique for respondents. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents by holding random sampling. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression technique. With the results obtained indicate that if Social Media has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, E-WOM also has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, Brand Image has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction and Service Quality is quite significant and worthy of the satisfaction obtained by the customer. It can be said that the media needs to be improved and interact more actively with consumers, most people see the ratings and reviews owned by R Hotel Rancamaya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how to audit tenure and audit fees affect audit quality. This study employs secondary data types and a quantitative methodology. The annual reports of manufacturing firms in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016–2020 period serve as the research population. These reports are processed using a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. Fifteen companies were chosen at random from the results of the specified criteria. Logistic regression analysis is used in this study. The survey's findings suggest that audit fees have a beneficial impact on audit quality. However, audit tenure does not affect audit quality.

Abstract

Various aspects of human life have been touched and even changed as a result of the adoption of information and communication technology. We are currently in the industrial revolution 4.0 marked by digital technology. The entry of this era of disruption makes everything easier, faster and cheaper. This causes changes in Consumer behavior. Instagram has become a phenomenon in itself among social media users, especially teenagers. Many people use Instagram as a means to do business by uploading photos of the products they choose. This study examines the effect of digital marketing and social media influences on purchase intention with the online Consumer review variable as the intervening variable. Primary data collected using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who use the Instagram application to purchase fashion products. The questionnaires collected were 170 respondents, the data was then processed by path analysis method. Based on the results of research analysis there is a direct influence between digital marketing and social media influencers on online Consumer reviews, there is a direct influence of digital marketing, social media influencers and online Consumer reviews on purchase intention, however, the online Consumer review variable is not proven as an intervening variable between digital marketing and social media influencers on purchase intention.

Abstract

Research conducted by Prasetio et al. (2018) found that there was no significant relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction, job stress, organizational commitment and turnover intention. This research was conducted at one of the securities companies in Jakarta named PT. Sucor Sekuritas, which experienced an increase in the number of employees leaving from 2020-2021. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Sucor Sekuritas with a purposive sampling research sample. The source of this research data is secondary data obtained from companies and primary data obtained from a questionnaire survey using google form. The analysis of this research uses Variance based Structural Equation Model using Partial Least Square (Smart-pls) program with an alternative model of covariance based Structural Equation Model with outer model and inner model, as well as descriptive analysis with Three Box Methode. The results obtained in this study are job stress affects the intention to change jobs, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Then there was no effect of job satisfaction on the intention to change jobs, there was no effect of organizational commitment on the intention to change jobs, and there was no effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variables between job stress and turnover intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of advertising and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorcycles from UD. Forward Unaaha. This study uses a sample of 50 UD customers. Forward Unaaha. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and quantitative statistics, with the analysis tool used being multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 20 program package. The results showed that advertising and brand awareness simultaneously had a significant impact on purchasing decisions with a calculated F-score of 9.341 > F Table 3.195. With a T arithmetic value of 2.461 > T table 2.011, advertising sometimes has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. With a T-value of 2.095 > T-table of 2.011, brand awareness has a sometimes-significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the perception of convenience, perceived benefits and trust in the decision to use Dana at Esa Unggul University with attitude as an intervention variable. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with non-probability sampling method. The number of respondents taken as many as 160 respondents with the criteria of superior one student, transactions using Dana at least 2 times within a period of 6 months to 1 year and the application is the owner registered in the Dana application. The analytical method used is path analysis which includes validity, reliability, t-test and coefficient of determination (R²) using the SPSS program. The results showed that perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and trust in the decision to use Dana at Esa Unggul University, perceived convenience, benefits and perceived trust influenced the attitudes of Fund users at Esa Unggul University, and attitude had no effect as an intervention variable between perceived convenience variables, perceived benefits and trust in the decision to use Dana at Esa Unggul University.

Abstract

Through independence, work experience and high objectivity are required from an auditor. These factors may affect the potential for auditors to earn audit fees for their offerings. However, there are still many events that question the audit conducted by the auditor. There was a case in Bandar Lampung where auditors dedicated fraud on behalf of Welly and Ahmad and made a public audit conducted. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of independence, professional experience, objectivity and audit fees on audit quality, using a questionnaire given to auditors at KAP in Bandar Lampung. Target sampling used as a research pattern approach, namely the distribution of 30 questionnaires. In studying the data, this test uses multiple linear regression analysis. The effect of the test shows that the variables of independence, expert experience, objectivity and audit fees have a significant positive effect on audit quality.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, starting in the early 2020s, is changing people's lives and the way they work, and affecting industries and organizations around the world. Many companies or organizations are starting to think about ways to provide security and smoothness to the company's or organization's business in the COVID-19 pandemic situation so that employees are able to carry out their obligations by doing work from home. This study aims to fill the gap by investigating some of the potential predictors of job satisfaction while employees work from home from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic such as work-life balance and work stress. A quantitative approach is used on 135 employees who work from home in an automotive spare part manufacturing company. The collected data were analyzed using SEM tools. The results revealed that working from home, work-life balance and work stress had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Working from home as a new step in working can sustain job satisfaction as the current working atmosphere for workers. Responding to the situation during the COVID-19 pandemic, working from home can be a positive sign that needs attention for companies or organizations. The results of the study show that there is a strong relationship between working srom home and work life balance and work stress which increases job satisfaction, while work life balance is not positively related to job satisfaction when working from home and working from home during a pandemic can reduce work stress and increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze service quality, price perception, and brand image on guest satisfaction at Favehotel Gatot Subroto Jakarta. The type of data used is primary data in the form of respondents' opinions by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is the customer of Favehotel Gatot Subroto Jakarta with a sample of 107 respondents by purposive sampling. The data obtained will be analyzed using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the service quality variable, either simultaneously or partially, has a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction, the price perception variable, either simultaneously or partially, has a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction, and the brand image variable either simultaneously or partially. partial positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction.

Abstract

Online motorcycle taxi services have decreased passenger numbers due to lack of service and safety to passengers. This research aims to find out the magnitude of the influence of service quality and consumer safety on the satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi consumers in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is used to analyze data and information obtained from research using descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 100 onlie motorcycle taxi users in Bandar Lampung. The data is obtained from the koesioner using a likert. The data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of research and data analysis showed that the quality of service and consumer security simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction by 63.3%. The test results of each variable showed that the quality of service significantly affected consumer satisfaction by 61.8% and consumer safety significantly affected consumer satisfaction by 64.1%. by increasing the factors related to online motorcycle taxi companies will increase the satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi users in Bandar Lampung.
