Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Return On Equity (R)OE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Harga saham sub sector perusahaan pertambangan batu bara indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan 6 perusahaan yang masuk dalam Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) yang ada dalam “Bursa Efek Indonesia” dalam periode 2015 hingga 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis klasik dan pengujian signifikansi . Hasil penelitian ini Return On Equity (ROE) memiliki dampak negative terhadap harga saham dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) miliki pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality, sales promotion, and Islamic branding have on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable in the Naisha brand. The focus of this research object is the customer of the Naisha brand who has transacted online. The research method used is quantitative, with primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and the number of respondents in this study was 96 respondents. The data analysis used includes instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. This study indicates that product quality, sales promotion, and Islamic branding partially and simultaneously positively and significantly affect buying interest in Naisha products. Other results indicate that the variable product quality, sales promotion, and Islamic branding positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions. The purchase intention variable has a mediating effect on other independent variables.

Abstract

Syariah banking has experienced a fairly rapid and widespread development in Indonesia. Syariah banking is currently experiencing very significant progress, the occurrence of the global financial crisis on the one hand has made Islamic banking develop rapidly. This study aims to examine the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on profitability at BRI Syariah Bank (2012-2019). Sources of data in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports on the Bank BRI Syariah website www.brisyariah.co.id. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive research type. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. In mudharabah financing, capital is provided by the bank as the owner of the funds to facilitate capital for customers as managers in running a business. The results showed that the funding of mudharabah and musyarakah results had a significant effect on profitability (ROA). This influence can be seen from the amount of mudharabah and musyarakah funds distributed by Islamic Commercial Banks. Testing and data analysis found that mudharabah and musyarakah had a significant effect on profitability. Profit sharing financing for mudharabah and musyarakah has a positive and significant effect on profitability at BRI Syariah banks. This shows that an increase in mudharabah and musyarakah financing can increase the profitability of BRI Syariah Bank.

Abstract

The high level of ROE illustrates that the company's income is high so that management performance in managing the company is considered good. This research aims to analyze the Return On Equity (ROE) influenced or not by mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing at Bank BCA Syariah. Data is taken from financial reports at Bank BCA Syariah for the 2017-2019 period. Descriptive research using a quantitative approach includes this type of research. The analysis technique used consists of multiple regression analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the test state that mudharabah financing has no effect but is partially negative towards ROE. Musyarakah financing has a significant positive effect on Return On Equity partially.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakaherhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah Indonesia. Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 merupakan pandemi global, dampak ekonomi bagi rakyat Indonesia sangat serius, satu diantaranya yang terdampak adalah masyarakat Yogyakarta. Fenomena menarik bagi penduduk di kota pelajar tersebut dimana kreatifitas masyarakatnya untuk bertahan ditengah himpitan kebutuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini berusaha mengetahui upaya para pelaku usaha rumah tangga dalam menghadapi pandemic global tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan menjadikan beberapa pelaku usaha rumah tangga sebagai sumber data primer penelitian, sedangkan data sekunder dari informasi-informasi pendukung terkait penelitian yang dilakukan baik dari interview, pengamatan maupun sumber-sumber Pustaka ataupun penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreatifitas pelaku usaha rumah tangga semakin menguat dengan mengikuti perkembangan yang ada. Setidaknya, ada tiga langkah dilakukan. Pertama, menggunakan media online untuk pemasaran produknya baik melalui whatsapp, Instagram, facebook dan platform lainnya. Kedua, penguatan komunitas pelaku UMKM maupun pelaku usaha rumah tangga terutama melalui group-group media social. Ketiga, Kolaborasi antar pelaku usaha. Hasil temuan penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pelaku usaha rumah tangga muslim Yogyakarta berusaha tetap survive meski dalam segala keterbatasan yang ada. Hal ini menunjukkan modal utama resilensi ekonomi adalah kreatifitas dan bersinergi.

Abstract

This paper aim to assess and analyst bank health level of Sharia banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange or go public. Bank health assessment uses RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, And Capital) which is the latest regulation from Bank Indonesia. The sample is a Sharia Sharia banks listed with the period in 2019, so the result is an assessment of the health condition of the bank sample in 2019. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that Sharia banks with the period in 2019 in good health, but there were several notes on each sample tested. More comprehensive tests need to be carried out in order to obtain better health assessment results.

Abstract

Indonesia is a development country that requires a large amount of funds to carry out development. To encourage development, Indonesia receives domestic and foreign financing. FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) is one of the alternative sources of funds in increasing development in Indonesia. FDI is a type of foreign investment that makes a significant contribution through asset transfers and management, as well as technology transfers that can boost the Indonesian economy. Investment in Islam is an activity based on this because of the investment, assets will be more productive and useful for others. The objective achieved in this study is to review how FDI in development is viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. In this study using the Library Research method, which is a study that utilizes library sources to obtain research data. Data obtained from books, papers or articles, magazines, journals, web (internet) or other information related to the title.

Abstract

Profesi nelayan dikenal dengan profesi yang memiliki ketidakpastian pendapatan sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi dalam menjalankan bisnis penangkapan ikan seperti yang dilakukan oleh nelayan desa Kandangsemangkon Paciran Lamongan. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh nelayan desa Kandangsemangkon adalah penerapan etika bisnis didalam kegiatan bisnis nelayan yang dinamakan etika bisnis miyang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis etika bisnis miyang dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan nelayan yang berkaitan dengan etika bisnis miyang. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa etika bisnis miyang yang diterapkan oleh nelayan desa Kandangsemangkon memiliki kesesuaian dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam yang didalamnya terdapat lima prinsip yaitu prinsip keadilan, kepercayaan, kebebasan, kejujuran dan kebahagiaan yang bertumpu pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadits mampu merubah tingkat kesejahteraan nelayan buruh di desa Kandangsemangkon, Paciran, Lamongan

Abstract

Poverty is a serious and very important problem in every country, including Indonesia. Thus poverty alleviation is a policy that must always be implemented by implementing concrete steps in its implementation. Writing this study aims to determine the effect of ZIS, economic growth, unemployment and inflation on the poverty rate in Indonesia for the period 2010-2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing. In the results of this study, the T test shows that the ZIS does not have a partial effect on the poverty level but has a negative direction, while economic growth and inflation do not have a significant effect on the poverty level. And unemployment has a significant positive effect on the poverty rate. The F test shows that the independent variables, namely ZIS, economic growth, unemployment and inflation simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely the level of poverty in Indonesia.
