Main Contribution of educational technology in management of education and learning is open the horizon knowledge about strategic environment change. We need science and technology growth caused by activity learning and study innovation. By the way, this insufficient because technological concept of study give the formula about how carrying out teaching and learning activity in this globalization era. Abstract

Education institution represents the organization having unique character because in it there are learning process and activity of human empowerment. Logical consequence of education is arranging effectiveness of education organization that necessarily requires leadership. Effectiveness of education leadership will perform better if education leader have a number of ability. From function aspect, leader must able to carry out their function as manager, leader, and educator. The function requires a number of ability, which must be possessed by the leader to be able to run the organization effectively. Technical, interpersonal, and conceptual ability and moral condition represent the elementary aspect of education leader.

Abstract

According to the real result of the various studying difficulties,which being felt by the client (student), whatever their reasons or motives are very much demand to the guider to take part in looking for the various alternatives in order to help the studentresolving those cases through the learning guidance services actively. This activity is in order to create the student’s mental stability and their readiness to promote their aptitude and full participation, especially in learning process (in theclass). If this condition can be realized be expected to obtain the quality of learning-teaching process in the class.

Abstract

Its really a complicated matter to find solution aout madrasah’s position. Various problem which emerge before a period of autonomy, not yet completed, added by new problem which always emerge one another. By otonomization of madrasah institute, madrasahhave to be given the authority to arrange its own bussiness; improving its human resource and managing effort to financing institute self-supportingly, not depended to institute National Religion Departement. Madrasah (state) is under authority of district’s Religion Departement, the duty is only limited to observation structurally and have no authority to intervence the institute. To realize it, madrasah have to apply total quality management to face the free competition.

Abstract

Nowadays, Islamic education experience functional degradation because unable to show itsreal spirit. Islamic education just only can adapt to the education orienting at materialistic (pragmatic and practical) aspect, so that unable to determine its step independently. In order to follow science and technology development, there’s three aspects, namely knowledge oriented, skill oriented, and values oriented. Thereby the target of short-range (world bliss) and long-range target (akherat bliss) of Islamic education can be reached. Here also conducted comparative analysis to thought of education figures (especially Islamic education) so that we can found concept or theory of Islamic education which not only orienting at cognitive aspect, but also orienting at student moral aspect, and also can keep abreast of the science and technology, and keep stand on Islamic values.

Learning concept which afforded by az-Zarnuji is complete with normative values, though there’s a lot expression about learning concept which having practical character. Therefore, az-Zarnuji concepts is exactly easy to understand and able to actualize in all different place and time. In modern day, when science and technology thrive so fast, moral value start to attenuate and replaced by immoral culture value. Abstract

Mental health construction of the child has vital importance to receive attention. Islamic education offers the solution of the child’s health mental construction conception. Islamic education instructs the student to conduct the construction and development of fitrah with all its potency and eliminate the expanding of negative potency. Construction and development of child’s fitrah with all its potency is believed will make healthy to child’s soul, while model that Islamic education give in this case is with the introduction of values of tauhid and behavior. The introduction of these values can bring about harmonious order in child self as one of the characteristic of mental health.

Abstract

: As one of the sultan from Turki Usmani (Ottoman Turk) Empire, Mahmud II have conducted various renewal, especially in education. Mahmud II believe that one factor causing the decline of Usmani Empire is conventional education pattern (madrasah) which is only teach religious knowledge. By orienting at West, Mahmud II opens the new schools that teaching various modern science and send hundreds of student to various country in Europe. : Adolescent is community which often become the device of pride and yearn, but at the same time target from systematic evil plan. Therefore, improving quality, creativity, and credibility is something that must to do. Key factor from that all is religious morality. Abstract

: This paper attempts to present an alternative approach to training and improving the quality of teachers serving in rural schools of Sarawak. Based on the understanding that teacher training places are quite limited and that there are limited opportunities for meaningful interaction between school personnel and the central office or the teacher training institutions, it is argued that the overall quality of the teaching learning processes can be achieved through a systematic and properly structured school-based teacher training and guidance programme. A mentoring approach that places the headmaster as the mentor is viewed as a suitable alternative, as administratively and professionally it will have these merits: (a) It will provide the temporary teachers the opportunity to continue to serve in their respective schools, and at the same time receive some form of formal training and guidance; (b) It will allow for a better cooperation, collaboration and teamwork and greater sense of ownership among the school personnel and also between the school and the local education institution and the teacher training colleges; and (c) It will encourage greater staff professional growth as the mentors will also be gaining from the training they received to become effective mentors and from the actual process of guiding and helping the beginning and the temporary teachers under their care
