Abstract

The objective of this research was to to find out the implementation of learning using traditional games in Physical Education in elementary schools in the District of Ketanggunan, Brebes Regency. This research used qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection was done using observation, interview, and documentation method. The subjects of this study were the headmasters and Physical Education teachers. From the result of the study, it can be concluded that the learning using traditional games in Physical Education in elementary schools in the district of Ketanggungan, Brebes regency had been going well. It could be seen from the aspects of curriculum, learning facilities, and learning process. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning using traditional games in Physical Education in elementary schools in the District of Ketanggungan, Brebes Regency had been good because it had met the Physical Education learning indicators. The advice that can be given is the addition of some traditional game tools.

Abstract

One of the extracurricular problems in schools today is that the achievements achieved are not optimal, including at SD Lempongsari. The purpose of this study was to determine extracurricular coaching, extracurricular programs, and extracurricular student achievement in SD N Lempongsari. Qualitative descriptive research was conducted at SD N Lempongsari through coaching. This type of descriptive qualitative research uses a case study design that is extracting data and information about extracurricular guidance of SD N Lempongsari and interviews, observations, documentation while in the field. From the results of the study, SD N Lempongsari addressed in Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City, Central Java. Recruitment is done when training takes place at school, the training program is held a month before the championship and is tiered from grade 3 to grade 5, SD N Lempongsari achievements in 2018 POPDA takraw wins 3 rd, 2019 wins 1 st. Conclusions, the data generated after the interview of the source of all data has been going well and the trainer training program is in accordance with their duties and authority. Suggestions, this research was not made to make SD N Lempongsari worse, but this research would be a preliminary data from poorer schools to better. It would be better if the Principal of SD N Lemponsari continued to pay attention to sports extracurricular coaching and student achievement for schools continued to survive and improve each year

Abstract

The focus of this research was to find out Sport Extracurricular Development in Public Vocational Schools in Demak Regency.This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this study were the Principal or Student, Physical Education Teacher and the sport extracurricular participants. Data analysis methods that were carried out continuously included data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study were as follows: (1) planning is said to be good from suppliers, nurseries, facilities, development and funding. (2) organization is said to be good as seen from the organizational structure according to roles and responsibilities. (3) good results come from the exercise program and execise schedule and activities that are carried out. (4) surveillance is said to be good in terms of evaluation and quality work standards.

Abstract

The purpose of study to know how to develop extracurricular sports facilities at jepara district. This study uses a qualitative discrete approach, data collection using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results: 1) Recruitment of students carried out at the beginning of the new school year. 2) the recruitment of professional trainers does not exist. 3) a junior high school extracurricular training Program in Jepara District does not yet have a Structured and well-planned training programmes, the sport teachers still rely on students to exercise at the club 4) Support given by the school that is very supportive by facilitating facilities and infrastructure and giving appreciation to the outstanding students. 5) the facilities and infrastructure owned by the school is already complete enough. 6) performance of schools Being a research object has been very good.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIta Setiyawati. 2020. Fanaticism in the Karate Sports College in terms of Social, Culture, and Sports (Case Study of the Dojo in Jepara Regency). Thesis, Department of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation, Faculty of Sport Science, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Supervisor: Dr. Heny Setyawati, M.Si. Kata kunci: Fanaticism, Karate, Social, Culture, Sports. This research is motivated by the development of existing colleges in Jepara Regency resulting in increased competition between universities and fanatsime between universities is increasingly visible when in a match. Then there are five karate schools with one school, shotokan. Some universities in Jepara Regency include; Lemkari, Inkai, Inkanas, BKC, and Inkado. The problem in this research is how much the level of fanaticism in the karate sport branch (case study in Dojo in Jepara Regency) in terms of social, cultural and sports. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the level of fanaticism in karate sports is viewed from Culture, Social and Sports (Case Study of Dojo in Jepara Regency) "..Quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. The variable of this study is the level of fanaticism in the karate sports branch of the school by using a population of karate college students in Jepara Regency. A sample of 52 karateka college using accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses observation, documentation and questionnaire / questionnaire. With instruments in the form of a questionnaire / questionnaire. Descriptive percentage of statistical data analysis as a data analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that the level of fanaticism in the karate sport branch in Jepara in terms of social has a category value of 75%. This shows that the level of fanaticism in the karate sport branch in Jepara in terms of social is included in the very high category. The level of fanaticism in the karate sports college in Jepara Regency is seen from the culture of 55.8% which is in the medium category. Then the level of fanaticism in karate sports in the Jepara Regency in terms of sports is 40.4% which is also included in the high category.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that fanaticism in the karate sports university based on social review (case study of the dojo in Jepara Regency) shows that it is in the very high category, for cultural review is in the medium category and for sports review is in the high category. Researchers have suggestions that parents and the community can support the development of karate in order to provide the best.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of extracurricular sports in the badminton at ITE College East Singapore. This research is a descriptive qualitative study conducted at ITE College East Singapore. The time for implementation is in October the fourth week, 2018. The objectives of this study are ITE College East Singapore and badminton extracurricular trainers at ITE College East Singapore. The resource persons of this research are the badminton extracurricular trainers, students and the chair of the sports extracurricular field. Data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. As a result of the research, the recuitment process carried out by holding an exhibition was at the beginning of the new school year. The process of implementing activities does not have an exercise program, the schedule is regularly arranged and there is no sparring. There is no goal that belongs to this extracurricular, students only come later practice and go home. Providers of facilities and infrastructure provided are very adequate and of international standard. The conclusion obtained is that badminton extracurricular activities at ITE become a very useful activity because the complete infrastructure provided will encourage students to participate in activities and become better guidelines for the development of sports extracurricular activities at ITE College East Singapore.

Abstract

This study used a test survey method. The research sample was 16 male athletes using total sampling. The research method used a test. The test instruments used were a hand grip dynamometer, throwing a medicinball and a hevit test. The data analysis technique used correlation and multiple regression with 2 independent variables, hand muscle strength (x1), arm power (x2), and the result of a forehand (y) as dependent variable. Data analysis using a significant level of 5% is found: 1) The relationship of hand muscle strength to the results of forehand groundstroke is 53.7%, 2) The relationship between arm power and forehand groundstroke is 78.7%, 3) The relationship between hand muscle strength and arm power with a forehand groundstroke result of 78.7%.The conclusions of the study are 1) There is a relationship between the ability of hand muscle strength, 2) There is a relationship between arm power, 3) There is a relationship between the ability of hand muscle strength and arm power with the results of a forehand groundstroke. Suggestions to tennis trainers are 1) to provide exercises that can increase the hand muscles to hold the grip to be more powerful and accurate, 2) to provide a varied training model so that athletes do not get bored in the training to increase arm strength and power.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe game model Lom-Zig-Lembol (Jumping Zig-zag Throwing Ball) in learning physical fitness activity for deaf students. This research is the Research and Development (R & D). The following research procedure: 1) the potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) validation of design (1 expert physical education and 2 learning experts), 5) revised design, 6) test a small scale, 7) revision products, 8) large trial, 9) revision products, 10) which produces a tool of mass-production. The results of the initial product expert validation study obtained an average 88,25% are very good, the result of small-scale trials is 92.50% (excelent). The result of the revision of the expert stated that it was very appropriate to use. The result of large-scale trials is 86.96% (very good). Based on the analysis of research, Lom-Zig-Lembol game (Jumping Zig-zag Throwing Ball) can be used as a teaching model of physical fitness activities on deaf student in schools.

Norma Zunika Prasetiawan. 2019. The Effect of Music Play in Weightlifting Exercise to Improve Muscle Strength in Year 2018/2019. A Final Project. The Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation; The Faculty of Sports Sciences; Universitas Negeri Semarang. Advisor: Dr. Tri Rustiadi, M.Kes. Key Word : Influence, Music, Muscle, The research question of this research is how the effect of music play in weightlifting exercise to improve muscle strength of FIK fitness center members in the year 2018/2019 is. The research is aimed to reveal and to analyze the fitness members’ muscle strength in which the exercise room play and do not play music. This is a descriptive quantitative research with purposive sampling technique was employed in selecting the samples based on certain condition. Members’ background equalization was done to help minimalizing or even deleting extraneous variables which may drive into unreliable result. There were 12 selected samples for the research. The members were divided into two groups which were experiment group one and experiment group two. The experiment group one got music play with them, while the experiment group two was the other hand. The pre-test identification of thrust to experiment group one, to whom the music was played, resulted the thrust mean point in 25.33, highest achieved point in 29 and lowest achieved point in 20. On further identification, the thrust post-test resulted mean point in 34.67, highest achieved point in 40, and lowest achieved point in 30. For the pull section identification, the pre-test resulted mean point in 22.67, highest achieved point in 34 and lowest achieved point in 14. The post-test resulted mean point in 31.50, highest achieved point in 45 and lowest achieved point in 20. The experiment group two whom music did not play to, on the other side shown different progress. For the thrust section identification, the pre-test resulted mean point in 23.33, highest achieved point in 29 and the lowest achieved point in 15. The post-test resulted mean point in 26.33, highest achieved point in 32 and lowest achieved point in 17. For the pull section identification, the pre-test resulted mean point in 20.50, highest achieved point in 29, and lowest achieved point in 14. The post-test resulted mean point in 23.33, highest achieved point in 32 and the lowest achieved point in 18.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how much interest and motivation students in physical education learning in SDLB Negeri Tegal 2019. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the interests and motivations of students with intellectual disabilities to follow learning physical education at SDLB Negeri Tegal in 2019. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using survey method. The sampling technique uses a total technique sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire, observation, documentation, and unstructured interviews. Data analysis uses statistics descriptive percentage. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the interests of students with special needs for mental retardation at SDLB Negeri Tegal in participating physical education learning in schools the average student interest is at medium category which is 64%. Survey of students' mental retardation motivation in physical education learning shows the average motivation of students are in the medium category which is 68%. Then it is suggested to the teacher that further enhance creative and innovative learning, so that students are more active in moving, so learning is going on can be effective in students and increase student interest and motivation in participating in physical education learning.
