Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PDAM Kota Parepare. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple linear analysis methods with the help of SPSS software version 20. The sample in this study were employees in the field of engineering and operations at PDAM Parepare City, totaling 52 employees. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the local drinking water company in the City of Pare-Pare by 3,340 > 2,010, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the regional drinking water company in the City of Parepare by 3,272 > 2,010 and the work environment variable. and work discipline, simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variables where F count > F table (62.139 > 3.19).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan perseorangan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk perahu sekoci PT. Jatitengah Perdana Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk perahu sekoci PT. Jatitengah Perdana Indonesia yang berjumlah 40 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik judgement sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket), dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 12,958 + 0,174 X1 + 0,210 X2 + 0,267 X3. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) sebesar 0,370, hal ini berarti 37 % kepuasan konsumen produk perahu sekoci PT.Jatitengah Perdana Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan perseorangan, sedangkan sisanya 63% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang berada di luar variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study describes the role of human resource competence in improving employee performance. The human resources needed by companies today are HR competencies that have the skills to adapt to new environments such as the adoption of new technologies. The role of HR competencies today requires task skills and skill transfer skills as basic characteristics (underlying characteristics) that are deep and inherent in a person that can be used to predict various specific work situations, such as technological advances in today's digital era. This study uses a qualitative research method which is carried out on the process of understanding based on facts in a social phenomenon and human problem, and presented in an analytical and descriptive manner and collected systematically. This research uses a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that preparing human resource competencies today is an easy thing. There are challenges that hinder the success or failure of the efforts undertaken. There are several challenges that must be resolved, such as the education level of employees is still low, employees who do not have the competence to develop themselves, there are still some employees who do not understand the application of technology in the work environment, and the lack of consistency in training and development that PT Mpingchips does for each of its employees. Employee education and training contribute to increasing productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Education and training for employees at PT Mpingchips must be provided regularly so that each employee's competence is maintained to improve organizational performance

Abstract

UPT SD Negeri 191 Bubun Bia is one of the public schools that also received attention in the form of BOS funds from the government. The purpose of this study was to find out how to apply the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of BOS funds during the COVID-19 pandemic at UPT SD Negeri 191 Bubun Bia. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The distribution of BOS Funds is based on the total number of students, totaling 104 students. The population in this study amounted to 218 people with a sample using purposive sampling of as many as 9 people. The results showed that the application of the principle of transparency at the UPT SD Negeri 191 Bubun Bia was transparent, as seen from the openness in the planning of preparing the RKAS. The benefits of this research are to provide mutual trust between various parties and the transparency of financial statements that can be accounted for

Abstract

This study aims to find out the increase in profitability and activity at PT. Hendra Mandiri Parepare Services. The research results collected are processed and analyzed in this section. The analysis used in this study includes descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. By using the method of profitability and activity ratio analysis. The object of the research is to use financial statements in the form of a balance sheet and profit and loss. For the profitability ratio from the calculation of gross profit margin (GPM) at PT. Hendra Mandiri Parepare's services for 2019, 2020, and 2021 are 35% each; 30%; and 26%. The gross profit margin in 2016 and 2017 is considered very good. Then the results of the calculation of the net profit margin (NPM) at PT. Hendra Mandiri Parepare services for 2019, 2020, and 2021 are 15% each; 16%; and 6%. Net profit margin in 2019 and 2020 is considered Good. And the results of the calculation of return on investment (ROI) at PT. Hendra Mandiri Parepare's services for 2019, 2020, and 2021 are 21% each; 28%; and 10%. Return on investment in 2016 and 2017 is considered good. 4) For the activity ratio of the calculation of receivable turnover at PT. Hendra Mandiri Parepare services for 2019, 2020, and 2021 for 4 times each; 6 times; and 7 times. receivable turnover for three years is considered very poor every year. Then the results of the calculation of total asset turnover at PT. Hendra Mandiri Parepare services for 2019, 2020, and 2021 for 1 time each; 2 times, and 2 times. total asset turnover in 2019 is categorized as poor.

Abstract

Perusahaan asuransi Bumiputera merupakan perusahaan yang menjual jasa kepada pelanggan, sedangkan pada sisi lain, perusahaan asuransi adalah sebagai investor dari tabungan masyarakat kepada investasi yang produktif. Kinerja merupakan salah satu kumpulan total dari kerja yang ada pada diri pekerja atas tugas yang diberikan. Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah komitmen organisasi yang merupakan dimensi perilaku penting dan dapat digunakan untuk menilai kecendrungan karyawan untuk bertahan sebagai anggota organisasi. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini mengangkat judul yaitu Pengaruh Komitemen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Asuransi Bumiputera Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan lokasi penelitian yaitu kantor Asuransi Bumiputera Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Asuransi Bumiputera sebanyak 123 orang dan menjadi sampel sebanyak 36 orang yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Asuransi Bumiputera Makassar dengan nilai t-hitung dari variabel bebas tersebut lebih kecil dari t-tabel atau nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari α 0,05, yakni 1,2,090>1,692 atau 0,038<0,05.

Abstract

Leadership and Provision of Performance Allowances for the Performance of Civil Servants at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Maros Regency. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence Leadership and Performance Allowances have on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Maros Regency. The analytical method used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, and the method of determining the sample used is the census sampling method of 45 samples. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression (multi-linear regression). The study results show that the partial effect on the performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Maros Regency is the Leadership variable with a tcount of 3.978 > ttable of 2.01808, the Performance Allowance variable has no significant effect. Leadership and Performance Allowances simultaneously have a significant effect with a Fcount value of 23.588 > Ftable 3.22 on the Performance of Office Employees of the Ministry of Religion, Maros Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the liquidity ratio as measured by the current ratio (CR), the solvency ratio as measured by the debt to asset ratio (DAR), the activity ratio measured by total asset turnover (TATO) on profitability which is measured. With return on assets (ROA). The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the Financial Report at PDAM In Indonesia for the last five years (2016-2020) which consists of a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, which are processed with the help of the SPSS V23 program. This study's results indicate that the calculations from multiple linear regression that have been carried out are Y= 178.926 + 2.1185 X1 + 1.888 X2 + (-0.757 X3) + e. If liquidity, solvency, and activity are worth 0, then profitability is worth 178,926. The results of the t-test indicate that liquidity has no partial effect on profitability by seeing a significant 0.389 > 0.05 and a tcount value of 1.428 < ttable 12.706. While solvency does not affect profitability, it can be seen by the significance of 0.485 > 0.05 and the value of tcount 1.049 < ttable 12.706. And activity shows a positive but insignificant effect on profitability as indicated by looking at 0.086 > 0.05 and tcount 17.391 > t table 12.706, so training influences profitability. In addition, liquidity, solvency, and activity simultaneously affect profitability by looking at Fcount of 38.274 and Ftable of 19.16. While the results of the Adjusted R square or coefficient of determination of 0.965 mean that 96.5% of the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable, while other variables outside the research model influence the remaining 3.5%.
