Abstract

Computer Based Test (CBT) plays an important role to support efficient and faster formative and summative evaluations conducted by teachers in schools. The purpose of this research is to improve the teacher's ability in preparing CBT questions. The research was conducted at SMA Islam Cikal Harapan 2 for the 2019/2020 academic year involving 10 teachers. The type of this research is a school action research (PTS), two cycles, with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Collecting data using the technique of questionnaires, documentation and tests. The results of the study revealed that the percentage of teachers' ability to create CBT questions increased from 60% in the first cycle to 87% in the second cycle. These abilities include preparing questions, creating supporting files, and uploading questions on a computer. In addition, teacher activity in IHT increased from 73% in cycle I to 87% in cycle II. The conclusion of this research is that the ability to create CBT questions and teacher activities can be improved through in-house training.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to express the students’ opinion in exploring the virtual of public places through barcodes. Through a qualitative approach, data collection was taken from 33 students in Class 7.06. The test of result data in cycles 1 and 2 experienced increasing in student learning outcomes which referred to the criteria of score minimum of 67, with description of the predicate A to D as follows: 1) needs to be maximized (D), 2) enough (C), 3) good (B), 4) excellent (A). Strengthening students' digital literacy skills in using barcodes through android applications, 87% succeeded in downloading the QR Code Scanner application, 13% failed to download due to limited HP memory capacity and internet quota. This research is expected to provide meaningful information for English teachers in learning transactional text material about public places to improve students' speaking skills as a learning tool that becomes a provision in real life in the surrounding environment

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low professionalism of teachers SMPN 228 Jakarta during Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this study to improve teachers professionalism of SMPN 228 Jakarta during Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a school action research (PTS) which is conducted through socialization through the Teacher Working Group (KKG). Design of this study uses a non-directive supervision model, which consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. Data analysis technique was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner. Results of this study indicate that teachers professionalism of SMPN 228 Jakarta during Covid-19 pandemic has increased, namely from the results of academic supervision carried-out on teachers of SMPN 228 Jakarta there is an increase in teacher professionalism in online learning. Teachers in previous learning still have difficulty adapting to online learning, after coaching and supervision, teachers are used to developing their professionalism in online learning

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of students analytical skills on prioritizing needs as a habituation of anti-corruption character. One solution to strengthening anti-corruption character education is the application of the DaSi KPK in social studies learning. DaSi KPK is a learning tool which is an acronym for the Priority Needs Card Presentation Media. This study used an experimental method with the design of the one group pre-test-post-test. While the data analysis technique used is the t test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the application of the DaSi KPK on the ability of students to understand and analyze the priority scale needs as strengthening the anti-corruption character in social studies subjects with a significance level of 0.014. The hope is that social studies learning will be more meaningful and strengthening the anti-corruption character with the KPK will be remembered by students all the time

Abstract

Most students are not enthusiastic about participating in online learning. Therefore we need a way to activate students in learning through WhatsApp Groups. This research aims to determine the increase in students activity through WhatsApp in PPKN learning on basic competence analysis the forming process of Pancasila as fundament philosophy. The subject on this research is students of 87 Junior High School for the seventh grades. This research with 2 cycles. Each cycles consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques carried out by monitoring during studying and taking test on the learners. In this research there are two research instruments, namely observation sheets and test. From the results, it is found out the learning outcome of learners knowleadge increased from 68% to 77% in cycle and cyclus II became 89%. It can be concluded that learning PPKN through WhatsApp can improve students activities
