Abstract

Modern retail is a place that offers a variety of community needs. Retail trade not only sells products, but retail sales also means selling services, so it is natural for retailers to compete for consumers both from products and to offer services. This competition between modern retail and traditional markets requires efforts to maintain customer loyalty so that traders do not lose consumers. In this research, it will be discussed matters relating to customer loyalty, namely customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction with consumer loyalty in modern retail and to determine the effect of free variables of customer satisfaction with consumer loyalty in modern retail. This research was conducted at SKA Pekanbaru Sports Station Mall in April to May 2015. The sample of this study amounted to 70 people with simple random sampling technique with the subject criteria is the Sports Station Mall SKA Pekanbaru customer. The data collection of this study was carried out using a questionnaire namely the scale of consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction made by researchers. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that there is a significant influence between consumer satisfaction with customer loyalty in modern retail. The results of partial calculations show that there is a significant positive effect between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of compensation on employee work motivation on Ciputra Seraya Hypermart Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a qualitative study using statistical analysis tools and service solutions (SPSS) version 17.0. In general, the results of testing the validity and reliability of research question items have given good results. Hypothesis test results (H1) partially in this study indicate that the value of tcount is 4.613, while ttable is 2.052, where tcount is 4.613> ttable 2.052, with a significant level of 0.000 being lower at α = 0.05 This shows that the hypothesis (H1 ) accepted, where the salary variable has a significant and positive effect on employee work motivation. Hypothesis test results (H2) partially in this study indicate that the value of tcount is 0.502, while ttable is 2.052, where tcount is 0.502 <ttable 2.502, with a significant level of 0.619 being higher at α = 0.05. The second hypothesis (H2) proposed in this study was rejected, where career variables did not affect employee work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of student discipline on the learning outcomes of class XI economics at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This research was also carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data and student learning outcomes. And the sample used was 30 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. In processing data, the author uses Microsoft Office Excel 2010. The results of research conducted indicate that there is an influence of student discipline on economic learning outcomes of class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Seen from the results of the t test where t Calculate> t Table (4.211> 2.048). This figure shows the influence of student discipline on the learning outcomes of class XI economics at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. While the regression test also shows the value of R2 Deternination Coefficient is 0.388. Student discipline has a contribution or influence on student economic learning outcomes of 38.8% while the other 61.2% is \influenced by other factors not included in this study.
