Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-learning berbasis Discovery Learning menggunakan Schoology yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika SMA kelas XI semester 1. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIEyang dimodifikasi menjadi 4 tahapan, yaitu tahap analisis (Analyze), perencanaan (Design), pengembangan (Development) dan implementasi (Implementation). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah produk berupa e-learning fisika yang dilengkapi dengan fitur pembelajaran seperti animasi, video, kuis, forum diskusi, assignment dan rapor. E-learning ini berbasis model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan guru sebagai fasilitator. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan kepada 75 peserta didik didapatkan sebanyak 65,3% peserta didik menyatakan bahwa guru di sekolahnya belum menggunakan e-learning di dalam pembelajaran dan sebanyak 94,7% peserta didik belajar menggunakan bantuan internet. Selain itu sebanyak 52% peserta didik merasa model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh gurunya sekarang belummampu mengembangkan sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis guru yang dilakukan pada 3 guru kelas XI di 3 sekolah yang berbeda, menghasilkan bahwa ketiga guru tersebut belumpernah menggunakan e-learning di dalam pembelajaran fisika, tetapi mereka tertarik untuk menggunakannya. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa dibutuhkan pengembangan E-learning berbasis Discovery Learning menggunakan Schoology. Abstract This research aims to produce e-learning based on Discovery Learning using Schoologywhich can used in physics learning in class XI semester 1. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which modified into 4 stages, Analyze, Design, Development) and Implementation. The results obtained fromthis research are products in the formof e-learning physics that equipped with learning features such as animation, videos, quizzes, discussion forums, assignments and report cards. This e-learning based on the Discovery Learning learning model with the teacher as a facilitator. Based on the results of the needs analysis to 75 students it was found that 65.3% of students stated that the teachers in their schools had not used e-learning when they study and 94.7% of students learn by use the internet. In addition, 52% of students feel the learning model that applied by their teacher is not able to develop the attitudes, knowledge and skills of students yet. Where as based on the results of teacher analysis conducted on 3 teachers in 3 different schools, it resulted that all of them had never used e-learning in physics learning, but they interested in using it. Based on the analysis of these needs it can stated that development of E-learning based on Discovery Learning using Schoology is needed. Keywords: E-learning, Discovery Learning, Schoology

Abstract

Abstrak Pemisahan partikel merupakan proses untuk mendapatkan zat murni dari suatu zat campuran. Kavitasi adalah terbentuknya gelembung-gelembung dalam aliran fluida akibat penurunan tekanan pada fluida sampai dibawah tekanan uap jenuhnya. Selanjutnya akan erosi kavitasi yaitu pecahnya gelembung–gelembung tersebut akibat tumbukan. Karakteristik kavitasi penting dianalisis dalam sebagai dasar pemisahan partikel. Gelembung kavitasi yang menempel pada partikel yang diberikan iradiasi ultrasonik akan mengarahkan partikel menuju wilayah iradiasi tertinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pergerakan gelembung kavitasi karena iradiasi gelombang berdiri ultrasonik. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis larutan, suhu, penambahan SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate), dan posisi partikel silika pada tiap larutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga jenis larutan yaitu aquades, alkohol, dan campuran alkohol-aquades. Suhu yang digunakan sebesar 28oC dan 100oC. Posisi setiap saat partikel silika dalam larutan yang diiradiasi gelombang berdiri ultrasonik diamati menggunakan kamera Lumix GH5s 4K Mirrorless. Video yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan software Python. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu mempengaruhi populasi gelembung kavitasi. Kavitasi pada larutan campuran aquades-alkohol memiliki jumlah kavitasi tertinggi dan kecepatan pemisahan pertikel tercepat dengan waktu 2.5 sekon. Kata-kata kunci: Ultrasonik, Kavitasi, Pemisahan Partikel, Python. Abstract Particle separation is a process to get a pure substance from a mixed substance. Cavitation is the formation of bubbles in the fluid flow due to a decrease in pressure in the fluid until below the saturated vapor pressure, then followed by cavitation erosion due to bubbles collisions. It is interesting to study cavitation phenomena because it is important in the particle separation process. The cavitation bubbles attached to the particles given the irradiation, then it will direct the particles to the highest irradiation region. The purpose of this study was to analyze the movement characteristics of the cavitation bubbles due to ultrasonic standing wave irradiation. The variables used in this study were the type of solution, temperature, the using of SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate), and the movement of silica particles in each solution. The solution used were distilled water, alcohol, and a mixture of distilled alcohol and water. The solution temperatures were kept on 28oC and 100oC. The silica particles were used to observe the cavitation characteristics of the solution on particle separation. The position of each particle in the solution was observed using the Lumix GH5 4K Mirrorless camera. The data obtained were processed and analyzed using Python software. The results showed that the temperature affected the cavitation bubble population. The aquades-alcohol mixed cavitation has the highest cavitation population and the fastest particle separation speed with a time of 2.5 seconds.
