Jurnal Penelitian Ilmu Ushuluddin (e-ISSN 2774-8340) is a peer-reviewed journal that is published by the Faculty of Ushuluddin UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This Journal publishes current original research on religious studies and Islamic studies using an interdisciplinary perspective, especially within Islamic Theology (Ushuluddin) studies and its related teachings resources: Religious studies, Islamic thought, Islamic philosophy, Quranic studies, Hadith studies, and Islamic mysticism. Reviewers will review any submitted paper. The review process employs a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.

This study aims to discuss the hadith perspective on cleanliness. This research is a qualitative type by applying literature study to interpret the hadith about cleanliness with a content analysis approach. The results and discussion of this study include the notion of cleanliness, hadiths regarding cleanliness, and cleanliness in the hadith perspective. This study concludes that maintaining cleanliness is very important for daily life including physical and spiritual cleanliness and environmental cleanliness. This study recommends all parties to maintain cleanliness which is not only related to ethics but also the value of worship, especially the recommended importance of implementing hygiene habits from an early age through the role of Islamic institutions.

This study aims to discuss the effectiveness of dhikr therapy in reducing anxiety in adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach with case methods and field research, while the instrument used is a questionnaire containing questions. The results of this study indicate that adolescents or students experience anxiety in facing exams and by doing dhikr therapy the heart becomes calm so that when they are about to take the exam they become focused and fluent. In conclusion, dhikr itself is a prayer which will remember and express feelings, desires and desires. So that with dhikr people will get peace of mind and inner relief, because they will remember themselves and feel reminded by Allah SWT.

Design Thinking Ethics of Neighboring Life Inspiration of Prophet’s Hadith Lutfiana Nisarohmah

The purpose of this study is to discuss the ethical value of being a neighbor. This research method employs a qualitative kind through library studies and field studies with a design thinking hadith approach. The results and discussions of this study include the ethic of neighboring life, the Prophet’s exemplary inspiration of a neighboring life, and the ethical development innovation in a neighboring life. This study concludes that the hadith has an inspiring message to foster the ethic of living next door through simple things to create harmony for human life.

Makna Tabarruj Perspektif Hadits dalam Kitab Syarah Shahih Muslim Karya Imam an-Nawawi (631-676 H.) Vera Nur Azmi

This study has several objectives that is to find out how the understanding of the hadits about tabarruj, knowing how the quality of the hadith about tabarruj, and knowing the explanation of the hadith syarah about tabarruj contained in the book of Syarah Shahih Muslim by Imam an-Nawawi. The type of research used is qualitative research by applying library research. Then collect library sources, after that they are categorized according to research questions, then researchers collect data from library sources, namely the book of Syarah Shahih Muslim by Imam an-Nawawi, then carry out the takhrij al-hadith, naqd as-sanad and naqd al-matan. The results of the study explain that the meaning of tabarruj from the perspective of hadith is the actions of women who show their genitals, jewelry, and beauty of their bodies to those who are not mahram. After examining the quality of the hadith about tabarruj in Shahih Muslim, there are authentic and hasan. And for the quality of the hadith there is nothing that contradicts the Qur’an. To conclude the meaning of tabarruj in Syarah Shahih Muslim is focused on the meaning of two hadiths, namely the hadith about women who dress but their genitals are visible and the prohibition of connecting hair for woman.

The Covid-19 pandemic has become something that has shocked the world, one of the impacts of this condition is the occurrence of mental health disorders, one of the things that can reduce mental health disorders is to be patient. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of patience to mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods with library and interview techniques. The results and discussion of this research show that the Covid-19 pandemic is a disaster or a test that Allah has given and it is very influential on mental health, Allah also explains in the Qur'an that if a disaster or test is struck, one should be patient. The conclusion of this study is that patience has a major contribution to mental health, this makes them feel calmer, can accept the situation with grace, and think positively about the things they face. It is hoped that future researchers will use other methods in order to obtain more comprehensive results.

Religious harmony should be realized by mutual respect among fellow religious adherents. The reality that occurs in social life is still found in various cases of intolerance. This is a problem that needs to be solved. Understanding of religious teachings and education is needed to foster harmony. Therefore, this paper discusses the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW related to the teachings of tolerance by analyzing the hadiths that have the same theme. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using Living Hadith. Tolerance emphasizes the attitude of accepting existing differences and responding well in order to maintain peace among others. Islam is a religion that makes tolerance the most important part, this attitude is more widely applied in social interactions as the Prophet Muhammad SAW has described that the Islam that he spread on earth has educated humans to be able to respect each other among fellow believers without hatred and revenge.

The sparkling "progress" of modernism looks very majestic and luminous. Modernization is the process of changing traditional society into a modern society, marked by changes in economic, social, and political systems. The changes that brought progress were reversed with the condition of modern human spirituality which experienced drought and decline. Therefore, a Sufism approach is needed that cultivates the heart, taste, and soul and balances the rational and experimental approaches that develop in modern society. The purpose of this study is to describe Ibn 'Athaillah al-Sakandari's views on uzlah and to analyze the suitability of uzlah in today's times. This is a qualitative research that uses a literature study approach. The analytical method used is the content analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the uz that was written by Ibn Athaillah was not a form of activity that was carried out throughout life, but was limited to taking time to isolate oneself from the crowd. Because that way you can use meditation to the fullest. Uzlah is also an effort for modern humans to reflect and think about problems and find solutions in life so that they can get closer to Allah. Because the result of uzlah is not leaving the affairs of the world, but being able to live it with responsibility, discipline and upholding God's commands. The results of this research are expected to be practical in order to maintain the freshness of spirituality and reason.

Spiritualitas Musik Hazrat Inayat Khan Dalam Perspektif Estetika Pada Pandangan Seniman Teater Awal Bandung Aqmaldy Noer Firdausya

This study aims to determine the spirituality of Hazrat Inayat Khan's music from an aesthetic perspective, as well as the views of the artists of Teater Awal Bandung towards it. This research method uses a qualitative approach with library research sources plus field observations through interviews with the artists of the Teater Awal Bandung related to Hazrat Inayat Khan's thoughts on music. The results of the study found that the spiritual and aesthetic dimensions of Hazrat Inayat Khan's music are related to each other even though they are not identical. The source of beauty comes from God who moves humans through a fundamental element called love. The artists of the Teater Awal Bandung agreed that every universe and everything in it is a harmony that has a tone and gives birth to beautiful music, music is also able to give peace of mind and become a means of meditation for humans to know God.

This study aims to discuss the sharah about the hadith of menstruating women from a theological perspective. This research is a qualitative type through literature study with the method of sharah and theological analysis. The results and discussion of this study include the meaning of menstruation, syarah about the hadith of menstruating women, and the problems of menstruating women with theological perspective. This research concludes that theologically menstruating women according to the hadith sharah can still maintain a relationship with Allah through practices such as charity, doing good deeds, reciting the Qur'an, praying, doing istighfar, and reciting zikr. This study recommends especially for Islamic religious extension workers to be able to provide understanding to Muslim audiences about the sharah about the hadith of menstruating women from a theological perspective.

This study aims to analyze the Android version of the 9 Imam Hadith Encyclopedia application as a means of da'wah on social media. This research is a descriptive model using the literature review method, namely by analyzing various sources analytically so that the resulting data is accurate and reliable. The results and discussion of this study include the profile of the 9 imam hadith encyclopedia application, the relevance of the 9 imam hadith encyclopedia application with da'wah, and analysis of the android version of the 9 imam encyclopedia application as a means of da'wah on social media. The answer to the question of the analysis article on the Android version of the 9 Imam Hadith Encyclopedia Application concludes that the hadith application is currently widely distributed in the community, but those that reach the realm of da'wah require an application that is accountable both in terms of content and application and the 9 Imam Hadith Encyclopedia has all the accountability criteria because it has Imam Hadith. Besides being equipped with features that make it easy to learn hadith, this application is also growing, including the latest content for da'wah needs, namely Selected Hadith, Hadith Posters, Hadith Podcasts, Hadith Playlists, Greeting Cards, Arbain Hadith and many more. With this application, grounding the hadith on social media is not a difficult thing anymore, so it is highly recommended to support the community's da'wah needs on social media.
