Abstract

This study aims to determine the PAI teacher's perspective on the importance of learning Akhlak at SD Negeri 14 Parepare. learning aqidah morals is one of the materials for Islamic education at SD Negeri 14 Parepare. However, in this case, it is necessary to have an important role in fostering students as a source and motivator in terms of goodness. Moral aqidah should be able to make students better, however whether the impact of the learning can shape the character of students as expected. The data collection method in this research is using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are Primary and Secondary data. The data collection technique is interviews (interviews) in order to obtain information in this study. The results of the study show that: (1) the role of a PAI teacher in learning the moral creed is of course very active because it provides the basics of moral aqidah where students are fostered and overcome bad behavior by providing motivation and making students the nation's generation who are not easily influenced by the world that is temporary, eternal in the Hereafter. So a PAI teacher plays an important role in shaping the character of students so that the realization of pious and pious students. (2) Islamic religious learning in the form of devotion to morals of faith has a very good impact in fostering students towards religious values such as being moral so that students are able to practice good morals and try their best to leave bad morals, both in relation to Allah SWT, themselves , between humans and their relationship with the environment. Likewise, students can also add knowledge, appreciation and great belief in things that must be observed, so that students can behave and behave daily based on the Qur'an and hadith. The moral creed teaches to increase belief in the one and only Allah SWT who never sleeps and does not have children, believing in Allah SWT is one of the first pillars of faith. So the impact on students can shape the character to become a person with noble character.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning supervisors carried out by madrasa supervisors for teachers in improving teaching competence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Region 3, Bone Regency, 2) Describe the implications of the strategy of madrasa supervisors for increasing class teacher competence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Region 3, Bone Regency. This type of research is qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions.The results showed that, first, madrasas located in region 3 of Bone Regency tended to carry out learning supervision with three strategies consisting of the planning stages (preparation of supervisory semester programs, preparation of annual supervision programs, preparation of supervision programs/schedules for each school), implementation stages (supervision of equipment learning, supervising the implementation of learning in class, providing the results of a review/assessment of the results of supervision of learning in class) and evaluation stages (student learning outcomes in the form of daily tests, mid semester, and semester tests, results of national exams in arts and sports achievements, attitude achievements ( honesty, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, tolerance and others)). The second result, the implications of the madrasa supervisor's strategy for increasing the competence of class teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Region 3, Bone Regency, it can be seen that the four competencies (pedagogic, social, personality and professional) have been fostered by the madrasa supervisor. This coaching is carried out when the madrasa supervisor supervises program planning, program implementation and evaluates the results of supervision and fosters the competency of the madrasa supervisor for class teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the Bone Regency area. This can be seen from student learning outcomes in the form of increased cognitive test results and changes affective behavior.

Abstract

Teknologi digital menjadi satu aspek penting dalam faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Masuknya teknologi digital dalam kehidupan perkembangan anak menginvasi banyak tahapan perkembangan yang harusnya dicapai anak. Teknologi membuat hidup mereka lebih instan dan lebih efisien. Misalnya penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini yang terus dilakukan oleh sebagian ibu. Oleh karena itu, kunci utama dalam mengarahkan anak pada pendidikan dan membentuk mentalnya terletak pada peran orang tuanya. Maka, baik buruknya akhlak anak tergantung kepada pendidikan akhlak yang diberikan oleh orang tuanya. Di jaman milenial ini, mendidik anak hendaknya tidak melupakan cara-cara agama Islam dalam mendidik anak. Dimana pendidikan anak dalam Islam tidak hanya mendidik anak menjadi cerdas, tapi mengarah pada pendidikan akhlak yang mulia. Hal ini sesuai dengan fungsi utama diutusnya Nabi Muhammad SAW.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kajian pustaka dilengkapi dengan metode refleksi peneliti.

Abstract

Idealnya seseorang yang telah masuk masa dewasa secara fisik diikuti oleh kedewasaan dalam beragama. Namun faktanya, seseorang yang masuk masa remaja menyadari bahwa fisik mereka sudah masuk fase dewasa tapi secara pemikiran dan perilaku berragama masih merasa seorang anak yang meminta untuk banyak dimaklumi setiap kekeliruannya. Hal itu dikarenakan perubahan yang sangat mendadak yang dialami sehingga remaja pada masanya masih dalam tahap berusaha menemukan identitas dirinya. Latar belakang tersebut menjadi pendorong peneliti untuk menkaji secara statistik deskrptif sejauh mana tingkat kematangan siswa sebuah sekolah menengah kejuruan yang tentunya diisi oleh anak-anak remaja yang telah dewasa secara fisik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menebar angket kepada partisipan yang merupakan bagian dari siswa sebuah sekolah menengah kejuruan di Indonesia. Dengan harapan hasil penelitian ini memberi informasi berharga untuk penelitian lanjutan dalam membentuk pribadi remaja kalangan siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan yang tidak hanya dewasa secara fisik tapi juga dewasa atau matang dalam beragama.
