Abstract

Setiap industri bekerja untuk memastikan bahwa sistemnya berfungsi dengan baik dan barang yang dihasilkannya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Ini memotivasi bisnis untuk meningkatkan kualitas barang yang dibuat sesuai dengan standar dan persyaratan yang ditetapkan. Saat ini kebutuhan masyarakat akan air minum sangat besar. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh fakta bahwa volume air minum yang dikonsumsi setiap tahun—50 juta per liter—meningkat secara eksponensial. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung berdirinya perusahaan industri yang bergerak di bidang industri air minum dan terus meluasnya pasar bisnis air minum. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sudah ada 700 lebih perusahaan air minum dalam negeri yang terdaftar di Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Minuman (BPOM).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the interest number of capital market investors in Indonesia. One of the factor in Indonesian’s investment interest is the emergence of fintech in the investment sector. One of the fintech companies in mutual fund investment is "Bibit". To find out user opinions on the Bibit application, a sentiment analysis was carried out on Twitter’s users. This study aims to analyze the sentiments of twitter users' opinions on the Bibit application using a combination of Lexicon-Based and Multinomial Naïve Bayes methods. The training data used were 2211 tweets and the validation data was 553 tweets. In the model training process, the training accuracy level is 91.50% and the validation accuracy rate is 85.35%. Model testing was carried out using 39 new tweet data and obtained an accuracy rate of 88%. Sentiment analysis using this method is visualized in the form of pie charts, graphs, and wordclouds. Based on the results of visualization of Twitter social media user sentiment towards the seedling application, it tends to be positive with a percentage of 52% positive and 48% negative.

Abstract

The writer chose PT Dennis Utama as the research object. PT Dennis Utama is a company that distributes food ingredients, namely rice. The researcher obtained primary data from interviews with the sales department of PT Dennis Utama and secondary data from literature studies using analytical techniques, namely flowcharts and descriptive. The analysis used is the FIFO and AVERAGE methods. The aim is to find out the results of the analysis of the inventory accounting information system at PT Dennis Utama using the FIFO and AVERAGE methods. The results of this study are in the form of flowcharts and descriptive results. Based on the results of the study, PT Dennis Utama uses the FIFO and AVERAGE methods which are quite good, there are only a few drawbacks, namely sometimes there is still a little accumulation of goods so that the merchandise becomes damaged and also the company has not implemented a computerized system in its company activities.

Abstract

Corporate governance in the world of economics is something that is considered as important as what happened in the state government. This study examines how the principles of Good Corporate Governance relate to credit granting procedures in banking institutions at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. This research is case study research conducted at a private company engaged in the banking sector in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the application of the principles of corporate governance (GCG) to credit granting procedures within the company. Corporate Governance as a set of rules that determines the relationship between shareholders, management, creditors, government, employees, and other internal and external stakeholders with respect to their rights and obligations, or in other words a system that directs and controls the company. Where there are five principles of Good Corporate Governance, namely: a) Information transparency, b) Accountability, c) Responsibility, d) Independence, e) Fairness. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews and analysis of company documents. The results of this study indicate that there is an important role between GCG implementation and credit granting procedures. The results of this study encourage and motivate companies so that GCG principles are used as a corporate culture.

Abstract

One of the electronic payment instruments is known as electronic money (emoney). E-money is a form of digital money. E-money functions to transfer the money balance data contained in our e-money to a computer or sales information system, so that the goods we want can be purchased without spending additional cash. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and perceived benefits partially and simultaneously on Go-Pay service user satisfaction. In this study, the method used is primary data, namely data taken from distributing questionnaires to Gundarma University students majoring in management class of 2017 who use Go-Pay services. The analytical tools used are Likert scale, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, determination, RLB, t test, and f test. From the results of the analysis tested, it can be concluded that service quality (X1) has no partial effect on user satisfaction of Go-Pay services, while the perceived benefits variable (X2) has a partial effect on user satisfaction of Go-Pay services. Service quality and perceived benefits simultaneously influence Go-Pay service user satisfaction. It has been emphasized that perceived benefits have a positive influence on Go-Pay service user satisfaction.
