Abstract

Along with increasing age, the risk of developing hypertension will increase, especially in the elderly. If hypertension in the elderly is not controlled, it can cause complications such as heart disease and stroke, one of the complementary therapies that can control blood pressure is Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy. Research purposes of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of murottal Al-Quran Surah Ar-Rahman therapy on reducing blood pressure in the elderly. The research method used a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with a sample of 25 respondents with purposive random sampling technique conducted at Pondok Afi 2 Babelan housing estate. The results of statistical tests found that there was a change in blood pressure, namely a decrease with the difference in the mean value of systole (150.00) and diastolic (97.60). Statistical test using t-dependent test on systole and diastolic shows the value (p = 0.000) means p <0.05. Conclusion There is an effect of Al-Qur'an murottal therapy on reducing blood pressure before and after the intervention is given to the elderly with hypertension, so that murottal therapy is effective for lowering blood pressure in the elderly.

Abstract

Mental disorders are one of the four main health problems in developed and developing countries. Cases of mental disorders in Indonesia have increased, it can be seen from the increase in the prevalence of households with ODGJ in Indonesia. An increase per 1000 households there are 7 households that have family members with ODGJ. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in schizophrenic patients at the in Psychiatry Polyclinic X. The research method used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The total population is 257 people. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula with the respondent search technique using purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used univariate and bivariate using chi-square with α = 5 %. The results of the study on family support for schizophrenic patients at the Psychiatric Polyclinic X from 72 respondents, it was found that most of the respondents had poor family support, namely 37 respondents (51.4%). Based on the results of the analysis using chi-square, it was found that the value of ρ Value = 0,000 < 0,05 so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between family support and medication adherence in schizophrenia patients at the Psychiatry Polyclinic X.

Abstract

At the end of the lecture period, final year students must complete academic requirements, one of which is writing a thesis. Not infrequently during the thesis preparation process, final year students experience several obstacles and demands. Constraints and demands faced by final year students can be a stressor. This can cause final year students to easily experience stress. Stress can disrupt the body's balance with stress sufferers. One of the body balances that are disturbed due to stress is the body's physiology related to food intake which can affect the nutritional status of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and nutritional status in final year students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University. Methods this study used a descriptive correlative, amount of population at this research is counted 103 students. Samples taken by proportional sampling technique of 79 students. But in this study, only 57 respondents were conducted because the other 22 respondents did not meet the specified inclusion criteria. The analysis used univariate and bivariate using chi-square. Result showed the results of the Chi-Square analysis, the P value = 0.024 ≤ 0.05. Conclusion there is a significant relationship between stress levels and the nutritional status of final year students of FIKes UIA Jakarta. Suggestions for final year students of FIKes UIA are suggested to be able to increase knowledge about stress coping strategies in order to cope with stressors well.

Abstract

Caring where nurses work to further increase their care for their clients. Purposeresearch is to find out whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of nurses in the inpatient room of Medistra Hospital, Jakarta. Research Methodsdescriptive research method, the number of population is 55 people. Samples were taken using the Rurposive Sanmpling technique as many as 30 respondents. The analysis used univariate and bivariate using chi-square with α =0,5. Result showed a relationship between knowledge and caring attitudes of nurses in the inpatient room of the Medistra Jakarta hospital (p value 0.032).. Conclusion this research shows there is a relationship between knowledge and nurse caring attitudes. in the inpatient room at the Medistra hospital. Suggestion for this study are expected to provide information about the goodness of knowledge with caring attitudes to nurses.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease that attacks the respiratory tract and spreads very quickly, including in Indonesia with a fairly high Case Fatality Rate (CFR) reaching 4.2% and exceeding the CFR in the world, which is 3.3%. COVID-19 zoning). Using the n method of comparative study research with a cross sectional approach, the research site is in RW 11 Jatisari, Bekasi City. The total population is 395 people with a sample of 130 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The analysis used univariate and bivariate using T-test Independent Sample Test with = 5%. The results showed that compliance with the application of protocols based on zoning, namely most of the respondents with good compliance were in the green zone (61.8%) while in the Yellow Zone most of the respondents with poor compliance were (52%). Conclusion In the bivariate analysis, the P value of 0.029 was obtained. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a difference in compliance with the application of health protocols in the green zone, which is better than compliance with health protocols in the yellow zone. Suggestions need to be held education about health protocols, especially PHBS in the community in the yellow zone, so that compliance behavior in the yellow zone can increase.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition from children to adults both physically and psychologically. The purpose of this study was to determine the description or relationship of peer conformity with smoking behavior in Kranggan, Bekasi city. Correlative descriptive research method with a cross-sectional approach. The total population is 90 people. Samples were taken by total sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis used univariate and bivariate using Chi-square =5%. The results showed that there were 10 respondents (11.1%) included in high conformity, 71 respondents (78.9) included in moderate conformity, 9 respondents (10.0) included in low conformity and there were 10 respondents (11.1) including into heavy smoking behavior, 69 respondents (76.7%) included in moderate smoking behavior, 11 respondents (12.2%) included in light smoking behavior. the results of the analysis obtained Chi-square value obtained p value 0.001 0.05. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between peer conformity and adolescent smoking behavior in Kranggan, Bekasi city. Suggestions for teenagers should be teenagers to choose music or sing when boredom is appearing, get used to when they finish eating with nutritious foods such as fruits and teenagers choose friends and a good social environment so that teenagers do not think that smoking is a form of solidarity with others. friend.
