A reward is an amusing and positive thing, it turns out that reward is very influential in increasing one's learning motivation, one's motivation is an unstable thing especially motivation to learn, sometimes strong but sometimes weak. In this study, researchers perceived students of 11th grade at MAN 1 Pasuruan, this observation carried out in 2 weeks and focusing on seeing the impact caused by giving rewards to students’ motivation, to make the data stronger, at the end of the teaching session, researcher conductedinterview session with 34 students related to the impact of providing rewards in increasing student motivation. For the result, almost all students in 11th grade at MAN 1 Pasuruan XI IIS 3 Classagree that rewards can increase learning motivation, and for the details, it will be explained in the following article.

A novel of Secuil Hati Wanita di Teluk Eden by Vanny Chrisma W. is a literary work with religious nuances that can provide an interesting experience for living everyday life. This novel has an inner conflict experienced by the main character, so that the novel is studied with the study of literary psychology. This study reveals how the inner conflict experienced by the main character in the form of sadness, hatred, fear and how the main character's efforts in overcoming conflict in the novel Secuil Hati Wanita di Teluk Eden by Vanny Chrisma W. This study uses a literary psychology approach with descriptive analysis method. This method is carried out by presenting a description of the facts that exist in literary works, and followed by an analysis of these facts. The result of this research is the inner conflict experienced by the main character Dela Eden. The life he lived made his mind shaken. There are three classifications of emotions as a result of the inner conflict they experience, namely sadness, hatred and fear. The journey of life that he faced made him very sad. Since her husband was appointed as the leader of the pirates, the main character feels conflicted every time. Because suddenly the husband's attitude changed to be rude, cruel and arbitrary. The efforts made by the main character in overcoming the inner conflict experienced by the main character is to always draw closer to God. The main character in overcoming inner conflict by rebelling is always against the will of her husband who he thinks is not in accordance with what he knows and understands.

Code mixing is the infiltration of sentence elements from one language into another in the form of words, phrases, repetitions of words or idioms. Islamic boarding school is a place that uses several languages, both in daily communication and in the teaching and learning process. The example from the Matholi'ul Anwar Simo Sungelebak Islamic boarding school, Karanggeneng Lamongan, uses two or more languages in communicating, both daily and in the teaching and learning process. Data collection methods and techniques used in this study are the listening method and the interview method. The data taken for this research material is the utterance of the students of the Matholi'ul Anwar Simo Islamic boarding school with the recording technique. This study obtained results, namely (1) the types of language used by the students at the Matholi'ul Anwar Simo Islamic boarding school are Indonesian, Javanese, English, and Arabic. (2) the form of code mixing used by the students in Islamic boarding schools is the insertion of elements in the form of words: (a) nouns (nouns), (b) verbs (verbs), (c) adjectives (adjectives), ( d) pronouns (pronominals), and (e) question words. the insertion of elements in the form of phrases, the insertion of elements in the form of clauses, the insertion of elements in the form of repetition of words, and the insertion of elements in the form of expressions or idioms. 3) the factors that cause code mixing of the students of the Matholi'ul Anwar Simo Sungelebak Karanggeneng Lamongan Islamic boarding school include: (a) the presence of other speakers, (b) respect for the interlocutor, and (c) the environment.

Through his novel, Nyai Gowok , Budi Sardjono describes aspects of Javanese culture. This research focuses on two problems, namely: (1) the function of literature and (2) the literary values contained in the novel Nyai Gowok by Budi Sardjono. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are excerpts of novels related to the function of literature and also the values in literature which include moral values, social values, and also the spiritual values of Javanese society. While the data source is in the novel entitled Nyai Gowok , Budi Sardjono. Collecting data in this study using library, listening, and note-taking techniques, collecting and selecting data according to the research objectives, and combining them with the relevant theories. To analyze it, the writer uses the steps of (1) rereading carefully the results of the notes that have been obtained in the field, (2) classifying, (3) rereading the literature related to the relevant study problems that need to be done. Feminism is a series of organized movements to achieve women's human rights, with an ideology of social transformation that aims to create a world for women. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of infidelity carried out by female characters in “Kumpulan Cerita Kitab Kawin” by Laksmi Pamuntjak, infidelity activities carried out by female characters are carried out for revenge or to prove that not only men can commit infidelity because women can too. The next goal is to describe the forms of gender equality actions taken by female figures to get justice such as getting their rights or to equalize degrees with men. The data collection technique in this study used two techniques, namely the reading technique which was carried out by paying attention to the things observed about the forms of infidelity and the forms of gender equality in “Kumpulan Cerita Kitab Kawin” by Laksmi Pamuntjak. Furthermore, the recording technique is done by noting all the important things related to the topics discussed. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis technique, by analyzing, describing the data that had been collected in the form of words, pictures. The results of the study show that the social problems that exist in “Kumpulan Cerita Kitab Kawin” by Laksmi Pamuntjak, in the forms of infidelity committed by female characters are divided into two, namely direct infidelity, infidelity carried out frankly known to male characters. The second is an indirect affair, an affair carried out secretly without the knowledge of the male character. Furthermore, in the forms of gender equality actions carried out by women leaders are carried out to obtain justice and rights for women.

This study discusses the social values of humanism contained in the novel Bidadari Terakhir by Agnes Davonar. The discussion is carried out using a sociological review of literature, to be able to find out the problems that show the relationship between humans in the novel. This study is intended to reveal (1) describe the love and affection of the main character in Agnes Davonar's Bidadari Terakhir Novel, (2) describe the sacrifices experienced by the main character in Agnes Davonar's Bidadari Terakhir Novel, (3) describe long-distance communication media. by the main character in Agnes Davonar's novel Bidadari Akhir. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative method. The data in this study are in the form of data in the form of quotations, expressions and images that contain the social values of humanism. The data collection technique used in this research is the note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The humanism values were seen in the picture of love between fellow human beings, both love for family and love for lovers, sacrifices made by someone for the most important person in his life. Communication media is also a support for human interaction to be easy.
