Abstract

The community needs to participate in the formation of the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities. By looking at the various problems that occur regarding Community Participation in the Formation of Draft Laws, the prevalence of Draft Laws does not realize community participation in the formation process, especially the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities. This raises issues and questions regarding community participation in the formation of the Draft Law on Indigenous Peoples, whether it has been implemented or not. Arnstein stated that community participation is synonymous with community power (citizen participation is citizen power). This research aims to determine, describe and analyze Community Participation in the formation of the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities. This research uses qualitative methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The research and research results use Arnstein's theory, namely delegated power, that the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities is included in the Delegated Power stage (delegated power). Therefore, the urgency of community participation in the formation of the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities is very important.

Abstract

Empowering people with disabilities The Police Resort (Polres) and the South Tangerang City Social Service (Dinsos) have built synergy to empower the abilities of people with disabilities. However, in practice the implementation of casual daily workers with disabilities at the Polres is still experiencing significant obstacles. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of disability casual daily workers at the Tangerang City Resort Police using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on the implementation model theory according to Van Meter and Van Horn, several conclusions can be drawn: 1. Size and objectives in the casual workers policy program disability is very good and helps people with disabilities to get decent jobs. 2. The resources that the Polres have in carrying out policies in terms of human resources are inadequate in terms of numbers. 3. the characteristics of the implementing agency in carrying out the policy already have a good relationship seen from the existence of inter-agency support in implementing the policy. 4. The communication carried out between the South Tangerang Police and the South Tangerang City Social Service has not gone well, this can be seen in the absence of further routine supervision. 5. Attitudes or tendencies, in this case the attitude of the South Tangerang Police in implementing the policy has been going well. 6. The economic, social and political environment has not yet affected the implementing agencies due to the absence of special encouragement from the South Tangerang Police and the Social Service.

Abstract

Mojokerto's Gartenhutte Cafe is one of the recommended cafes which is considered a contemporary place to relax with a hidden gem concept. To introduce its products to consumers, the Gartenhutte cafe uses Instagram as its marketing social media and also carries out electronic word of mouth promotions. Research was conducted to determine the impact of Instagram social media marketing and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Gartenhutte café Mojokerto. The research approach was carried out quantitatively. Researchers used questionnaires, interviews and observations to collect research data. This research used purposive sampling to obtain 100 consumer respondents at the Gartenhutte Mojokerto cafe. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and hypothesis testing. Analysis of these data illustrates that social media marketing and electronic word of mouth variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Gartenhutte café Mojokerto. The coefficient of determination of 0.625 shows that marketing using these two methods influences purchasing decisions by 62.5% while the remaining 37.5% represents other influential factors which are not discussed in this research. Based on this evidence, researchers suggest that companies maximize uploaded content to interact more with consumers and increase the use of Instagram social media for promotions so that it is discussed more often by the public.
