Abstract

Education Marketing Management Strategy at SMAN 1 Cepogo. Along with the development of today's increasingly modern era, especially for educational institutions at SMA Negeri 1 Cepogo are required to be able to compete in meeting the needs of the community. Educational institutions at SMA Negeri 1 Cepogo must be able to improve continuously in the aspect of education to improve the quality of education even better. Therefore, marketing management must be managed optimally to be able to compete with other educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy is appropriate, the implementation of the marketing strategy and the supporting and inhibiting factors of marketing management in SMA Negeri 1 Cepogo. The research method used here refers to a descriptive qualitative method by making direct observations at SMA Negeri 1 Cepogo which is then followed up by conducting interviews with a group of people and one of the admin staff who deals with marketing management, interviews here by taking and collecting data obtained in a short period of time simultaneously. The results of this study are that the marketing strategy carried out by SMA Negeri 1 Cepogo is carried out using social media and direct outreach. Apart from that, marketing strategy implementation is carried out by making brochures and direct outreach to the public. The supporting factors are the support and fulfillment of facilities from the school, while the inhibiting factors in submitting purchases of goods are very difficult due to the fact that they have to make the details requested from the treasurer

Abstract

Management of Extracurricular Activities in Improving Student’s Skills. This research is to describe the improvement of students' skills through extracurricular activities. This research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The research location was in the Madinatuddiniyyah integrated dayah Jabalnur Paloh Lada, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic boarding school not only facilitates extracurricular activities to improve students' skills, but other efforts are made to motivate students to improve their skills, namely holding competitions in the internal environment and participating in competitions in the external environment. The purpose of providing motivation is to encourage students to continue to work in earnest so that educational institutions will produce quality output and good management of extracurricular activities will ensure a positive impact on both students and educational institutions

Abstract

Model Analysis of Modern Islamic Boarding Schools and Integrated Islamic Schools. Education is a very important aspect of human life, especially in passing through the phases of human life. The implementation of education in life certainly requires a long process that contains philosophical values in educational activities. Educational activities carried out can be through formal, informal or non-formal channels. Among the institutions that carry out formal education are Modern Islamic Boarding Schools and Integrated Islamic Schools. Abstract

Management of Aqidah Akhlak Learning in Madrasah Ibtidayah Negeri 9 East Aceh. This research is entitled "Management of Aqidah Akhlak Learning in Madrasah Ibtidayah Negeri 9 East Aceh". The formulation of the problem is: How to plan, implement and evaluate the learning of aqidah morality in MIN 9 East Aceh. This study aims to explain the planning, implementation and evaluation of moral aqidah learning in MIN 9 East Aceh. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, to make a systematic, factual and actual description of the facts, nature and relationships between existing phenomena. Data collection techniques by means of in-depth interviews and text analysis. Based on the implementation of the learning implementation plan (RPP) and the Aqidah Akhlak Learning Syllabus at MIN 9 East Aceh, it has also gone well. In this implementation, using learning media that are relevant to learning aqidah morals at MIN 9 East Aceh has been carried out well. Analyzing the Curriculum, Semester Program and Annual Program, it was found that the evaluation conducted by MIN 9 Aceh Timur in learning the students' moral aqidah was good. Because the achievement of the learning success of students' moral aqidah has been measured well. In analyzing the learning implementation plan (RPP) and Aqidah Akhlak learning syllabus at MIN 9 East Aceh, the assessment was carried out through several aspects, namely Class-Based assessment paying attention to three domains, namely knowledge (cognitive), attitude (affective), and skills (psychomotor). Analyzing the relevant learning media used by Aqidah Akhlak teachers at MIN 9 East Aceh are student attendance, giving questions in the form of multiple choice, essays, and portfolios, as well as assessments of students' thinking skills. Based on this, analyzing the relevant learning media in learning aqidah morals at MIN 9 East Aceh has been evaluated properly

Abstract

The Implementation of Management of Student Guidance and Development at MTs Nurul Huda Kauditan 2. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Student Management and the supporting and inhibiting factors of student management at MTs Nurul Huda Kauditan 2. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, this study’s stages of data analysis consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclution. This research show that the management of guidance and development at the MTs Nurul Huda Kauditan 2 is well implemented following the plans made through the New Academic Year Preparatory Meeting, which discusses cirricular and extracurricular activities to be carried out. Furthermore, the supporting factors for student management are coaches who are experts in their fields, the student’s enthusiasm, and the support of students’ parents. In contrast, the inhibiting factors are the lack of complete facilities and infrastructure, in this case, inadequate library book collections and the absence of a sciense laboratory to fully support the guidance and development of students

Abstract

The role of leadership in accelerating the handling of corruption in the era of digitalization 5.0 and social media. This research explores the role of leadership in addressing corruption in the era of digitalization 5.0 and social media and discusses the challenges and potential solutions. The objective of the research is to understand the role of leadership in addressing corruption in the era of digitalization 5.0 and social media and to discuss the challenges and potential solutions. The research methods used are a qualitative descriptive analytical document study to explain the situation being studied and document or text analysis to assess the readability of texts related to the topic. Key findings are not presented in the text. The significance of the research is to provide insights into how effective and integrity-based leadership, as well as collaborative and inclusive leadership, can help address corruption in the era of digitalization 5.0 and social media

Abstract

Islamic Education Curriculum Management based on Life Skills at the Aneuk Nanggroe Special School (SLB) in Lhokseumawe City. This study aims to describe life skills-based Islamic education curriculum management, starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The research approach is descriptive qualitative. The research location, Aneuk Nanggroe Special School (SLB), Lhokseumawe City. Data collection was carried out using field observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Model data analysis techniques developed by Miles et al, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: Life Skills-based Islamic education curriculum planning at the Aneuk Nanggroe Special School (SLB) in Lhokseumawe City by formulating the vision, mission and goals of the school. Through the results of the Identification Assessment for Children with Special Needs (ABK), Islamic education programs are adjusted to the abilities of ABK children in each disability, preparing lesson plans and individual mentoring programs. (2). Organizing is done by compiling an organizational structure, forming an Assessment Team, allocating time for religious learning (3). The implementation of the Islamic education curriculum at Aneuk Nanggroe State SLB is carried out through morning habituation activities, religious programs every Friday, life skills education is carried out according to the abilities of ABK students who have been programmed in special programs (4) Evaluation of the Implementation of Life Skills-based Islamic education curriculum management for children with special needs is carried out on a macro and micro basis by stakeholders, school principals and the school supervision team
