Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the service system provided by BanKaltim teller and to know the optimal teller number so as not to cause long queue by using M / M / S model. Methods of data collection by making observations and recording directly on the object of research to obtain the necessary data in research and to complement the data that has been obtained, the authors conducted an unstructured interview with both the teller and customers BanKaltim. Method of data analysis using formula 2 M / M / S. The equation used for this model is the probability that no consumer is in the system, the probability that a consumer enters the system and has to wait to be served, the average number of consumers in the system and the queues respectively, the average time in the system and the average Queue time respectively, utility level of service facility. The results of this study indicate that the service system teller on BanKaltim Sub-Branch Office Juanda with 2 tellers is still not optimal. It can be concluded that the optimal teller number that must be operated by BanKaltim Branch Juanda Maid is 3 teller.Keywords: Service Optimization, Queue System Analysis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Strategi Promosi Sosial Media dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Konsumen Toko Rama Tamiya Mini 4WD. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 110 konsumen yang ditarik dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian inni adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 22 For Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dari hipotesis yang diajukan dengan hasil t test dimana X1 = 3,617; X2 = 2,080. Nilai positif variabel Strategi Promosi Sosial Media dan Word Of Mouthterdapat hubungan yang rendah

Abstract

Analysis of Financial Ratios Return Against Manufacturing Company Shares In BEI Cement Sub Sector. The purpose of this study to determine the Financial Ratio Of Stock Return of Manufacturing In BEI Sub Sector Cement, the basic theory diunakan management Financial Ratios Against Stock Return of Manufacturing In BEI Sub Sector Cement finance by using multiple linear regression analysis with the use of the sample 3 three companies in where each of brackish company 10 years. The conclusion of this study: Current Ratio partially have no significant effect on stock returns of companies manufacturing cement sub-sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Thus the research hypothesis was rejected. Debt to Equity Ratio partially have a significant influence on stock return of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Sub cement sector. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted. Total Assets Turnover Ratio partially have no significant effect on stock returns of companies manufacturing cement sub-sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Thus the research hypothesis was rejected. ROA partially have a significant influence on stock return of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Sub cement sector, so the hypothesis is rejected research is conducted PER partially have no significant effect on stock returns of companies manufacturing cement sub-sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, thus the research hypothesis is rejectedKeywords: Financial Ratios - Return Shares

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bukti empiris tentang pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Peluang Investasi terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Otomotif dan Produk Sekutu yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Kebijakannya adalah seluruh perusahaan produk otomotif dan produk sekutu yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008-2015. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus. Teknik analisis penelitian ini adalah Regresi Liniear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dapat diverifikasi memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kebijakan deviden. Variabel likuiditas dan set kesempatan investasi tidak berpengaruh pada kebijakan deviden. Penentuan koefisien menunjukkan 35,2%. Artinya bagaimana variabel independen menjelaskan variabel dependen sedangkan 64,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain

Abstract

ABSTRAKNur Mahani, 2017. Emotional Value dan Social Value Terhadap Customer Satisfaction (Studi Empirik pada KFC Mulawarman Samarinda). Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Tetra Hidayati dan Ibu Herning Indriastuti.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah emotional value dan social value berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction di KFC Mulawarman Samarinda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah emotional value dan social value. Sementara variabel terikat adalah customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen KFC Mulawarman Samarinda yang terdiri dari 110 responden.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emotional value dan social value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction.Kata Kunci : Emotional Value, Social Value dan Customer Satisfaction.ABSTRACTNur Mahani, 2017. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of dual role conflict, work experience and the personality of the employees. This Research was conducted on Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda. Determinants of the sample by using purposive sampling with the total population 311 peopleand samples collected as many as 69 respondents that is on Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda. Data from this research using primary data, interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis test used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 21 version. These results indicate that: 1) Dual Role Conflict make a significant negative effect on the performance of female nurses in Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda. 2) Work experience make a positive and significant impact on the performance of female nurses in Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda. 3) Personalitymake a positive and significant impact on the performance of female nurses in Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to verify the effect of emotional intelligence and workload and communication toward performance of Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda. To collected the data in this research, researcher used purposive sampling method. The sample which used in this research was 80 respondents with the criteria of nurse who has been worked in Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda at last two years. This research used multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS as an instrument to calculate the data. The result showed that there was a positive effect and significant between emotional intelligence toward nurse performance. And there was also a positive effect and significant between workload toward nurse performance. And positive effect and significant between communication toward nurse performance.

Abstract

This research aims to know the Affect of Investment Decision, Funding Decision and Dividend Policy on Firm Value. This research uses secondary data which from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The populations are the whole go public companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linier Regression.The results show that investment decision has positive and significant effect to firm value. Funding decision and dividend policy have negative effect to firm value. Keywords : investment decision, funding decision, dividend policy , firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Coorporate Social Responsibilty, Investment Opportunity Dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Profitabilitas Sebagai Variabel Moderating pada perusahaan manufaktur (sub sector makanan dan minuman). Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang telah diaudit dan dipublikasikan. Data diperoleh antara lain berasal dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory) pada periode 2011-2015. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik dan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan vaiabel moderasi profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan antara hubungan CSR dengan nilai perusahaan, dan antara Investment opportunity dengan nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh negative terhadap hubungan antara leverage dan nilai perusahaan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Return on Asset (ROA) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, periode 2011- 2015 Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dan diproses dengan bantuan program SPSS (Paket Statistik Untuk Ilmu Sosial) versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning per Share ( EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan variabel Return on Asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015.
