Abstract

This research explores the origins of the Ambe-ambeken Dance from Singkil Regency, the form of the Ambe-ambeken Dance, and analyzes the ethnomathematics. As a cultural entity, the Singkil people have a dance known as the Ambe-ambeken or Sakhindayong dance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to describe the Ambe-ambeken dance based on historical, anthropological and mathematical approaches. Although the variety of movements looks simple at first glance, this dance is a form of technology of enchantment that is full of wisdom and has an essential role in shaping the community's personality and the spread of Islam in Singkil through the poems that are sung during the dance. Then from a different perspective, it was found that there is a mathematical element that many people do not realize in a traditional dance, namely a geometric transformation. This fact leads to a new assumption that culture in the past was built on spirituality and aesthetic values and by applying mathematical principles in various aspects of life. Penelitian ini mengungkap asal-usul Tari Ambe-ambeken dari Kabupaten Singkil, bentuk Tari Ambe-ambeken serta menganalisis etnomatematika pada Tari Ambe-ambeken Sebagai sebuah entitas kultural, masyarakat Singkil memiliki sebuah tarian yang dikenal sebagai tari Ambe-ambeken atau Sakhindayong.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tari ambe-ambeken berdasarkan pendekatan Sejarah, Antropologi dan Matematika. Meskipun sepintas ragam geraknya terlihat sederhana, tetapi tarian ini merupakan bentuk technology of enchantment yang sarat akan kearifan dan memiliki peranan penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian masyarakat serta penyebaran agama Islam di Singkil melalui syair-syair yang dibawakan selama tarian berlangsung. Kemudian dari sisi yang berbeda, ditemukan bahwa ada unsur matematika yang tidak disadari oleh banyak orang dalam suatu tarian tradisional, yakni berupa transformasi geometri. Fakta ini mengarahkan pada asumsi baru bahwa kebudayaan di masa lalu tidak hanya dibangun atas dasar spiritualitas dan nilai estetika semata, tetapi juga dengan menerapkan prinsip matematika dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

This research focuses on describing the implementation of Islamic spiritual care of the clinical nursing students at the State Islamic University (UIN). The implementation of Islamic spiritual care has not been done well by nurses. Clinical nursing students are the forerunners of nurses, but no one has examined the description of the application of Islamic spiritual care carried out by clinical nursing students in State Islamic University (UIN). This research method was descriptive quantitative. Samples were students of the clinical nursing students of UIN Jakarta and UIN Alauddin Makassar, 40 respondents. The results showed that most respondents applied Islamic spiritual care well (52.5%). The most well-implemented component is instilling optimism for healing that comes from God (60%). Students need to improve their self-competence in Islamic religious knowledge to become more competent in providing Islamic care to patients. The head of the clinical nursing program needs to emphasize efforts to increase Islamic spiritual competence in the clinical practice setting of learning guidelines through the guidance process and learning achievement targets.Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui penerapan perawatan spiritual Islam mahasiswa Ners di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN). Penerapan asuhan keperawatan secara holistik khususnya dalam aspek spiritual karena masih sangat minim dilakukan oleh perawat di tatanan pelayanan keperawatan. Mahasiswa merupakan cikal bakal perawat dan peneliti belum menemukan penelitian tentang penerapan perawatan Islam oleh mahasiswa Ners di lingkungan UIN. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu mahasiswa Ners UIN Jakarta dan UIN Makassar masing-masing 40 responden. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian responden menerapkan perawatan spiritual Islam dengan baik (52,5%). Komponen yang paling banyak diterapkan dengan baik yaitu menanamkan optimisme kesembuhan yang datang dari Allah (60%). Mahasiswa perlu meningkatkan kompetensi diri dalam ilmu agama islam sehingga menjadi lebih kompeten dalam mebrikan perawatah islam kepada paeien, program studi Ners perlu lebih menekankan pada upaya peningkatan kompetensi spiritual islam pada tatanan praktik klini pedoman pembelajaran, melalui proses bimbingan maupu target capaian pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the actualization of the values of Tazkiyatun Nafs in the moral development of the students of the KSI Ulul Albab organization UIN Imam Bonjol. The thought of Imam Al-Ghazali and other scholars about the tazkiyatun nafs is very interesting and important to apply as a moral basis in developing the morals of the people, especially the development of the younger generation. By using descriptive qualitative research by conducting interviews with students who are active in KSI, it is concluded that the actualization of the values of tazkiyah al-nafs in building morals and religious character in instilling noble souls and having al-karimah character. then from the application of the values of tazkiyah al-nafs it also includes a strategy in the habituation of students of the KSI Ulul Albab organization in the hope of creating student discipline and changing bad morals or being therapy for bad souls into good morals. Even the application of tazkiyah al-nafs values in the form of mental therapy. Tazkiyah al-nafs in the form of mental therapy is based on the argument that the human soul can be treated. Efforts to treat mental illness must be done through science and charity. Science here serves to determine the cause and effect of a mental illnessPenelitian ini  mengkaji tentang aktualisai nilai-nilai Tazkiyatun Nafs dalam pembinaan akhlak mahasiswa organisasi KSI Ulul Albab UIN Imam Bonjol. Pemikiran Imam Al-Ghazali dan ulama lain tentang tazkiyatun nafs tersebut diterapkan sebagai landasan moril dalam pengembangan akhlak umat teritama pembinaan generasi muda. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan mahasiswa yang aktif dalam KSI serta mengamati kegiatan mereka. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktualisasi nilai-nilai tazkiyah al-nafs dilakukan melalui pembinaan akhlak dan karakter religious dalam menanamkan jiwa-jiwa yang mulia dan berakhlaq al-karimah. Penerapan nilai-nilai tazkiyah al-nafs itu juga termasuk strategi dalam pembiasaan mahasiswa organisasi KSI Ulul Albab dengan harapan tercipta suatu kedisiplinan mahasiswa dan perubahan akhlak yang buruk atau menjadi terapi bagi jiwa yang buruk menjadi akhlak yang baik. Bahkan penerapan nilai-nilai tazkiyah al-nafs dalam bentuk terapi jiwa. Tazkiyah al-nafs dalam bentuk terapi jiwa didasari argument bahwa jiwa manusia dapat diobati. Upaya pengobatan penyakit jiwa mesti dilakukan melalui ilmu dan amal. Ilmu disini berfungsi untuk mengetahi sebab dan akibat suatu penyakit jiwa

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the dynamics of the application of the Criminal Code (Qanun Jinayah) in the Aceh region. In the Pancasila democratic system run by the Indonesian state, the government guarantees the right of every citizen and belief group to manifest their teachings, but there are some areas that have the authority to enforce special policies such as Aceh which has ratified regional regulations based on Islamic law and the State supports the application of the rules. the. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research expected to be able to reveal qualitative information with description-analysis using the strategy used in this research is a case study. This research indicates that the implementation of Qanun Jinayah carried out in Aceh often results in differences of opinion because some parties consider that the application of the law overlaps with human rights which is usually implemented in democratic countries such as Indonesia, moreover the law also applies to non-Muslim residents who live in Aceh. However, there are also several parties who continue to support the implementation of the Qanun Jinayah to continue to be enforced because they have followed special rules ratified by the Government of Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisa dinamika penerapan Peraturan Tindak Pidana (Qanun Jinayah) di wilayah Aceh. Di dalam sistem demokrasi Pancasila yang dijalankan oleh negara Indonesia, pemerintah menjamin hak setiap warga negara maupun kelompok kepercayaan untuk memanifestasikan ajarannya, namun terdapat beberapa wilayah yang memiliki otoritas untuk memberlakukan kebijakan khusus seperti Aceh yang telah mengesahkan peraturan daerah bedasarkan syariat Islam dan Negara mendukung penerapan aturan tersebutMetode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa topik secara mendalam serta menggunakan strategi studi kasus. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan Qanun Jinayah yang dilakukan di Aceh sering kali menghasilkan perbedaan pendapat dikarenakan beberapa pihak menilai bahwa penerapan hukum tersebut tumpang tindih dengan hak asasi manusia, apalagi hukum tersebut juga berlaku bagi penduduk non-muslim yang tinggal di daerah Aceh. Meskipun demikian, terdapat juga beberapa pihak yang terus mendukung penerapan Qanun Jinayah tersebut untuk dapat terus diberlakukan karena sudah mengikuti aturan khusus yang disahkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia

Abstract

This study intends to identify the Islamic legal approach in determining the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council Number 24 of 2017 concerning Law and Social Interaction in Social Media. This literature research is a type of philosophical normative research using an Islamic legal system approach. The results of the study conclude that the determination of the MUI fatwa on laws and guidelines for social interaction through social media uses a holistic approach to Islamic law. This major conclusion can be seen from various characteristics which is: First, the overall character (wholeness) and multidimensionality in the form of the use of universal textual arguments ('aam). Second, the character of purpose in the form of the use of various fiqh rules that emphasize the realization of benefit as the basis as well as the orientation of legal determination. Third, the cognitive character is the use of several classical fiqh ideas, but they are not used as independent arguments, but are combined with various other perspectives that are part of the fatwa arguments. Fourth, the character of openness in the form of an elaboration of the Islamic legal approach with the opinions of experts regarding the use of social media Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengidentifikasi pendekatan hukum Islam dalam penetapan fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Nomor 24 Tahun 2017 tentang Hukum dan Pedoman Bermuamalah Melalui Media Sosial. Penelitian pustaka ini termasuk jenis penelitian normatif filosofis dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penetapan fatwa MUI atas pedoman interaksi sosial melalui media social menggunakan pendekatan hukum Islam yang bersifat holistik. Kesimpulan besar inidapat dilihat dari berbagai karakteristik sebagai berikut: Pertama, karakter menyeluruh (wholeness) dan multidimensi dalam penggunaan dalil-dalil nas yang bersifat universal (‘aam). Kedua, karakter kebermaksudan (purpose) berupa penggunaan berbagai kaidah fikih yang menekankan kemaslahatan sebagai dasar penetapanhukum. Ketiga, karakter kognitif berupa penggunaan beberapa pemikiran fikih klasik, namun tidak dijadikan sebagai dalil independen, melainkan dipadu dengan berbagai perspektif lain yang menjadi bagian dalil fatwa. Keempat, karakter keterbukaan dalam elaborasi pendekatan hukum Islam dengan pendapat para ahli terkait penggunaan media sosial.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the meaning of symbolic philosophy contained in patuaekkon tradition at the wedding of Mandailing Batak Muslim community in Kampung Harapan Village, Pasaman Regency. This research article uses the field research method, in which the researcher collects data directly at the research location to strengthen the results of the philosophical meaning contained in patuaekkon tradition with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of symbolic philosophy of patuaekkon tradition consists of water symbolizing purity, kaffir lime symbolizing cleanliness, silunjuang leaves symbolizing self-adjustment, midrib leaf of banana stem and miracle leaves symbolizing peace and tranquility, nacar symbolizing the process of life's journey, ulos symbolizing blessing and affection, onang-onang song as an expression of joy, praise, hope, advice, and prayer. Poda has a meaning as advice in social life, ways to find a good and right livelihood, and habits in life.Artikel ini bertujuan  untuk menguraikan makna filosofi simboik yang terkandung dalam tradisi patuakkon pada pernikahan komunitas Muslim Batak Mandailing  Perbatasan utara di Kampung Harapan Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian artikel ini menggunakan metode field reasearch, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data-data secara langsung di lokasi penelitian untuk memperkuat hasil makna filosofi yang terkandung dalam tradisi patuaekkon dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna filosofi simbolik  tradisi patuaekkon terdiri dari air melambangkan kesucian, jeruk purut melambangkan kebersihan, daun silunjuang melambangkan penyusaian diri, pelepah batang pisang dan daun cocor bebek melambangkan kedamaian dan ketentraman, nacar melambangkan proses perjalanan hidup, ulos sebagai makna restu dan kasih sayang, lagu onang-onang sebagai ungkapan kegembiraan, pujian, harapan, nasehat, dan do’a, poda memiliki makna sebagai nasehat dalam berkehidupan sosial, cara-cara mencari penghidupan yang baik dan benar, dan kebiasaan yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan

Abstract

This study describes the cultural adaptation carried out by the factory worker community consisting of various ethnicities and religions at PT Satya Krisma in Tebo Ilir Jambi, in maintaining religious harmony. This research uses qualitative research that emphasizes the depth of information obtained through interviews and is also supported by field observation methods. The results of the study show that first, the reality of life that occurs in the community of factory workers in the village of Betung Bedarah Barat is very harmonious and harmonious until now, because the community always respects and respects, and always prioritizes mutual assistance and cooperation. Second, factors that influence the occurrence of harmony are internal and external factors, internal factors are tolerance, dialogue between communities and there is also awareness of diversity. The external factor is that there are institutions that support religious harmony, namely the involvement of the government, traditional leaders and religious leaders. Third, in maintaining harmony, they have strategies including strengthening brotherhood, the role of traditional leaders, religious leaders, and maximizing regulations and the role of local governments.Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang adaptasi budaya komunitas buruh pabrik dalam menjaga kerukunan umat beragama di PT Satya Krisma di Tebo Ilir Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menekankan pada aspek kedalaman informasi yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan didukung pula oleh metode observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  pertama, realita kehidupan yang terjadi pada komunitas buruh pabrik di desa Betung Bedarah Barat sangat rukun dan harmonis sampai saat ini, karena masyarakat selalu menghargai dan menghormati, dan selalu mengedepankan sikap saling bantu dan bekerja sama. Kedua, faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya keharmonisan yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal, faktor internal yaitu adanya sikap toleransi, dialog antar masyarakat dan juga terdapat kesadaran. Faktor eksternal yaitu terdapat lembaga yang menjadi pendukung dalam kerukunan umat beragama yaitu adanya keterlibatan pemerintah, tokoh adat dan tokoh agama. Ketiga, dalam mempertahankan kerukunan, mereka mempunyai strategi di antaranya memperkuat tali persaudaraan, melibatkan tokoh adat, tokoh agama, dan memaksimalkan peran regulasi pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

This study focuses on how the process of fasting in Ramadan and sunnah (Monday-Thursday) among Muslims can improve the immune system of practitioners and even affect their social life to practice sunnah fasting. The Corona Virus pandemic, which is still a global problem, not only has an impact on people's social lives, but also encourages many Muslim communities to look for alternative solutions to maintain the vitality of their bodies. Fasting is one method that is currently becoming a trend in society because it is believed by the community that this method is able to ward off various kinds of diseases, especially as exemplified by Prophet Muhammad and Prophet Musa. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that analyzes the practice of fasting in Ramadan and Monday-Thursday and its implications for the immune system. Data collection techniques used in this study were social observation and interviews with fasting practitioners. The analysis technique consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and levers. The results of this study indicate that fasting performed by Muslims is not only able to improve the quality of health but also mental condition because they have a sense of optimism about their condition, especially in the face of a pandemic. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana proses puasa Ramadhan dan sunah (Senin-Kamis) di kalangan umat Islam mampu meningkatkan sistem kekebalan para praktisi dan bahkan mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial mereka untuk menjalankan puasa sunnah. Pandemi Virus Corona yang masih menjadi masalah global tidak hanya berdampak pada kehidupan sosial masyarakat, tetapi juga mendorong banyak komunitas Muslim untuk mencari solusi alternatif demi menjaga vitalitas tubuh mereka. Puasa merupakan salah satu metode yang saat ini menjadi tren masyarakat karena diyakini masyarakat bahwa metode ini mampu menangkal berbagai macam penyakit, terutama seperti yang dicontohkan Nabi Muhammad dan Nabi Musa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang menganalisis praktik puasa Ramadhan dan Senin-Kamis serta implikasinya terhadap sistem kekebalan tubuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi sosial dan wawancara dengan praktisi puasa. Teknik analisis terdiri atas pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa puasa yang dilakukan oleh umat Islam tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan tetapi juga kondisi mental karena mereka memiliki rasa optimisme terhadap kondisi mereka, terutama dalam menghadapi pandemi.
