Abstract

Hadith as the second Islamic teaching has a significant difference with the Qur'an in terms of official bookkeeping. In terms of the preservation of the Qur'an since the beginning of the Qur'an, there has been a decree to keep watch over and be protected from falsehood, but not with the Prophet's hadith. As before the reign of Caliph Umar bin Abdul Aziz even the writing or bookkeeping was prohibited. But after considering some of the impending advances if the hadith was not made up of books, the false hadiths would have arisen from irresponsible people, the death of the companions who had memorized the war, and dispersed the scholars to various territories with their death. Moreover, hadith memorization has become a tradition among the people and the fear of memorization has decreased. It was from these questions that the caliphate of Umar bin Abdul Aziz raised concerns about the bookkeeping in order to preserve and maintain its legitimacy. The official formulation of the hadith dates back to the second century H. under the command of Umar bin Abdul Aziz. Hadith as a teaching of Islam, produced various books of hadith scholars who were born mutaqaddimin and endowed. However in this article the author will focus more on the development of the books of the hadith in the mutaqaddimin period. The period of mutaqaddimin is the period between I H and the third century H, the opening of the hadith of the mutaqaddimin period from the end of the second century H to III H. In this period of mutaqaddimin the books of the hadith were born by the scholars including: first, the century to II H there are many scholars who produce the book of the hadith, among them the most famous is the book of hadith of the priest of Malik called the book of Muwaththa 'Malik. Secondly, in the third century H the books of the hadith were born including the Book of Sahih Bukhari, the Book of Muslim Tradition, the Book of Sunan Abu Dawud, the Book of Sunan At-Tirmidzi, the Book of Sunan An-Nasa'iy, the Book of Sunan Ibn Majah and others. The writing of this journal uses the library research method that the author has obtained from various reading sources related to this research.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the holy book from Allah to the Prophet Muhammad and as proof of his prophethood. In Islam, the science that discusses the problem of divinity is studied in the science of kalam, which in its development emerged several theologies with different understandings, including Maturidiyah and Shi'ism. This study tries to find Maturidiyah and Shia views on the Qur'an. By using theological and textual approaches, the researcher explores the views of the two schools of thought on the Qur'an. Based on the results of the deductive analysis, it is concluded that Maturidiyah Samarkand distinguishes the kalam lafdzi and nafsiy of the Qur'an. This is because the Qur'an is an arrangement of letters and sounds, so it is lafdzi while nafsiy is an abstract word and cannot be detected through the human senses. Maturidiyah Bukhara views the Qur'an as not kalamullah (the nature of God), but kalamullah in the majazi sense. The Shia have a different view, namely the belief that the Qur'an in today's era is fake and not mutawatir. It is hoped that through this paper, it can increase people's faith in Allah swt and expand knowledge related to currents in the science of kalam.  Al-Qur'an adalah kitab suci dari Allah kepada Nabi Muhammad saw sekaligus sebagai bukti kenabiannya. Dalam Islam, ilmu yang membahas masalah ketuhanan dipelajari dalam ilmu kalam, yang dalam perkembangannya muncul beberapa teologi dengan pemahaman yang berbeda-beda, di antaranya Maturidiyah dan Syi'ah. Kajian ini mencoba menemukan pandangan Maturidiyah dan Syiah terhadap Al-Qur'an. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologis dan tekstual, peneliti menggali pandangan kedua mazhab tersebut terhadap al-Qur'an. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deduktif, disimpulkan bahwa Maturidiyah Samarkand membedakan kalam lafdzi dan nafsiy al-Qur'an. Hal ini karena Al-Qur'an merupakan susunan huruf dan bunyi, sehingga bersifat lafdzi sedangkan nafsiy merupakan kata yang abstrak dan tidak dapat dideteksi melalui indera manusia. Maturidiyah Bukhara memandang al-Qur'an bukan kalamullah (sifat Tuhan), melainkan kalamullah dalam pengertian majazi. Syi'ah memiliki pandangan yang berbeda, yaitu keyakinan bahwa Al-Qur'an di era sekarang ini palsu dan tidak mutawatir. Diharapkan melalui makalah ini dapat meningkatkan keimanan masyarakat kepada Allah swt dan memperluas pengetahuan terkait arus dalam ilmu kalam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi Masyarakat Kota Bengkulu terhadap Paham Islam Moderat, kemudian dari temuan data dilapangan akan dilakukan analisis secara mendalam bagaimana sebenarnya persepsi Masyarakat Kota Bengkulu terhadap Paham Islam Moderat. Dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian, peneliti mengunakan Teknik purposif sampling untuk memudahkan mengumpulkan data dari informan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunkan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian dilapangan peneliti berhasil mendapatkan kesimpulan penting yakni, Masyarakat Kota Bengkulu memiliki beberapa persepsi tentang paham islam moderat, antara lain: pertama, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam yang bersifat tasamuh (toleran), tawazun (berimbang), i’tidal (lurus) dan tawasuth (sedanga-sedang). Kedua, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam yang bersifat Rahmatan Lil Alamin. Ketiga, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam yang bersifat humanis, lembut, santun, tidak anarkis dan cinta damai. Keempat, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam yang membuka diri dengan kemajuan dan selaras dengan konsep kenegaraan Indonesia. Kelima, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam Islam yang mengedepankan nilai nilai persatuan dan keutuhan berbangsa dan bernegara. Keenam, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam yang lebih menekankan sisi amar ma’rufnya dari pada sisi nahi mungkarnya. Ketujuh, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam yang bersifat tegas untuk urusan akhirat dan lentur untuk urusan dunia. Kedelapan, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam yang bersifat liberal dan sesat. Kesembilan, Paham Islam Moderat adalah ajaran islam yang bersifat bid’ah dan melemahkan umat islam. Kesepuluh, Paham Islam Moderet adalah Ajaran islam yang bersifat fatamorgana dan memecah belah umat islam.

Abstract

AbstractThe article tells about religious authority being taken over by content creators. The defeat of religious authorities arises because there are more and more people watching vlog videos than followers of religious authorities themselves. The link between video vlogs and religious authorities is video vlogs that accidentally take over the place or field of spreading religious knowledge. Observations were made through Facebook Nas Daily. This study uses Pauline Hope Cheong's Authority theory. In analyzing it, it is exactly the same as where Pauline hope Cheong explains his theory, namely through the four logics he considers to formulate the theory, namely disjucture and displacement as the formulation of the problem, and continuity and complementarity as solutions to problems. This research proves that religion is now not only obtained from religious authorities.Keywords: Authority, Nas Daily, Religious Authority, DisplacementAbstrakArtikel bercerita tentang otoritas keagamaan yang diambil alih oleh konten creator. kekalahan otoritas keagamaan muncul karena pengamat vidio vlog lebih banyak dan memiliki banyak kalangan daripada para pengikut dari otoritas keagmaan itu sendiri. Yang menghubungkan antara vlog video dengan otoritas keagamaan adalah video vlog yang tidak sengaja mengambil alih  tempat atau lapangan penyebaran ilmu agama secara tidak sengaja. Pengamatan dilakukan melalui facebook Nas Daily. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Authority milik Pauline Hope Cheong. Dalam mengalisisnya sama persis sebagai mana Pauline hope Cheong menenrangkan teorinya yaitu melalui empat logika yang dipertimbangkanya untuk merumuskan teori yaitu disjucture dan displacement sebagai perumusan problematika, dan continuity dan Complementarity sebagai solusi probelematika. Abstract

Tujuan dari adanya hukum pidana, tidaklah berbeda dengan tujuan hukum secara umum, dimana hukum pidana bertujuan untuk menciptakan keamanan dan kesejahteraan ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka pemerintah selaku yang berwenang, memiliki hak untuk membuat kebijakan-kebijakan politik terkait pelaksanaan hukum pidana di Indonesia. Negara yang pada prinsipnya memiliki kekuasaan untuk melaksanakannya, dalam hal ini pemerintah. Adapun salah satu bentuk kebijakannya adalah melakukan tindakan-tindakan yang sekiranya harus dijalankan supaya orang tidak lagi berbuat jahat (Criminal Policy). Kebijakan itu tentunya juga harus sejalan dengan Social Policy demi mencapai kesejahteraan serta perlindungan bagi seluruh masyarakat. Namun pada kenyataan di lapangan masih ada ketidaksejalanan antara criminal policy dan social policy. Maka untuk menciptakan kesesuaian antara keduanya salah satu hal yang sangat berpengaruh adalah dibutuhkan pemerintahan yang bersih (Good Governance) selaku yang berkuasa untuk mengambil kebijakan dalam suatu negara. Sehingga pada akhirnya menjadi suatu kemestian bahwa criminal policy dan social policy yang bermuara kepada pembaharuan hukum pidana di Indonesia khususnya.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest Muslim populations in the world, with a total of 182,083,594 Muslims out of a total population of 224 million. As the largest population, Muslims have an essential role in building a civilized Indonesian identity. The problem now is, the civilized nation's identity has not been realized as expected, this can be seen from a variety of indicators, including indicators of Indonesian poverty still believing at least 37.17 million people are poor, crime is again ballooning, harmonization has not materialized because everywhere happens conflicts, including religious conflicts, Indonesia's achievements, and well-being are still far compared to other countries and so on. However, from the various indicators put forward, one thing which is superficial to form as a builder of civilization in Indonesia is social capital. The social capital of this nation is still ripped apart because it is not built with clear mass communication and has a paradigm that can dialogue textuality and contextuality. In this connection, Islam has a tradition of da'wah and is still developing today. This da'wah tradition is a potential asset that can build social capital to improve the nation's identity, which is still within the framework of this massive and anomie civilization. For da'wah to be used as a basis in this direction, da'wah must also develop normative methods and strategies that are appropriate to the present context. This paper offers transformative da'wah as a builder of social capital to realize a civilized nation's identity.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the role of personality psychology in Islamic Education. This research is a literature study with a descriptive-analytic approach. This research background is about the concept and definition of Personality psychology and its roles in Islamic Education. From the discussion of this article, it can be concluded that personality is a characteristic inherent in a person that distinguishes individuals from one another. Meanwhile, personality psychology is a science that specifically studies the symptoms of a person's psychological phenomena related to personality, namely the character, nature, and behavior of humans in daily life. There are many different definitions of personality in psychology. However, as a whole, it shows an understanding that fundamental, namely personality, is about individual differences. Meanwhile, in terms of the contribution of Personality Psychology, it has a crucial role in the educational process. Learning can run well if the teacher/educator can understand the characteristics of students as learning subjects in school institutions. Artikel ini bertujuan membahas peran psikologi kepribadian dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah bagaimana konsep dan definisi psikologi kepribadian serta bagaimanakah peranannya dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian adalah ciri khas yang melekat pada diri seseorang yang membedakan individu satu dengan yang lainnya. Sedangkan psikologi kepribadian adalah ilmu yang secara khusus mempelajari gejala fenomena kejiwaan seseorang yang berkaitan dengan personalitas, yaitu watak, sifat dan tingkah laku manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Terdapat banyak perbedaan pengertian mengenai kepribadian dalam psikologi. Akan tetapi, secara keseluruhan menunjukkan adanya kesepahaman bahwa yang mendasar yaitu personalitas adalah mengenai perbedaan individual. Sedangkan dalam hal kontribusi, psikologi kepribadian memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam proses pendidikan. Pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila dalam pelaksanaannya guru/pendidik memiliki kemampuan memahami karakteristik peserta didik selaku subyek pembelajar dalam lembaga sekolah.

Abstract

Memahami pendidikan yang semakin hari semakin kompleks baik aspek pendidik, peserta didik, materi, media, metode dan lingkungan pendidikan diperlukan pula diperlukan pula pemahaman yang semakin komprehensif dari aspek di atas, namun tidak semua aspek di atas dapat dijelaskan dalam tulisan singkat ini tetapi dapat dijelaskan kewibawaan sebagai aspek media memiliki keterpautan dengan karakter peserta didik yang dibutuhkan karena kewibawaan itu mengandung keteladanan, kasih sayang, kelembutan, tindakan tegas yang mendidik, disiplin dan demokrasi yang terjelma dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh pendidik agar peserta didik memiliki kekuatan karakter sebagaimana digambarkan oleh berbagai pakar antara lain Dapat dipercaya (trustworthiness), 2) Rasa hormat dan perhatian (respect), 3) Tanggung jawab (responsibility), 4) Jujur (fairness), 5) Peduli (caring), 6) Kewarganegaraan (citizenship), 7) Ketulusan (lonesty), 8) Berani (courage), 9) Tekun (diligence), dan 10) Integritykter. Sehingga peserta didik memiliki kesadaran pemahaman yang tinggi, kepedulian dan komitmen untuk menerapkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga terwujud perilaku baik, jujur, bertanggung jawab, hormat terhadap orang lain dan nilai-nilai karakter mulia lainnya. Understanding the increasingly complex education of both aspects of educators, learners, materials, media, methods and educational environment is also required also an increasingly comprehensive understanding of the above aspects, but not all aspects of the above can be explained in this brief article but can be explained Authority as a media aspect has a link with the character of learners that is needed because it contains exemplary authority, compassion, tenderness, decisive actions that educate, discipline and democracy are incarnated in the learning process undertaken by educators so that learners have the power of character as described by various Experts trustworthiness, 2) Respect and respect, 3) Responsibility, 4) Fairness, 5) Caring, 6) Citizenship, 7) Sincerity (lonesty), 8) Courage, 9) Diligence, and 10) Integritykter. So that learners have a high awareness of awareness, awareness and commitment to apply good in everyday life, so as to manifest good behavior, honest, responsible, respect for others and other noble character values.

Abstract

Since the beginning of the archipelago, the archipelago has functioned as a cross-trade route for the West Asian, East Asian and South Asian regions. The arrival of Islam in the archipelago is full of debates, there are three main issues that historians debate. First, the place of origin of Islam. Second, the carriers. Third, the time of arrival. However, Islam has entered, grown and developed in the archipelago quite rapidly. Considering the arrival of Islam to the archipelago which at that time already had Hindu-Buddhist culture. So this is very encouraging because Islam is able to develop in the midst of the lives of people who already have strong and longstanding cultural roots. The arrival of Islam to the archipelago experienced various ways and dynamics, including trade, marriage, social culture, and so on. This causes the growth and development of Islam in this region has its own style. In addition, Ulama who came to the Nusantara region approached their people with an approach that tended to be gentle. In this case it is done with a philosophical approach to Sufism. This teaching is easily accepted and experiences rapid development in the midst of the Nusantara community so that Islam is more easily accepted. This paper uses a historical approach that emphasizes the aspects of time and chronology by using a heuristic approach, source criticism, synthesis and historiography which are characteristic of the final results of writing history.

Abstract

This article focuses on implementing the Social learning method, which is used by Persatuan Islam organization in Garut district (West Java) and aims to found the impact of the curriculum for Santri life to strengthen the puritanism among society. This is mainly because Pesantren Persatuan Islam, the Islamic educational institution from Indonesia, has led citizens to broaden their knowledge and skills. Santri (pesantren students) should take a preaching class, which becomes one of the most well-known curriculums to spread Islamic values in society. This is a qualitative-descriptive that uses observation and in-depth interviews. The study indicates the method in Pesantren Persatuan Islam Garut district has a huge impact on social skills since it can also implement in society. This is mainly because the strategies of the Persatuan Islam (Persis) organization give some social contributions, so the people become accustomed to the Persis activities and leading some members of society to enroll their children to some Persatuan Islam religious schools.          Artikel ini berfokus pada implementasi dari metode pembelajaran sosial yang diberlakukan oleh organisasi Persatuan Islam di Kabupaten Garut (Jawa Barat) dan bertujuan untuk menemukan dampak dari kurikulum pada kehidupan santri dalam rangka penguatan nilai purtan di masyarakat. Hal ini didasarkan pada Pesantren Persatuan Islam sebagai salah salah satu Lembaga Pendidikan Islam dari Indonesia telah membina masyarakat untuk dapat memperluas ilmu pengetahuan dan keahliannya. Santri (siswa pesantren) harus mendalami dakwah yang menjadi salah satu kurikulum paling populer sehingga mereka mampu untuk menyebarluaskan ajaran Islam puritan di kalangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik observasi serta wawancara kepada beberapa sumber penting yang berkaitan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode yang digunakan oleh Persatuan Islam Kab. Garut memberikan dampak yang besar pada kemampuan sosial sejak hal tersebut dapat diimplementasikan di dalam masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan karena strategi yang digunakan oleh Persis memberikan kontribusi sosial sehingga orang-orang menjadi terbiasa dengan kegiatan Persis serta membuat masyarakat tertarik untuk mendaftarkan anak-anak mereka ke beberapa pesantren Persatuan Islam.
