Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penyisihan Penghapusan Aktiva Produktif (PPAP) pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyisihan penghapusan aktiva produktif (PPAP), sedangkan variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total pembiayaan (TotalFinancing/TF), Risiko pembiayaan (Non Performing Financing/NPF), Profitabilitas (Earnings Before Taxes and Provisions/EBTP). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 sampel yang diklasifikasikan dengan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan triwulanan Bank Umum Syariah dari tahun 2011 hingga 2013 yang dipublikasikan di website Bank Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa total pembiayaan (TF) tidakberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PPAP ditolak. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai thitung sebesar –4,770 lebih kecil dari ttabel 1,703. Selanjutnya resiko pembiayaan (NPF) tidakberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PPAP ditolak. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 1,650 lebih kecil dari ttabel 1,703. Kemudian profitabilitas (EBTP) tidakberpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PPAP ditolak. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 1,637 lebih kecil dari ttabel 1,703. Dan secara simultan Total Pembiayaan (TF), Resiko Pembiayaan (NPF), Profitabilitas (EBTP) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PPAP diterima. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 10,754 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2,96. Kata Kunci: Penyisihan Penghapusan Aktiva Produktif (PPAP), Total Pembiayaan (Total Financing/ TF) , Resiko Pembiayaan (Non Performing Financing/ NPF), Profitabilitas (Earnings Before Taxes Provisions/ EBTP).

Abstract

This research was based on the comptitive business condition in restaurant business that was getting more competitive, therefore the corporates had to make a new marketing strategy to stay and achieve he higher market. This research aimed to test the effect of customer value and customer experience toward customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable. The data were gained by questionnaire method to the 110 respondent of waroeng spesial sambal cabang purwokerto with purposive sampling. The result of the research showed that not all of the hypotheses could not be accapted. Out of the 5 (five) hypotheses accepted hypotheses. The result of H1, H2, H3 showed that customer value and customer experience partialy and simultane affected significantly of the customer experience to customer loyalty. Sobel test showed that from both variables customer value and customer experience proved that customer vaue and customer experience had mediated effect. Abstract

The research was aimed at reveal the influence of leadership, motivation to excel, affective commitment and stress at work partially and simultaneously to word Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the surrounding area. The type of this study is survey research. The subjects were 83 Suzuki salesmen in Purwokerto and the surrounding area, with more than one year working experience. There are 59 people participate as the respondents. The researcher employs multiple regressions to analyze the data. The findings show that partially, the factors like leadership, motivation to excel, affective commitment and stress at work influence Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the nearby area simultaneously, there is influence of leadership, achievement motivation, affective commitment and stress at work toward Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the surrounding area. Abstract

The aim of this research was to examine the influences of the environmental performance and environmental disclosure to the economic performance. This research focused on the public companies complying with PROPER KLH RI in the period of 2010-2012. The sample was 35 companies. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regressions. Based on the analysis, it was proved that the environmental performance partially had significant effect to the economic performance. Meanwhile, the environmental disclosure partially had no significant effect to the economic effect. Yet, simultaneously both environmental performance and environmental disclosure influenced significantly to the economic performance, meaning the concept of environmental accounting begins to have Indonesian public acceptance. The model of environmental accounting has improved and influenced the economic performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, dan price fairness terhadap customer satisfaction Taman Sari Rasa Waterpark Cilacap. Dimana variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, dan price fairness, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah customer satisfaction.Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pengujian secara parsial disimpulkan bahwa variabel perceived quality dan price fairness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan variabel perceived sacrifice berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan dan variabel perceived value berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Hasil pengujian secara simultan disimpulkan bahwa variabel perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, dan price fairness secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction. Kata kunci : Perceived Quality, Perceived Sacrifice, Perceived Value, Price Fairness,Customer Satisfaction.
