Abstract

The consul table as a complementary facility needs a comfortable and aesthetic design, in this case the Jepara ornament is the basic idea of creating a consul table that emphasizes function and aesthetic value.The purpose of making the work is to create a consul table with Jepara ornaments as a form idea for the main, while the goal is to create a consul table in a creative and innovative way. the consul table itself is a complementary space facility The Jepara ornament is a stylization of the shape of the wuni fruit which has a characteristic with the fruit located between the leaves. The Jepara ornament as an ornamental element in the creation of a consul table is a creative and innovative design. The main function of the consul table is, as a decorative table to complement the flexible form space, adding to the decorative value of the space, using a natural color finish that displays the real texture of wood.

Abstract

Dispenser is furniture furniture that is often found in various places. Apart from its main function as a storage for drinking water, the dispenser that the author has made has been designed and made as an aesthetic object in a space.As a place to store drinking water dispenser that the author made. This aims to provide other functions besides its main function. Based on this, the problems raised in this case are (1) How to make a dispenser design, which is able to support human activities, (2) How to make a dispenser by including Jepara ornaments as decorative elements, which can be an attraction, The use of Jepara ornaments is intended, so that Indonesian furniture designers should still care about the arts and culture of the archipelago, namely by applying handicraft products into them, so that they can become a media of socialization and appreciation of Indonesian culture.

Abstract

The existing sofa has a function only as a means to sit back and relax.When users sit reading newspapers, books, magazines or novels, people sitting on the sofa often stand up from their seats just to change feathers or reading, most people are sitting reading lazy to do it, because it is in a comfortable position. Likewise with bookshelves, most of the shapes are large and difficult and less mobile so that more people place them in corners of the room which are quite difficult to reach The development of the sofa is increasingly diverse, as now the sofa is no longer just a comfortable sitting facility but also functions as a furniture to decorate the room, one of which is a reading sofa, designed as a means of sitting while displaying other functions, namely the existence of a place to put books and magazines .A sofa that is equipped with a bookshelf is a collaboration between a sofa and a bookshelf where bookshelves are placed on both sides of the sofa which allows users to reach it easier. This design also has another function, namely the footrests that have been installed with the gas spring hydraulic system to increase sitting comfort.
