Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environment, stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Betung Meruo Jambi Initiative Jambi Senami (PBMSJ) Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency. This type of research is research with quantitative data types. Sources of data in this study came from primary data and secondary data. The sample of this study was 60 respondents who were taken by survey, namely research that used a questionnaire as a research instrument. The method of analysis and the data uses a validity test, with a Liker scale approach. Based on the results of the tests carried out. From the results of the data validity test that r count > r table of each variable Environment (X1), Stress (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3), explains that from several statements each variable is declared valid. There is the influence of work environment on employee performance, there is the effect of work stress on employee performance, there is the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there is the influence of work environment, job stress, job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Prakarsa Betung Meruo Senami Jambi with an index of 2.77.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Stock Exchange with the proxy Debt to equity ratio, return on investment, current ratio and total assets turn over then risk management using interest rates and working capital management using cash conversion cycle on stock returns. year 2016-2020. The population and sample are telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and meet the research requirements, totaling 4 companies. Data collection is done by downloading the financial statements of each company on the IDX website. Analysis of the data in this study using SPPS version 20. Data testing techniques include normality assumption test, multiple regression analysis and partial test. In analyzing the effect of the variables DER, ROI, CR, TATO, ir and CCC using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had an effect on stock returns with a significant value of 0.008, Return on Investment (ROI) had a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value of 0.002. And Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) has an effect on stock returns with a significance value of 0.015. Meanwhile, Current Ratio (CR), interest rate (IR), and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) have no effect on stock returns with a significance value of 0.289; 0.312; 0.675. All independent variables simultaneously affect the shares in telecommunications companies.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Leadership Style in Efforts to Improve Job Performance in the Education and Culture Office of Batang Hari Regency. As one of the government agencies, employees are required to work well. In work, of course, will lead to an achievement called work performance. In analyzing the data, the analysis tool used is the t test, and the coefficient of determination and simple linear regression. In the t test, it will be concluded that the variable of leadership style has an effect or not partially (individually) on work performance. In the Coefficient of Determination, the magnitude of the effect that occurs will be calculated as a percentage. To determine the effect of leadership style on work performance at the Batang Hari Regency Education and Culture Office, it can be seen from the t test and the coefficient of determination. In the t test, it is known that the leadership style has a partial effect on work performance. Then, based on the coefficient of determination, leadership style affects work performance at the Batang Hari Education and Culture Office by 27.8%.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of population on the economic growth of Jambi Province in 2016-2020. The population variable is the independent variable, and the economic growth variable is the dependent variable. Residents have a role in various economic activities. Not only on the production side, the population also affects the level of consumption of an item which can have an impact on the economic growth of a region. To determine the effect of population on the economic growth of Jambi Province in 2016-2020, a simple linear regression analysis tool was used with the application of the t test with the aim of knowing whether the population variable had a partial or no effect on the variable economic growth. After the data is processed and analyzed, it can be concluded that based on the results of the t-test, the population variable has a partial (partial) influence on economic growth. From the magnitude of the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.657. This means that the population affects economic growth by 65.7%. While 24.3% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of inventory system and inventory system applied in AndesMart is in accordance with the objectives of internal control. To obtain the necessary data then the authors use data collection tools in the form of interviews and literature. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the existing system at AndesMart Light is adequate in accordance with the objectives of internal control that there are elements of internal inventory control merchandise and the management of inventory merchandise procedures are running effectively.
