Abstract

The study aims to find out : (1) To determine the condition of the financial performance ot PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) viewed from short Economics value added, (2) To determine the condition of the financial performance of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) seen from market value added, (3) To Analyze the condition of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero), this type of research is academic research. The analysis tool used in this study uses financial ratios. Based on the results of the above research, it can be seen the condition of the financial performance of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) through the EVA approach, which in 2012 amounted to 538.895.600 shows that the condition of financial performance is healthy, in 2013 amounted to 1.446.588.000 indication that the condition of healthy financial performance, in 2014 amounted to – 164.001.000 indication that the condition of financial performance unhealthy, in 2015 amounted to – 1.132.748.100 indication that the condition of financial performance is unhealthy, and in 2016 amounting to – 1.584.975.000indicated that the condition of financial performance is unhealthy. The condition of the financial performace PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) through the MVA approach, which in 2012 amounted to 4.117,99 shows that the condition of financial performance is good, in 2013 amounting to 4.533,54 indicates that the condition of financial performance is good, in 2014 amounted to 4.135.00 indicatesing that the condition of financial performance was good, at in 2015 amounting to 4.073.94 indicates that the condition of financial performance is good, and in 2016 amounting to 7.210.01 indicates that the condition of financial performance is good.

Abstract

One of the targets of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the general hospital of bulian estuary, namelyincreasing the level of patient satisfaction so that this becomes one of the indicators for measuringservice quality. One of the main elements supporting the level of patient satisfaction is patients withtheir resources. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with thequality of care in obstetrics and gynecology at the general hospital of bulian estuary. Respondents werepatients with obstetrics and gynecology at 75 general hospitals in the bulian estuary servants. Methodsof collecting data using questionnaires, observation, documentation. To test the hypothesis, thetechnique used is path analysis. Research results: (1) the quality of services in obstetrics andgynecology is very good, (2) the level of patient satisfaction with obstetrics and gynecology is very good. Advice for obstetrics and gynecology public hospitals in bulian estuary servans must improve servicequality and maintain then maintain existing quality must be done, so that customers or users of thehospital do not feel disappointed and the service users do not move elsewhere.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method or approach. Data collection techniques are done by directobservation (observation) in the field, interviews, and documentation. Accountability in providing servicesis seen from four (4) indicators, namely: indicators of compliance with procedures, indicators of theexistence of low-cost public services, indicators of compliance with time standards, and indicators ofpublic service. The implementation of the one stop service system at the Investment Of ice and the OneStop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency is the latest innovation as asignificant step in realizing the improvement of the quality of licensing and non-licensing services that areexpected to simplify procedures, cut time and costs required to administer a service in this case BuildingPermit (IMB). The purpose of this research is basically that the organization has run well, easily andquickly. Because with the one-door system (OSS), all services can be carried out within a period ofapproximately 1-2 weeks. Accountability for building permit services (IMB) of the investment service andone-stop integrated service (DPMPTSP) in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency can be categorized as beingable to support accountability in the district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The ef ect of learning entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial interest. 2)The influence of the social environment on the interests of entrepreneurship. 3) The ef ect of familyeconomic background on entrepreneurial interest. 4) The ef ect of entrepreneurial learning, socialenvironment, and family economic background on entrepreneurial interest. This research is acomparative causal study with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are learningentrepreneurship, social environment, and family economic background as independent variables, whilethe variables of entrepreneurial interest as the dependent variable. The population in this study were allstudents who studied Entrepreneurship Subjects at Graha Karya Muara Bulian School of Economicswho had been active in entrepreneurship courses. The technique used to determine the sample was arandom sampling technique, amounting to 35 respondents. The results of this study indicate that 1)entrepreneurial learning has a positive and significant ef ect on entrepreneurial interest 2) socialenvironment has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest 3) family economicbackground has a negative ef ect on entrepreneurial interest 4) entrepreneurial learning, socialenvironment, and family economic background together positive and significant ef ect on studentinterest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of cost and service quality policies on customersatisfaction at Ganesha Operation Muara Bulian. The research approach is used through qualitativemethods of collecting data on observation and interviews. The analytical method used is a qualitativeapproach with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The samples in this study were55 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t test, f test and coef icient ofdetermination simultaneously and using the SPSS program to determine the factors that influencecustomer satisfaction. The conclusions in this study are: The value of multiple linear regression equations, namely Y = 2.072 + 0.982X1 + 0.951X2. It was concluded that if the cost policy (X1) and service quality(X2) = 0, then customer satisfaction (Y) was 2.072, if the cost policy (X1) increased by one unit, customersatisfaction rose by 0.982 assuming service quality (X2) = 0 or constant. And if service quality (X2)increases by one unit, customer satisfaction increases by 0.951 assuming a cost policy variable (X1) = 0or constant. T test with the most dominant value is the cost policy variable of 6,858 thitung> 1,675 ttable. While the F Test with a value of Fcount = 147.067> Ftable = 3.18 means that the variable policy costsand service quality af ect customer satisfaction. For the determination coef icient test of 84.4% which isinfluenced by cost and service quality policies on customer satisfaction and the remaining 15.6% isinfluenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk seenfrom the statement of cash flows using the ratio of operating cash flows, the ratio of capitalexpenditures, the ratio of total debt, and the ratio of cash flows to net income in 2014 to 2018.Theanalytical method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. And use data analysis tools in theform of cash flow ratios, such as operating cash flow ratios, capital expenditure ratios, ratio of totaldebt and ratio of cash flows to net income.As for the results of the analysis of cash flow ratios, such asOperating Cash Flow Ratios from 2014-2018 of 0.73, 0.62, 0.62, 0.56 and 0.71 show poor financialperformance. The Capital Expenditure Ratio from 2014-2018 of 5.74, 4.28, 3.74, 4.39 and 7.93 showsgood financial performance. The ratio of Total Debt from 2014-2018 of 0.67, 0.58, 0.56, 0.51 and 0.66shows the financial performance is not good. The ratio of Cash Flow to Net Income from 2014-2018 of1.13, 1.08, 1.05, 1.01 and 0.87 shows good financial performance. So the results of the ratio that hasbeen analyzed can be concluded that the financial performance seen from the cash flow statement of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk from 2014 to 2018 showed a good ratio of analysis results.

Abstract

This study aims to study the role of the Sikepo electronic absence in the Department of Housing andHousing Area (X) Work Discipline in the Of ice of Housing and Settlement Areas of Batang HariRegency on (Y) Performance of Employees in Housing and Settlement Areas of Batang Hari Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population of this study was 44 people. Based onthe results of research and discussion, then several research subjects can be given as follow. The resultsof the t-test obtained (X) = 6,781> 1.68195. then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted because tcount isgreater than ttable. R Square value of .52,3 Thus the whole can be concluded as a Disciplinary Variable(X) variable against Employee Performance variable (Y) in the housing service and residential area ofBatang Hari Regency, respectively by 52.3% and 47.7% Research by other variables discussed in thisstudy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) on Consumer Decisions to buy Second Motorcycles at the Muara Bulian Motor Tugu Dialer. This type of research is quantitative descriptive while the method of data collection is done by giving questions to respondents with questionnaire guidance. The sampling technique uses the Accidential Sampling technique. The sample in this study were 45 respondents. The results of the analysis in this study are as follows, The Effect of Product, Price, Place and Promotion on Consumer Decisions in buying a Second Motorcycle at the Tugu Muda Motor Dialer is explained as follows. From the partial test results on the product variable obtained 2,503> 1,68023, the results of the price test variable obtained 2,241> 1,68023, the test results on the location variable obtained 3,296> 1,68023 and the test results on the promotion variable obtained 3,134> 1,68023 all the value of t count is greater than t table which shows that the Independent variable of each mqsing has an influence on the Dependent variable. While the Simultaneous test results, the F value can be counted 47.128 greater than F table 2.56 or (47.128> 2.56) which shows that all Independent variables simultaneously influence the Dependent Variables. From the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test is 0.767, it shows that the Marketing Mix variable contributes 76.7% to consumer decisions, while the remaining 23.3% is the contribution of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Jambi Branch. in this study, the expected outcome is whether or not motivation affects performance. in analyzing so the results are known, the analysis tool used is the path analysis and partial test (t test). With 56 people as samples. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that the effect of motivation on performance is 15.05%. And motivation has a partial and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Jambi Branch.

Abstract

This research uses LQ Analysis Tool, and Pearson Correlation. As for the operating variable in this study is the GDP at constant prices, Economic Growth, Growth Sector, And Poverty in Batanghari, with the title "Analysis of Potential Sectors and Relation to Poverty in Batanghari" This aims to determine the potential economic sector in Batanghari and see the relationship of each sector of the economy with poverty. The final conclusion that can be drawn in the study is based on the analysis contained LQ potential sector in Batanghari is the mining and quarrying sector with a value of LQ> 1, while other economic sectors has LQ <1. Then, the results of Pearson Correlation between the overall Growth economic with poverty can result in a positive and strong enough, then the results of Pearson Correlation Sectoral economic growth with poverty, the mining sector has a value of Pearson Correlation highest and the associated positive and strong enough, and that the lowest is the relationship with the trade sector but remain positively related poverty and less powerful.
