Health workers are one of the parties who are on the direct line to deal with this virus, in conditions like this it can be seen that many victims have fallen, both the Indonesian people and the health workers, because health workers sometimes have to sacrifice their lives to protect the community from the spread of the covid-19 virus. Abstract

Stunting is the main problem faced by the Indonesian government as well as being the main focus in improving the nutrition of the nation's children. The problem of stunted children (stunting) is a result of the lack of nutritional intake status of mothers and children. The nutritional status and health of the mother during pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, and during breastfeeding since the first 1000 days of life (HPK) are very critical period. Thus, chronic malnutrition in 1000 HPK will have an impact on physical growth disorders, one of which is stunting. The problem of stunting is inseparable from community nutrition problems that are associated with an increased risk of death, illness, and both motor and mental problems, so that it has an impact on uncompetitive work quality which results in low levels of income and community welfare. Therefore, the Indonesian government is committed to the prevention and reduction of stunting prevalence. Cikahuripan Village, to be precise in Pameungpeuk Hamlet, is one of the hamlets that has stunting cases in children. Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) as a health service in the hamlet has an important role in reducing the prevalence of stunting. By using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) technique and the qualitative method of direct interviews, it was found that optimizing the role of cadres is important for the modality of community empowerment, especially in the health and nutrition sector.

Abstract

The phenomenon of public health problems, especially pulmonary TB in the era of globalization, is not underestimated. Pulmonary Tuberculosis is a chronic bacterial infection disease that is persistent and chronic so that clinical symptoms will only appear if it is severe and requires treatment for a long time. The purpose of this professional scientific paper is to analyze the semi-Fowler's position intervention to reduce shortness of breath in pulmonary TB patients at Harapan Bunda Hospital. The method in this final scientific paper is a case study with a quasi-experimental method. From the results of case analysis in patients, it was found that there was an effect of semi-Fowler's position on decreasing shortness of breath in pulmonary TB patients. The conclusion of this nursing care is that the semi-Fowler's position is very effective because it can reduce the shortness of breath experienced by the client and can make the client feel comfortable. So giving a semi-Fowler's position in pulmonary TB patients can overcome shortness of breath because by using gravity to help expand the lungs and reduce pressure from the abdominal visceral to the diaphragm it can be lifted and the lungs can develop optimally.

Abstract

The most frequent issues are those involving information and services, when patients feel that the hospital's offerings are inadequate, if not downright disappointing. When health services are able to satisfy their clients and live up to their expectations, they are considered to be of high quality. Patients' perceptions of the hospital's expectations and the caliber of its services affect how satisfied they feel. The goal of this study was to evaluate and pinpoint how Sarah General Hospital in Medan's admission unit informed inpatients about their satisfaction with the quality of the services they received. Cross sectional research methodology is used in this study. Purposive sampling was used to sample up to 88 responders from the population of this study, which included up to 718 patients. Chi-square test was utilized in data analysis along with univariate and bivariate analysis. The chi-square test analysis findings reveal that each variable's p-value comprises substantial proof (tangibles) obtained (0.002 <0.005), reliability with p-value (0.001 <0.005), responsiveness with p-value (0.000<0.005) empathy with p-value (0.009<0.005) and assurance with p-value (0.000<0.005). The availability of inpatient information and customer satisfaction with service quality in the admissions unit were related. The suggestion was hospitals should continue to enhance the quality of services connected to the service quality aspects, namely assurance and responsiveness.
