Abstract

The educational problem that occurs in Pakistan is that there are statements that identify some religious education institutions/madrasahs that are involved in terrorist movements. Meanwhile in Indonesia, there are also issues that identify the same thing as what happened in Pakistan. Another problem that is almost the same as in Indonesia is that there are still many children dropping out of school in Pakistan as well as in Indonesia, even though there is a law that regulates compulsory education for children but the state has not done much to serve the mandate of the law. there is punishment for parents who do not carry out compulsory education as mandated by each compulsory education law both in Pakistan and Indonesia.

Abstract

The education system that manages education in Yemen has different Ministries at different levels. General education is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, vocational schools and colleges are managed by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Technical Training (MoTEVT). Higher Education is regulated by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR). There is also a small private sector which accounts for 2% of primary and secondary and 15% respectively.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus is endemic and has become the main focus of various countries. The Covid-19 virus has infected millions of people in the world, including Indonesia. Not only the impact in the health sector, but the Covid-19 virus has also had many impacts on the joints of human life. The Covid-19 virus has triggered chaos in various fields of life globally, including the field of education. Gathering activities in order to gain knowledge together, is not recommended to be held. In fact, many countries eliminate face-to-face learning, and replace it with online learning. This policy was implemented to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. In line with these efforts, the campus as a place to forge itself with knowledge, also needs a strategy to help reduce the spread of Covid-19. Efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the campus environment will be in line with the government's appeal, namely to organize online learning at home. Online learning gives birth to logical consequences, for the perpetrators, both for students and teachers. On the one hand, online learning is an alternative to reduce the possibility of crowding, but online learning also creates challenges to present material in a manner that is able to accommodate scientific demands. Despite the challenges, online learning is definitely expected to foster an attitude of optimism, provide challenges and opportunities to develop innovation, creativity, capacity, personality, and student needs. The solution, lecturers are required to have the ability in the field of learning technology. Another logical consequence is that higher education leaders must be active in optimizing the performance of using online facilities for all lecturers, students, and education staff.

Abstract

The term students are interpreted as people (children) who are following the process of educational activities or teaching and learning processes to grow and develop their potential, so in Arabic literature that is often used by Islamic education leaders, among others, they are found with the names: mutarabby, muta'allim, muta'addib, daaris, student. First, the word mutarabby implies as a person who is being targeted as a target to be educated in the sense of being created, maintained, regulated, managed, repaired through educational activities carried out together with murabby educators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors that are influencing students in choosing Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University. The independent variables of this study are actors, resources and norms, and the dependent variable is students’ decision in choosing Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University. The data used in this study is primary data collected directly from students of Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University. The Analytical method used is quantitative method and analyzed by correlation using SPSS 22 for Windows. The result of data analysis shows resources have an insignificant negative effect with a very low level of correlation to students’ decisions to choose Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University, meanwhile norms have a significant positive effect with a low level of correlation to students’ decision to choose Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University.

Abstract

The role of a supervisor is very much expected in training the use of technology to teachers so that it can assist them in completing tasks and making it easier to carry out education in schools. Abstract

Actually the content standard covers the minimum material scope and minimum competency level to achieve minimum graduate competence at certain levels and types of education. The curriculum is a set of educational plans and programs that are used as a reference by educational institutions that are adapted to the level and needs of students and by taking into account local culture. Policy on implementing the education unit level curriculum (KTSP), government decisions and regulations relating to the educational institution or level/type of school concerned. In the education process, curriculum management needs to be implemented so that curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation run more effectively, efficiently, and optimally in empowering various learning resources, learning experiences, and curriculum components. (Sulfemi 2018: 4) Process standards are national education standards related to the implementation of learning in an educational unit to achieve graduate competency standards. The learning process in educational units is held interactively, inspiring, fun, challenging, motivating students to participate actively, and providing sufficient space for initiative, creativity, and independence in accordance with the talents, interests, and physical and psychological development of students.
