Abstract

Hypnobirthing is a technique of autohypnosis (self-hypnosis), which is a natural effort to instill positive intentions/suggestions into the soul/subconscious mind during pregnancy and childbirth preparation. This study aims to be able to provide care to Mrs. X by giving hypnobirthing to reduce pain in the first stage of labor at the Bontonyeleng Health Center, Bulukumba Regency. The writing method used is to collect data by interview, physical examination (hypnobirthinga0, observation, literature study, and documentation. The results show that Mrs. X after being given hypnobirthing therapy there is a decrease in pain in the first stage of normal delivery.

Abstract

Sleep is one of the factors that affect a baby's growth. Improving the quality of baby's sleep can be done through massage by parents. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of baby's sleep quality with baby spa treatment. The research method used in this study was pre-experimental with a pretest posttest one group design approach. This research was conducted at the independent practice midwife A. Tenri, Bulukumba Regency. In this study, the population was the baby's mother, totaling 30 babies using the total population sampling technique. The results of this study are that there is an effectiveness of baby massage on improving the quality of baby sleep as evidenced by respondents who experienced an increase in sleep quality, most (73.33%) of respondents had good sleep quality.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a natural process for a woman. The changes that occur in women during normal pregnancy are physiological, not pathological. The purpose of this study was to provide midwifery care to pregnant women by giving Lemon Essential Oil who experienced vomiting in the Balibo Health Center area. The research method used is by carrying out midwifery care in accordance with good and correct procedures, including encouraging pregnant women to inhale lemon essential oil by dripping 5 drops of lemon aromatherapy on a tissue. After doing midwifery care for 4 visits to patients for 4 days. then the results obtained on the first visit at BPM Azzahra Bantaeng with a frequency of nausea and vomiting 5 times in 24 hours. While the next visit was carried out at the patient's home with no more vomiting but with a different frequency of nausea but each visit the frequency of nausea had decreased.

Abstract

The problem of nutrition in childhood is an important problem that must be addressed. Stunting is one of the nutritional problems in the form of a child's height less than the standard. This is the impact of lack of nutritional intake in the first thousand days of life. The purpose of this research is to see the extent to which the nutritional fulfillment of stunting toddlers through vegetable cultivation in Bontotiro Village, Bulukumba Regency. The type of research used is descriptive, which is a method used to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalizations. The results of research conducted in Bontotiro Village, Bulukumba Regency regarding mother's knowledge about stunting, the majority were in the category of poor knowledge of 39 respondents (79.6%). The results of research conducted in Bontotiro Village, Bulukumba Regency regarding the Fulfillment of Nutrition for Stunting Toddlers through Vegetable Cultivation in Bontotiro Village, the majority are in the sufficient category.

Abstract

Mother's Milk (ASI) is one of the most important parts where the production and its smoothness need to be considered by prospective mothers. So many benefits that will be obtained for the mother and of course for the baby. To ensure the implementation of breastfeeding, the Government of Indonesia has regulated by making an official regulation, namely Government Regulation (PP) No. 33 of 2012. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Brast Care Treatment to facilitate milk production in the work area of ??the Baruga Health Center. The design of this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach, namely research that tries to explore how and why this phenomenon occurs. Based on the results of statistical tests with Chi-Square obtained p value of 0.004 (p < 0.05), which means that Brast Care Treatment is effective in increasing breast milk production.
