Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between responsibility and commitment with environmental leadership in sustainable development of correlational studies in West Sumbawa, NTB. The correlational method used by sampling 130 people in the employee in West Sumbawa Regency, NTB as a sample selected by multy stages random sampling. Environmental leadership in the implementation of sustainable development after the validity test then obtained 28 questions and 6 drop problems with reliability of 0.912. Test the validity of responsibilities (x1) of 27 valid issues that is 20 with reliability of 0.894. Test validity of commitment from 48 item valid matter that is valid 33 with reliability equal to 0,961 Data have been analyzed by applying descriptive statistic and correlational test (R) to verify there is relation between variable. The results show that there is a relationship between responsibility and commitment with environmental leadership in sustainable development. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komitmen dan tanggung jawab lingkungan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan hutan pada program reboisasi. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Resot Pemangku Hutan (RPH) Solokuro – Lamongan, dengan obyek penelitian adalah masyarakat desa Solokuro peserta program reboisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 75 responden sampel. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik parametrik yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji korelasional. Uji analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) uji multiple (2) uji koefisien korelasi, dan (3) uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) komitmen yang tinggi berhubungan kinerja pengelolaan hutan yang tinggi, (2) tanggung jawab lingkungan yang tinggi berhubungan dengan kinerja pengelolaan hutan yang tinggi, (3) komitmen dan tanggung jawab lingkungan yang tinggi membuat kinerja pengelolaan hutan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut bahwa komitmen dan tanggung jawab lingkungan baik sendiri-sendiri maupun bersamaan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pengelolaan hutan, sehingga model ini dapat dilanjutkan dan juga bisa diterapkan program reboisasi di lokasi yang berbeda.

Abstract

This research was taken place in SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 Kota Tangerang with purpose to understanding the implementation of Adiwiyata school programs in enhancing education quality that is related to the policy of Adiwiyata school programs, the implementation of Adiwiyata school programs, supporting factors and obstacle factors of implementation of Adiwiyata school programs in SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 Kota Tangerang. The methodology that used is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collection procedure was conducted through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. Source of data is headmaster, team head of Adiwiyata, member of Adiwiyata team, and teachers. Analysis conducted using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. This research shows that the school successfully achieved an award as Adiwiyata Mandiri school by launching 12 adiwiyata programs including everyday without plastics, a simple IPAL management at school, healthy canteen, waste bank management, JUMSIH program (a clean Friday), compost management program, composter and 3R (reuse, reduce, and recycle), etc. The program was implemented according to a number of components such as environmentally based policy; implementation of environmentally based curriculum; environmental activities in participative basis and management of environmentally friendly supporting activities

Abstract

This study aims to explain the policy of managing solid waste not from hazardous and toxic materials through re-use or re-cycling for environmental sustainability. This policy has been contained in the Bekasi district government regulation Number 09 of 2007. This policy is an effort in the management of non-B3 waste in order to become orderly and free from dirty and even slums. Through this policy the waste manager is required to be registered in the licensing of the waste management company, especially non-B3 solid waste. This study uses qualitative methods with consideration, researchers use questionnaires as consideration for determining the percentage scale of the success of waste management policies. Based on the results of the analysis of policies on the management of solid waste not derived from hazardous and toxic materials through re-use or reconstruction to preserve the environment, the results of 87.8% were converted into qualitative, including high and very good categories.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the strength of employee's ability factors to understand environmental issues and leadership on the effectiveness of urban forest management employees. This research was carried out in the PT JIEP Pulogadung industrial area in Jakarta for three months, starting from June to August 2017. The research method used was ex post-facto or comparative causal relationship with 2 x factorial design 2. Results of research on urban forest conservation management activities between employees with the ability to understand high environmental issues are higher than those with the ability to understand the low environmental issues. The average urban forest conservation management that has the ability to understand high environmental issues is 141.93 higher than employees who have the ability to understand low environmental issues, namely 125.93. Furthermore, there is an interaction effect between the application of the ability to understand environmental issues and Leadership on the management of forest conservation of the city. The effect of the interaction is 41%. Urban forest conservation management activities between employees who have the ability to understand high environmental issues are higher than employees who have the ability to understand low environmental issues in the group with Transformative Leadership as evidenced from the tuckey test results, that Qcount> Qtable is 5.91> 4 , 11 Keywords: Employee Ability, Environmental Issues, Leadership
