Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the performance, work motivation, work discipline, organizational culture, work environment, and HR competencies at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of NTT Province. To determine work discipline partially, corporate culture, work environment, and HR competence have a positive and significant effect on ASN work motivation at BPSDMD NTT Province. To find out partially work discipline, organizational culture, work environment, HR competence, and work motivation positively affect ASN performance at BPSDMD NTT Province. Work has a positive and significant impact in mediating the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, work environment, and HR competence on ASN performance at BPSDMD NTT Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample of this research is the staff of BPSDMD NTT Province, as many as 55 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the SmartPLS application. The inner model test shows that work discipline, organizational culture, work environment, and HR competence partially positively and significantly affect work motivation. Because the probability values ​​of work discipline, corporate culture, work environment, HR competence, and work motivation partly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Specific Indirect Effect test results show that work motivation has a positive and significant impact in mediating the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, work environment, and HR competence on ASN performance.

Abstract

The factors that determine a person to buy Ikat Flores- NTT woven fabrics are global identity, perceived functional value, perceived individual value, perceived social value and purchase intention. Flores Ikat Tenun- NTT is one of the woven fabrics that is popular with tourists when visiting the Flores area to be used as souvenirs. Therefore, the researcher wanted to find out whether global identity, perceived functional value, perceived individual value, and perceived social value can have an implication for purchase intention in Flores ikat fabric products. The quantitative method is the method used in conducting the analysis of this research, as well as collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents consisting of men/women who have an age range of 23-39 years, have the intention to buy Flores ikat cloth products, and are tourists who come from Jabodetabek. In this study, researchers used the structural equation model (SEM) method with the help LISREL version 8.8. The results of this study prove that there is a positive relationship between global identity and perceived functional value on purchase intention. In this study it was also found that perceived individual value and perceived social value had no effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract This research belongs to the type of causality research, namely research that wants to find a causal relationship between the variables of Village Equity Participation and Remaining Profits from BUMDes Joint "Bangkit Mandiri" to Village Original Income in Nita District. This research also includes a type of quantitative research in which the researcher first develops a hypothesis. The next step is tested quantitatively until finally arriving at the final findings in a tested hypothesis. The results of the F statistical test show that together with the two (2) independent variables, namely Village Capital Inclusion (X1) and BUMDes Business Results (X2), have no significant effect on Village Original Income (Y). The results of the t-statistical test show that individually (partial), the Village Capital Participation Variable (X1) has no significant effect on the Village Original Income Variable (Y). This means that if the Equity Participation variable (X1) increases, the increase in the Equity Participation variable does not increase the Village Original Income (Y) variable. Meanwhile, the residual income variable for BUMDes (X1) has no significant effect on the Village Original Income Variable (Y). This means that if the BUMDes residual income variable (X2) increases, the increase in the BUMDes remaining operating income variable does not increase the village original income variable (Y). Furthermore, the contribution of the two independent variables in this study which consists of Village Capital Inclusion (X1) and Rest of BUMDes Business Results (X2), can explain the variation of ups and downs in Village Original Income (Y) in all villages in Nita District by 1.3%. At the same time, the remaining 98.7% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

Village Fund Allocation is a fund that the district government must allocate for villages originating from the central and regional financial balance funds received from the district, which use 30% for operational expenditures and 70% for community empowerment. This study aims to determine the Accountability of Village Fund Allocation Management. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data (documents and archives of Pantai Oa village). The data analysis technique in this study begins with the data reduction stage, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results in the coastal village of Oa show that the management of the Village Fund Allocation from the planning, implementation, reporting, administration, and accountability stages is by Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. The Village Government of Pantai Oa has also been accountable to the region by submitting a report on the Realization of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget and installing billboards in front of the village office as a form of accountability to the community. Based on the results of this study, the Management of Village Fund Allocation in Pantai Oa Village can be said to be accountable. Suggestions for the village government to continue improving and maintaining the village government's performance in managing the Village Fund Allocation from each stage in the current period.

Abstract

Internet users, especially younger ones, spend a lot of time on the Internet to interact with others through various channels and applications such as e-mail, instant messaging, and even online games. The growing use of mobile devices today makes the interaction between individuals online becomes easier and more intense. One of the implications of this condition is the phenomenon of spreading viral content through mobile devices. This provides various impacts for both consumers and marketers. This research attempts to continue several prior research efforts through empirical testing of a mobile viral marketing synthesis model in the Indonesian context. This research uses descriptive research design approach with empirical data collected through an online survey of young generation samples in Jabodetabek. Empirical data is then processed using Structural Equation Modeling approach to test a number of hypotheses proposed. The results of this research conclusion are as follows: 1) Perceived Usefulness proved positively and significantly influence to Viral Marketing attitude, 2) Perceived Ease Of Use not proven positive and not significant to Viral Marketing attitude, 3) Perceived Cost proven negative and not significant to Viral Marketing attitude, 4) Perceived Enjoyment proved to have a positive and significant effect on Viral Marketing attitude, 5) Viral Marketing attitude proved to have a positive and significant effect on Mobile Viral Marketing Intention, 6) Altruism proved to have a positive and significant effect on Mobile Viral Marketing Intention.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price variables on product purchasing decisions at Mie Kiro Kebumen restaurant either partially or simultaneously and to find out which of the variables brand image, product quality and price has a greater role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The data used is primary data obtained through data collection techniques in the form of online questionnaires which are distributed to people in Kebumen Regency who have purchased products at Mie Kiro Kebumen, which will then be used as samples. Sampling of 100 with purposive sampling technique. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression, T test and F test with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results show that the brand image variable partially has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Mie Kiro Kebumen restaurant, but simultaneously has an effect. Product quality and price variables both partially and simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions at Mie Kiro Kebumen restaurant. Among the three variables, the price variable has the most role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions at Mie Kiro Kebumen restaurant

Abstract

In organization, employee performance is an activity that needs to be considered an organizational effectiveness. The purpose of the study to understands the effect of motivation, Disiplin and Competence on employee performance in the General Section of regional secretariat of South Aceh Regency. This method is carried out using quantitative methods by means of systematic data measurement to determine the relationship of the variables to be tested. The data collection method used is a questionnaire in the form of a likert scale, the questionnaire will be given to 32 respondents who have become the research sample, while those that will be tested are validity, reliability and hypotheses. Form the results of multiple linear research concluded that there is a positive influence on employee performance. The result of the t test shows that motivation has no effect on employee performance, While work Discipline and Competence have a positive effect on employee performance. The result of the F test analysis shows that Motivation, Discipline and Competence together a affect employee performance. The results of the test show the correlation coefficient value of 0,667 or 66,7% and the coefficient of determination of 0,445%, then employee performance is influenced by Discipline and Competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of service quality in the general section of the Aceh Selatan Secretariat whether it has good service for employees. The research method used is the index method through a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The research instrument is as stated in the canon of the minister for the utilization of state apparatus and the renewal of functionaries No. 14 of 2017 regarding the recording instructor of the Community Satisfaction review. From the research perspective,it can be determined that the Community Satisfaction Index in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Aceh Regency is running very well. This activity can be seen in 9 (nine) instructions according to (Permenpan-RB) Number 14 of 2017 through the average superiority of repairs domiciled according to very good and good categories. The service that has the highest value element is the System, Mechanism,and procedure which stores the IKM change value of 88.85 and exists according to a very good rank.

Abstract

This research is used to determine whether leadership style and work environment affect employee job satisfaction. The research implementation is located at PT Betami with a sample of 31 respondents. This study uses a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the results of the t test of leadership style and work environment had no significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, but through the F test, both had a significant positive effect.
