Abstract

In agricultural cultivation technology, there are very influential limiting factors on plant growth and yield, one of which is the presence of fertilization. This research aims to study the composition of Bio fertilizer and Cow manure fertilizer application bean’s growth and yield. This research was conducted from February 25th, 2022 to May 22th, 2022 at Seed Garden of Food Crops and Horticulture Tawangmangu (TPH) Tawangmangu, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency with an altitude place of 1100 meters above sea level and Latosol soil. This research method uses a single factor randomized complete block design (RCBD) consisting of 6 kinds of experiments and each was repeated 4 times in order to obtain 24 kinds trial. The variables used are length of plant, number of leaves, length of root, fresh weight of biomass, dry weight of biomass, the number and weight of pods. The results of this research showed that the composition of biofertilizer and cow fertilizer application has no effect on bean’s growth and yield.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of liquid organic fertilizer concentration and bulbs cutting on the growth and the yield of shallots (allium ascalonicum. L). This research was conducted on december 02, 2021 until february 13, 2022 located in a garden plant food and horticulture tohudan, Tanon Lor, Gedongan, Colomadu, Karanganyar, Central Java, with an altitude of 105 m above see level. This research is Complete Random Blok Design (CRBD) factorials. The result showed that cutting tubers (P1) 0,25 a part on the parameters of observation of leaves, number of leaves, the wet weight of biomass, dry weight of biomass, number of tubers planted, number of tubers plot, tuber weight planted showed an increase with increasing LOF, while tuber weight a plot showed a decrease with increasing LOF concentration. The cutting of tubers (P2) 0,33 a part on the parameters of observation of number of leaves, the wet weight of biomass, dry weight of biomass, number of tubers planted, tuber weight planted showed an increase with increasing LOF, while the long narrow leaves, number of tubers plot, tuber weight a plot showed a decrease with increasing LOF concentration. The cutting of tubers (P3) 0,5 a part on the parameters of observation number of tubers planted, number of tubers plot showed an increase with increasing LOF, while the long narrow leaves, of number of leaves, the wet weight of biomass, dry weight of biomass, tuber weight planted, tuber weight a plot showed a decrease with increasing LOF concentration.

Abstract

Productivity is crucial things in determining whether an operating system is functioning well, the efficiency indicator, and the competitiveness of a company. There are several objectives of this research, such as (1) to find out the influence of facilities on employee work productivity at the Kairatu Sub-District Office, West Seram; (2) to determine the influence of motivation on employee work productivity at the Kairatu Sub-District Office, West Seram; and (3) to find out more about the influence of facilities and motivation on employee work productivity at the Kairatu Sub-District Office, West Seram. Primary data of this research was obtained by using questionnaires to several selected respondents and conducting interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data obtained from related literatures. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis of simple linear regression. Therefore, the research findings indicated that there is a partial influence between facilities on employee work productivity at Kairatu sub-district office, West Seram; there is a partial influence between motivation on employee work productivity at Kairatu sub-district office, West Seram; there is a significant influence on facilities and work motivation simultaneously that also affects employee productivity; and there is about 80.9% of the influence of facilities and motivation on employee productivity at Kairatu sub-district office, West Seram and the rest of 19.1% is a percentage influenced by other factors not studied by the researcher.
