Abstract

The implementation of Indonesia's foreign policy in the form of "Free and Active Politics" in its development since the founding of the Indonesian state was influenced not only by the domestic situation but also by the growth of the international political climate that occurred at that time. The rapidly changing international political climate must be followed and analyzed continuously for the sake of national interest. Furthermore, the steps to respond to these changes must be decided in the implementation of foreign policy to achieve the national interest. The use of the concept of national interest here is to explain the noble ideals that Indonesia wants to achieve with a free and active foreign policy. This paper aims to highlight the dynamics of the meaning of "free and active" in Indonesia's foreign policy in terms of domestic conditions at that time and how Indonesia's foreign policy was able to respond to international political challenges that have occurred since the early days of independence until now, which are none other than policies. It was made in the national interest in order to maintain the state of Indonesia as an independent and sovereign state in the midst of a turbulent world

Abstract

This paper aims to find address the problem of climate change through the Danish-friendly environment and human rights business. The biggest causes for climate change derive from aggressive business and human being activities. The impacts of climate change are direct and indirect linked to human rights. Denmark is categorized as the most friendly environment country in 2022. This achievement is a reward for Denmark which has had a development climate policy since the 70s through the green energy transition. Denmark developed its climate policy into business. The business is a friendly-environment and human rights. The development theory is implemented in this paper to answer the development of the Danish climate policy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatanteknologi informasi dan pengendalian intern terhadap kinerja pemerintah dikantorBapenda secara parsial dan pengaruh pemanfaatan  teknologi  informasi dan pengendalian internal  terhadap kinerja pemerintah dikantor Bapenda simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif.  Penelitian ini menggunakan 32 responden yang terdiri dari pegawai BAPENDA Kab. Bone. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pemanfaatan perangkat informasi secara parsial mempunyai hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah dengan nilai thitung  (1,1498) ttabel  (2,045) artinya berpengaruh dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,018 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara pemanfaatan perangkat informasi terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah.  2)  Pengendalian internal secara parsial mempunyai hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah dengan nilai thitung (4,071) ttabel (2,045) artinya berpengaruh dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara pengendalian interternal terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah.  3)  Pemanfaatan perangkat informasi dan pengendalian internal secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap k kinerja instansi pemerintah. dengan nilai Fhitung  sebesar 149,813 dan nilai Ftabel 4,20 berarti Pemanfaatan perangkat informasi dan pengendalian  internal terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah

Abstract

For the past decade, the spotlight of Pop culture global sensation head to South Korea, Hallyu, Korean Wave, known as South Korea’s public diplomacy which promotes Korean culture, start to spread in the mid-1990s and got bigger in 2000 with the boom of Korean Pop (K-Pop). As a tool of public diplomacy, Hallyu not only depends on the South Korean Government's direction but also encourages the private sector to take a part in promoting Korea culture. SM Entertainment (SME) as one of the big entertainment management in Korea also take a part, not only through the entertainment industry activity which is the main business but also in promoting public diplomacy through cooperation with Non-Government Organization (NGO) and supporting Saudi Arabia goverment. SME promotes Hallyu not only through regular public diplomacy also by applying multitrack diplomacy. Using the qualitative methods by applying the Multitrack diplomacy concept, this paper will explain how SME activity does not only reflect public diplomacy but is also part of the Multitrack diplomacy of the South Korean Government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peran aktif pemerintah daerah dalam penyusunan kebijakan mitigasi bencana berbasis pengetahuan lokal di Kabupaten Majene. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Pemerintah daaerah dalam mengantisapasi bencana gempa di Kabupaten Majene dapat dilakukan dengan mengupayakan peringatan dini dimulai dari dunia pendidikan. Secara garis besar dunia pendidikan sangat berperang penting dalam upaya kesadaran guna kesiapsiagaan bencana yang akan terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Operasi penanggulangan bencana perlu dipastikan efektif, efisien dan berkelanjutan. kita bisa mengantisipasi bencana untuk meminimalisir korban melalui kebijakan yang berbasis teknologi dan pengetahuan lokal.
