Abstract

This study aims to introduce the Automated UVC Trolley (AUT) as a disinfectant tool that can be developed well. This study examines the media developed by UPT BPI LIPI to introduce the tool.Which in the use of the promotion field by implementing Multimedia, especially Motion Graphics, has a very good impact on the community, one of which is the introduction of the Company Profile. In this study, researchers used 3 software from Adobe Corporation. namely Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects. Therefore, researchers apply Motion Graphic as a promotional media in the form of products or services because it is considered the most efficient in the field of information and technology.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is design of sales information systems for expenditures using microsoft visual studio 2010 and mysql database in PT. PERURI KERTAS Padalarang Bandung. The method of the research is the descriptive qualitative to find out the facts and actual data that occurred in PT. PERURI KERTAS, the methods of collection data is observation, interviews, and literature study related to the subject matter. The development method used the Waterfall Model. Design of the sales information system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as programming language with MySQL Database. Sales Information System rans on PT. PERURI KERTAS has used a computer-based system. Information systems was running have experienced a decline in the quality of information, the responsiveness of data processing takes a long time. To overcome this problem, the authors provide a suggestion to designing a sales information system that is newer, more responsive data processing and can also following the technological developments for the operating system and the devices it uses without forgetting the function of the sales information system.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many government offices, especially the Rancasari Bandung District office that do not use technology for the presence of Non-PNS employees, resulting in frequent manipulation of attendance data. Presence manually can cause the District to manually recap attendance data in large quantities, and make the process ineffective and efficient. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the Design of RFID Based Non-PNS Attendance Tools and Systems using NodeMCU ESP8266. So this research can make it easier for the Rancasari Bandung District office to make attendance systems for employees more effective and efficient and don’t take much time. This system is integrated with the website so that when employees make attendance, the data is automatically stored directly into the website database.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, design and build the implementation of the Human Resource Development information system at PT. NURO INTELIA PROSPERA JAKARTA. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is literature study, field study. The method used in system development is waterfall. From the research conducted, it was found that there are problems in the management of Human Resource Development. The integration data management process is still not global, so it is still not effective in terms of data input procedures, data storage, data retrieval and report generation. Therefore, a Human Resource Development information system was created using the Python programming language and PostgreSQL as a database.The suggestions given to deal with existing problems include: 1) Optimizing the Human Resource Development system using a system that has been designed, 2) Developing and updating the system to improve the quality of the system so that it can be used further.

Abstract

This Web Based Analysis and Design of the Extracurricular System at SMP NU Al Ma'ruf Kudus discusses the data collection system for extracurricular students, extracurricular attendance, extracurricular assessments and extracurricular reports. Where the admin will input student data according to the NIS they have, so that students can register for extracurricular activities and the supervisor coordinator can conduct assessments and produce reports that are received by the principal. This system also provides an SMS Gateway for information via cellular. With this system, the supervisor coordinator can record extracurricular assessments and produce printable extracurricular report output. The final result of the design resulted in an Extracurricular System Application at SMP NU Al Ma'ruf Kudus Web-Based and SMS Gateway.

Abstract

The world of education is currently competing to implement technology in the processing of information and communication technology systems to create effectiveness and efficiency. The increasing and developing information and communication technology in educational institutions, the school information system in an elementary school needs to be improved. standardized steps and methods that must be followed to produce a reliable information system. The curriculum information system of schools in primary schools themselves is still using manuals, but the current school information system data processing is still simple, that is still using microsof office computer facilities so that the data is still not neatly arranged and causes delayed report writing because of the difficulty in obtaining information in fast time. Therefore, in this study a school curriculum information system will be built using the service oriented architecture in the elaboration, revealing the output data of this study is the realization of an application that will facilitate the principal, teachers and other staff to carry out the teaching and learning process and report making. which is expected to improve the effectiveness, productivity and improve the quality of the primary school attendance monitoring information system.

Abstract

Car rental is a business engaged in car rental services. Every year the market of hot-selling car rental is hunted by consumers especially in the west and on holidays and certainly the prices for rent are certainly various in accordance with rental prices distance or different days different. But often the difficulties in the field of management bookkeeping or data collection of consumer queues with a manual system, both in the field of bookings and bookkeeping data needed. So the author conducts research using fuzzy logic method which method is very helpful in taking decisions when consumers need a vehicle and are very helpful to the management of the company. This method is accurate with 90% accuracy, this method uses the mamdani method that is using a min-max operation or max-product. To get output, it is expected that this research will provide a solution in arranging ordering data, time of departure and selection of vehicles on the car's interior so that data management can be optimized.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a solution by designing and applying an employee attendance system workflow based on an existing manual attendance and payroll system at PT. Tunas Utama Computer Bandung, which is still less effective and efficient, and computerized attendance applications with both the database system, user interface, and the user itself. The research method used is descriptive method, which is a method that only describes and summarizes various conditions, situations or various variables. The development or approach to information systems used in this Final Project uses the Waterfall development method. While the tools used in the analysis of system design are Flowmaps, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams & UML, while the implementation of system design is the PHP programming language and MySQL Server as a database. The creation of an employee payroll information system is integrated with an employee attendance system that can help the performance of PT Tunas Utama Computer especially in the field of HR management and financial management to be more organized, computerized and Web-based. Research results employee payroll system that is integrated with a web-based attendance system can overcome problems that often arise in the previous system. For example, data duplication, damage and data recap errors, so that the implementation of a web-based payroll system from MySQL as a place to store data or documents so that existing data will not be lost. Financial management has become more effective and efficient.
