Abstract

The goal of this research is to measure quality of SISFO_Nilai software based on ISO 9126. Quality Measurement is based on 6 (six) characteristics: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistics with quantitative approach. Data collection technique were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents. Every indicator scored by respondents will be classified in five alternate responses by using Likert Scale, which eventually describe response rating. Validity test will be conducted using Pearson product-moment correlation statistic analysis. And reliability test will implement Cronbach Alpha statistic using SPSS software.The results of software quality measurements using the ISO 9126 standard, the actual percentage is an average of 69.97%, it can be concluded that SISFO_Nilai Software by ISO 9126 standards with an average criteria of "GOOD".The result of this research can be used by the institution as a reference in further development of SISFO_Nilai to achieve more optimum performance.

Abstract

The research was aimed to know the process of current system and also design and develop submission of pension credit information system design at BTPN branch office Majalaya. The research method used were done by direct observation, interview, and also literature study. Based on the research result, the process of current system is still manual is the Lorina Menu, so it is less effective and efficient. The software development method used was using waterfall method and the design tool was UML (Unified Modeling Language), Delphi as language program and SQL Server as database system. There are some suggestion for solving those problems: 1) maximaxing technology usage; 2) making system maintenance routinely: 3) providing training for users of the application system; and 4) developing system in future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem keamanan pintu laboratorium menggunakan keypad dengan solenoid berbasis Arduino Uno di PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Metode penelitian dan pengembangan adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji efektivitas produk ini. Sehubungan dengan masalah yang dihadapi, teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dengan mengamati dan dilengkapi dengan tinjauan literatur. Permasalahan dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah tentang keselamatan laboratorium yang membutuhkan sistem keselamatan pintu menggunakan model kode keamanan. Oleh karena itu, desain alat pengaman pintu dibuat dengan selenoid berdasarkan Arduino Uno menggunakan tombol sebagai alat input dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman C. Alat yang dirancang ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam hal keamanan.

Abstract

The very rapid development of technology has a significant impact on human life today. The aids of facilitating human work are starting to be in great demand. Automation of tools is thought to shorten the time, be more accessible and be faster. Smart Home is one's technologies applications needed today. This study aims to designs an IoT-based innovative home prototype. The resulting intelligent home prototype uses the DHT11 sensor at a room temperature detector, the MQ-2 the sensor as a gas leak detector, an ultrasonic sensor as the object detector, the MC38 magnet sensor as door security, a relay as ON or OFF the lamp switch, buzzer as an alarm, and using a microcontroller. A nodemcu with a Wi-Fi module ESP8266 controlled via Blynk App. Research and Development (R & D) method were research method used. It is hoped that the IoT-based Smart Home technology will be provided convenience to its users in everyday life.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and design a standard unit price informationsystem at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of the CimahiCity Government in order to simplify and streamline the time for preparing unit pricestandards as an important component of the RKA-SKPD. The problem factor found is thatthe process of recording important data related to the preparation of unit price standards iscarried out in a semi-computerized manner using Microsoft Excel, this poses a large risk ofdata loss and lacks effectiveness in managing important data. Therefore, it is necessary toupdate the data recording system that can support the preparation of the SSH compilationteam. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptiveapproach. Data collection techniques include field work practices, interviews with thedrafting team, and literature studies sourced from books, internet, and journals with similarscope. The system design method uses the Waterfall method or Linear Sequential Modelwhich is applied to the PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases. With theresulting information system, it is hoped that it can support the needs of the drafting teamin the preparation of unit price standards and database updates for important datasecurity.

Abstract

Pengisian air tendon secara manual dianggap kurang efektif atau juga bisa menjadikan beban kinerja, karena harus bolak balik mematikan saat tendon penuh dan menyalakan saat tendon air kosong dengan itu juga bisa menambah beban daya listrik karena dalam sehari bisa beberapa kali pompa menyala. Dengan pengisian manual juga tidak bisa mengetahui seberapa banyak air dalam tendon. Belum lagi terkadang lupa untuk mematikan atau menghidupkan pompa air. Oleh kara itu penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mempernudah kinerja manusia dengan cara mengurangi beban kinerja untuk mematikan atau menghidupkan air saat tendon penuh atau kosong dengan memanfaatkan teknologi IoT. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dan juga memanfaatkan sensor ultrasonic HC-SR04  nantinya penelitian ini menghasilkan alat yang bisa memonitoring seberapa banyak air dalam tendon dan, mematikan atau menghidupkan pompa secara otomatis yang dikendalikan oleh nodeMCU dan data keluaran di tampilkan di aplikasi Blynk.

Abstract

Abstrak. Belum diterapkannya sistem informasi untuk pengolahan data alumni pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya menyebabkan proses perekaman data dan temu kembali serta penyajian informasi yang berhubungan dengan alumni menjadi tidak efisien. Penelitian ini menyajikan rancangan Sistem Informasi Alumni berbasis Web yang dapat menyimpan dan mengelola data alumni, serta menyajikan informasi kegiatan alumni dan lowongan kerja secara online kepada alumni. Sistem dikembangkan mengikuti prosedur umum System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dalam framework laravel. Metode pengujian Blackbox testing digunakan dalam melakukan validasi kebutuhan-kebutuhan fungsional yang telah diidentifikasi pada tahap analisis kebutuhan. Hasil uji fungsional menunjukkan sistem informasi alumni yang dikembangkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu dapat digunakan untuk mengelola dan menemukan kembali data alumni dengan cepat, serta dapat menyajikan informasi kegiatan alumni dan lowongan kerja secara online.Kata kunci: Sistem informasi alumni, Berbasis Web, Balckbox testingAbstract. The implementation of an information system for processing alumni data at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya causes the process of data recording and retrieval and presentation of information related to alumni to be inefficient. This study presents the design of a Web-based Alumni Information System that can store and manage alumni data, as well as present information on alumni activities and job vacancies online to alumni. The system was developed following the general procedure of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the PHP programming language in the laravel framework. The blackbox testing method is used to validate the functional requirements that have been identified at the requirements analysis stage. Functional test results show that the alumni information system developed can meet user needs, which can be used to quickly manage and find alumni data, and can present online information on alumni activities and job vacancies.Keywords: Alumni information system, Web-based, Blackbox testing

Abstract

Abstrak. Belum adanya dashboard untuk memantau data pelanggaran agen call center pada manajemen PT. Infomedia Nusantara menyebabkan proses pemantauan menjadi tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Artikel ini menyajikan model Sistem Informasi berbasis Web untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat penyajian data dan informasi untuk mendukung proses pemantauan pelanggaran agen Call Center pada PT. Infomedia Nusantara. Pengembangan sistem mengikuti tahapan-tahapan dalam metode Waterfall. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan tools pemodelan berorientasi objek Unified Modeling Language (UML), sedangkan implementasi desain menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan memanfaatkan framework CSS Bootstrap sebagai penyedia komponen antar muka dasar pada sistem Web. Sistem backend menggunakan database MySQL. Kebutuhan fungsional utama sistem aplikasi yang diidentifikasi, berupa: autentikasi administrator sistem dan tim leader; pengelolaan data indentitas dan data pelanggaran agen oleh administrator sistem; pemantauan data pelanggaran serta himbauan oleh tim leader kepada agen; serta penyajian informasi pelanggaran agen. Hasil uji/validasi fungsional aplikasi dengan Blackbox Testing menunjukkan fitur-fitur fungsional pada sistem aplikasi telah berjalan sesuai kebutuhan sistem.             Kata Kunci: Waterfall; Unified Modeling Language; Framework CSS; Blackbox Testing Abstract. There is no dashboard to monitor call center agent violation data at PT. Infomedia Nusantara causes the monitoring process to be ineffective and inefficient. This article presents a Web-based Information System model to simplify and speed up the presentation of data and information to support the Call Center agent violation monitoring process at PT. Infomedia Nusantara. System development follows the stages in the Waterfall method. The system modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) object-oriented modeling tools, while the design implementation uses the PHP programming language, by utilizing the CSS Bootstrap framework as a provider of basic interface components on the Web system. The backend system uses a MySQL database. The main functional requirements of the application system were identified, in the form of: authentication of system administrators and team leaders; management of identity data and agent breach data by system administrators; monitoring of violation data as well as advice by the team leader to agents; and presentation of agent violation information. The results of the functional test/validation of the application with Blackbox Testing show that the functional features of the application system have been running according to system requirements.Keywords: Waterfall; Unified Modeling Language; CSS Framework; Blackbox Testing

Abstract

Abstrak. Kemudahan dan efektifitas dalam layanan pengurusan sertifikat kepemilikan tanah sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Di sisi lain, proses monitoring berkas sertifikat kepemilikan tanah dipandang belum efisien karena belum dilakukan secara online, terutama dalam proses temu kembali berkas yang masih tersimpan secara fisik. Paper ini menyajikan model sistem aplikasi berbasis Web untuk memonitor berkas yang berhubungan dengan sertifikat kepemilikan tanah pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, dengan menggunakan tools perancangan berorientasi objek. Metode Wawancara digunakan untuk mengkaji kebutuhan sistem, dengan melibatkan manajemen BPN dan warga masyarakat yang memiliki tanah. Hasil pengujian Blackbox menunjukan fitur-fitur fungsional pada sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat di gunakan untuk pengelolaan, pencarian, serta mencetak berkas berformat Pdf secara lebih cepat.Kata kunci: Berkas, Sertifikat Kepemilikan Tanah, Monitoring, Sistem informasi, Berbasis Web Abstract. Ease and effectiveness in the service of obtaining land ownership certificates is very much needed by the community. On the other hand, the process of monitoring land ownership certificate files is considered inefficient because it has not been done online, especially in the process of retrieving files that are still physically stored. This paper presents a Web-based application system model to monitor files related to land ownership certificates at the National Land Agency (BPN). System development using the waterfall method, using object-oriented design tools. Interview method was used to assess system requirements, involving BPN management and community members who own the land. The results of the Blackbox test show that the functional features of the developed information system can be used for managing, searching, and printing Pdf format files more quickly.Keywords: File, Land Ownership Certificate, Monitoring, Information System, Web-Based

Abstract

Consumables are goods that can only use once as the quantity will decrease. These goods will continue to be produced to meet office needs and daily official activities. It is necessary to regularly manage inventory items to obtain valid data and monitor the process of managing goods, especially at the Bandung Kulon District Office. The Bandung Kulon District Office does not use an application/website to manage inventory so that it makes the inventory process takes longer. In additioan, it is riskier in losing data and inefficient of recording stock using goods cards. It also affects PPTK in preparing the reports that will be submitted to BPKA at the end of each semester with a copy from the inspectorate. Therefore, The Information System Design of Consumables Goods Management in Bandung Kulon District is needed. This system was created by the waterfall method and UML (Unified Modeling Language) and for the implementation using PHP and MySql with BlackBox testing. Data collection is through direct observation and interviews with the concerned people and literature studies for references to create an efficient and precise system. Hopefully, the system can make it easier for officers to manage stock and reduce the risk of data loss as well as speed up report generation.
