Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of work stress and career path towards employee motivation of Bank Jatim Surabaya, then to prove and analyze the influence of work stress and career path towards the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Surabaya, and to prove and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance Bank Jatim Surabaya. This study uses the method of causal study. The population used is 75 employees of Bank Jatim Surabaya. The data were collected by observing and distributing questionnaires. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS software (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that (1) work stress negatively affect the Motivation of Employee at Bank Jatim Branch Surabaya; (2) Working stress affecting the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch; (3) Career Level affect the Work Motivation on the employee of Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch; (4) Career Level Affects the Performance of Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch Officers; (5) Working Motivation Affects Performance at employees of Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch.

Abstract

The aim of this reseach was to find the right strategy to develop the beach of Sipelot by taking into account the potential of tourism supply and demand. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with observation, interviews, questionnaires as instruments for collecting data and analyzing data using SWOT. The results of the IFAS and EFAS analysis the Sipelot ecotourism coastal in quadrant I, which means growth strategy, meaning that Sipelot beach ecotourism will provide benefits if developed sustainably. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis, the strategy formulation to develop Sipelot beach ecotourism is 1. tourism product development strategy, 2. marketing and promotion strategy, 3. accessibility development strategy, 4. development strategy and improvement of public facilities and 5. business development strategies.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Kec. Palengaan with a total sample of 53 people (sampling technique is random sampling). The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe and analyze how the description of the principal's leadership style, school culture and work commitment to school effectiveness in MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. 2) To Test and analyze whether the principal's leadership style, school culture and work commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on the effectiveness of the School at MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. 3) To Test and analyze whether leadership style, school culture and work commitment partially have a significant influence on School effectiveness in MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1). Leadership is the ability to move, influence, motivate, invite, direct, advise, guide, instruct, govern, prohibit, and foster so that human intentions as media management will work in order to achieve administrative goals effectively and efficiently, that school culture is a belief, policies, norms, and habits in schools that can be formed, strengthened, and maintained through leaders and teachers in schools, work commitment is a person's orientation towards the organization in terms of loyalty, identification, and involvement. 2). Simultaneously, leadership, organizational culture and work commitment have a significant effect on school effectiveness Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Rek Kerrek Kec. Palengaan Pamekasan Regency, evidenced by the calculated F value of 0.951 with a significance value of 0.04 which means less than 0.05. 3). Partially, leadership style, school culture and work commitment have a significant influence on school effectiveness, leadership style is evidenced by the value of t count is equal to 0.674 with a significance level of 0.04 (smaller than 0.05), then known work motivation with t value count of 0.303 with a significance level of 0.03 positive and significant effect on school effectiveness (smaller than 0.05) and Competence has a positive and significant effect with a value of t count of 1.146 with a significance level of 0.04 (smaller than 0.05).

Abstract

Computer self-efficacy (CSE) and job satisfaction play an vital role in achieving education’s aims not only in general affairs but also in particular goals both in formal education institutions and teacher’s real life. This research intends to (1) analyze the effect of big five behavior model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) toward computer self-efficacy of teachers in SMA – SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya, (2) analyze the effect of big five behavior model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) toward teacher’s job satisfaction of teachers in SMA – SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya. It is highly hoped that the research could be a reference for the schools themselves and the stake holders to manage and improve the teachers.

Abstract

Tenaga akuntan sektor publik yang profesional dibutuhkan untuk menjaga perilaku kurang pantas yang dituduhkan kepada pejabat pemerintah yang berhubungan dengan sistem keuangan negara. Hal tersebut dikarenakan uang yang dikelola oleh negara adalah uang milik rakyat sehingga diperlukan pertanggungjawaban dan transparansi dari penggunaan dana yang ada karena instansi pemerintah rentan terjadi kecurangan dalam sistem keuangan negara. Oleh karena itu diperlukan tenaga akuntan yang dapat memenuhi etika profesinya agar hasil audit yang diberikan berkualitas. Etika profesi akuntan tersebut adalah tanggungjawab kepentingan publik, profesi, objektivitas, integritas, kompetensi dan kehati-hatian profesional, perilaku profesional, kerahasiaan, dan standar teknis. Etika profesi akuntan tersebut dilaksanakan pada semua jenis audit termasuk pada audit kepatuhan kontrak. Audit kepatuhan kontrak tersebut merupakan audit untuk memeriksa bukti dalam menetapkan apakah kegiatan keuangan yang dilakukan telah selaras dengan tuntutan-tuntutan atau ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Data-data yang digunakan dapat berupa hasil wawancara, kutipan lapangan, dokumen pribadi catatan atau memo serta dokumen formal lainnya. Data-data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan menelaah secara satu demi satu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and investment on the money supply in Indonesia from 1991 to 2021. The money supply (JUB) is the total value of money in the hands of the public, consisting of currency and demand deposits. Theoretically, the money supply will affect the value of money implemented at the price and product levels. Factors that affect the money supply are income, inflation, interest. Therefore, the method that can be used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). and the data used is quantitative data, because the data is used to calculate the effect on the variable amount of money in circulation. The data source used is in the form of secondary data, which is data obtained from official sites or websites. The results of this study are that the variable inflation and interest rates have a significant effect on the amount of money in circulation, then the investment variable has no effect and is not significant on the amount of money in circulation

Abstract

Dalam negara berkembang, kemiskinan Masih menjadi maslah yang masih tidak bisa di selesaikan dengan baik. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis PDRB , Lama sekolah dan Tenaga Kerja Imformal dalam mempengaruhi Kemiskinan di Indonesia Bagian Timur. Digunakannya model panel data dengan estimasi Fixed Effect Model untuk data 11 Provinsi dari tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial PDRB Sektor dan Tenaga kerja informal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa Lama sekolah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan.Pada dasarnya PDRB dan tenaga Kerja informal menjadi faktor yang menyebabkan peningkatan kemiskinan di Indonesia Bagian Timur.Sedangkan Lama sekolah dapat membantu untuk menurunkan Kemiskinan di Indonesia Bagian Barat. Sehingga, penelitian ini akan bermanfaat bagi para pembuat kebijakan baik pemerintah pusat maupun daerah untuk senantiasa memperhatikan variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya peningkatan kemiskinan di Indonesia Bagian Barat

Abstract

The success of a country's development can be seen from several indicators. One important indicator in the success of the country's development is economic growth. Economic growth is state income that has experienced an aggregate national increase or an increase in output in a certain period. Each country will try to increase and provide the best to support the country's economic growth optimally. Including Indonesia, which is a developing country that seeks to increase its economic growth for the welfare of society and a better life. Conditions in developing countries such as Indonesia, the economic growth that has been achieved is also accompanied by an increase in the number of Indonesian population, a large number of Indonesian people are still unemployed. Unemployment is a problem for countries with high population growth rates, such as Indonesia. Unemployment can also affect the level of the Indonesian economy. Likewise, a high level of human development greatly determines the ability of the population to absorb and manage sources of economic growth, both related to technology and to institutions as an important means of achieving economic growth (Brata, 2004).
