Abstract

The development of technology and information which has grown very rapidly in recent years has made marketing media change little by little, social media is one example of a marketing tool that has a huge influence on the sale of a product so that the product can be recognized globally with social media. This. The visit to the Zeoland.Id store aims to fulfill one of the assignments for the Managerial Economics Course, and also aims to find out the benefits of social media at the Zeoland.Id store which can increase their sales through this digitalization. The method used in this visit was a descriptive and observative method, in which we visited the Zeoland.Id store directly and interviewed the shop owner. The results of this visit included being able to find out the tips and methods used by Zeoland.Id stores in introducing their products to consumers through social media, especially Instagram and TikTok as promotional media and Shopee as sales media, uncovering several digital marketing strategies from stores Zeoland.Id and also know the efficiency of increasing sales through social media.

Abstract

ROA is a ratio that describes a bank's ability to manage funds invested in all assets that generate profits. ROA is a picture of a bank's productivity in managing funds so as to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of NPF, FDR, and BOPO on ROA. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia with the research sample used, namely the quarterly financial reports of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the 2012-2019 period. The data collection technique uses documentation, while the data analysis technique uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) method with the help of Eviews 9 software.

Abstract

Increases in the prices of goods and services in general and occur continuously within a certain period of time, the calculation of inflation is carried out by the Central Bureau of Statistics. The purpose of this study aims to examine how the effect of Exchange Rates and Investment on North Sumatra Inflation. The method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study show that exchange rates have a significant effect on inflation, and investment has a significant and positive effect on inflation.

Abstract

Expansion is an effort to expand or enlarge the business network of a company. It can have positive impacts, such as expanding sales, but also has risks. Starbucks is an example of a company that has expanded globally. By the beginning of the 21st century, Starbucks was present in dozens of countries and operated more than 20,000 stores.Systematic review of primary studies to find relevant studies on global expansion of international trade.Starbucks has successfully grown worldwide with strong goals and ambitions to expand, according to previous research.Starbucks used market study and monitoring to increase profits, revenue, sales, and locations. Companies must adapt to local demands, minimize costs, strengthen brands, and conduct an international business risk analysis.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Keputusan Investasi Investor Pribadi dengan Analisis Rasio Keuangan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi investor pribadi dengan analisis rasio keuangan sebagai variabel intervening (studi empris pada perbankan syariah yang tedaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2019-2021). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 4 perbankan syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 16 data. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Variabel rasio keuangan yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan adalah rasio liquiditas, rasio sovabilitas, dan rasio profitabilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis dampak implementasi media sosial terhadap peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke Mandalika, Lombok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pengumpulan data melalui sumber-sumber terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik yang diangkat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi media sosial secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke Mandalika, Lombok. Dalam hal ini, media sosial menjadi saluran komunikasi yang efektif dalam mempromosikan keindahan dan daya tarik wisata Mandalika kepada masyarakat luas. Selain itu, konten media sosial yang menarik dan interaktif, seperti foto dan video, menjadi faktor penting dalam mempengaruhi minat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi Mandalika. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor lain, seperti kualitas layanan dan fasilitas yang ada di Mandalika, juga mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan untuk mengunjungi kembali tempat tersebut. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan fasilitas di Mandalika juga perlu dilakukan agar kunjungan wisatawan tidak hanya sekali datang saja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi media sosial dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke Mandalika, Lombok. Oleh karena itu, pihak terkait perlu memperkuat penggunaan media sosial sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran pariwisata yang efektif. Selain itu, pihak terkait juga perlu meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan fasilitas yang ada di Mandalika untuk mempertahankan kepuasan wisatawan dan memperkuat daya tarik wisata di tempat tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the dimensions of brand equity and brand trust on customer loyalty to the Make Over brand of cosmetic products in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all customers of the Make Over brand of cosmetics in the city of Padang. Determining the number of samples using the Cochran formula, the number of respondents as samples in this study were 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that: Brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand trust had a significant effect on customer loyalty to the Make Over brand of cosmetic products in the city of Padang. Meanwhile, brand loyalty have no effect on customer loyalty to Make Over brand cosmetic products in Padang City. So it is suggested to the management to continue to pay attention to brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand trust. This is because brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand trust have a significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of earnings management on the company's financial performance. Earnings management is a practice carried out by companies in managing financial information with the aim of influencing stakeholders' perceptions of company performance. This study will use a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the financial statements of companies listed on the stock exchange. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression, with the dependent variable of company financial performance and earnings management as the independent variable. In addition, this study will also control for other variables that can affect a company's financial performance, such as company size, financial leverage, and sales growth. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the effect of earnings management on the company's financial performance. If it is proven that there is a significant influence, the implication is the importance of oversight and transparency in financial reporting in order to avoid earnings management practices that can be detrimental to the interests of company stakeholders. .

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, profitability ratios and company size on earnings management of mining companies. This research is a study using a quantitative approach and secondary data sources. The independent variables of this study are the ratio of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and firm size, to the dependent variable of earnings management. With a sample of mining companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since at least 2020, have issued annual reports ending December 31 and have audited financial reports. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence between the liquidity ratio on earnings management, there is an influence from the leverage ratio on earnings management, there is a positive effect from the profitability ratio on earnings management and there is no effect between firm size and earnings management.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in many places. The development of coffee cultivation in Indonesia has grown rapidly, in 2016, about 633 thousand tons of coffee were produced and in 2017, 636.7 thousand tons, which means that the growth was about 0.74%. Arabica and Robusta are the coffee species that account for most of the world's coffee trade. There are differences between Arabica and Robusta coffees both in terms of taste and the shape of the beans. Many coffee sellers and vendors do not know the difference. Therefore, to avoid mistakes when choosing coffee beans, you need software that helps distinguish types of coffee beans based on their shape. As an alternative software, image processing using the artificial neural network method can be used. This study looks at how the software detects the pattern of the coffee bean image using a morphological method using quantitative learning methods. The feature vectors used were width, height, width, mean, variance and standard deviation. The class classification is divided into the image class of Arabica coffee beans and the image class of Robusta coffee beans, with an average recognition result during the testing process of 97%
