Abstract

Marriage is a high respect and appreciation given to humans from Allah SWTamong other creatures. In the Compilation of Islamic Law, Chapter II article 2 states:"Marriage is a very strong contract (mitsaqan galiza) to carry out the commands ofAllah and His Apostles and is a worship for those who carry it out. Marriage has theaim to realize a concept of sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah. Therefore, it needscareful consideration and can fulfill the purpose of marriage, among the things that canachieve the goal of marriage is the consent or freedom of a woman in determining herfuture husband.The results of this study, Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah who is one of the greatfigures in the Islamic world with his work Zaadul Ma'ad, he believes the approval ofwomen in marriage is a mandatory, while the priests of the madhabs declare it is asunnah, all of which have a foundation of argumentation that can be accounted for.Indonesian people as followers of the Syafi'i madhab, which states that the consent ofgirls in marriage is sunnah, without any agreement marriage is still valid, but in reality,marriage law and Islamic law compilation are in line with the concept of Ibn Qoyyimal-Jawziyyah which requires the approval of women with the specified age

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia merupakan salah satu masyarakat terbesar di Indonesia,dimana sebagian besarnya menganut agama Islam. Agama Islam dengan sejumlahajaran dan syari’atnya telah dipelajari dan dipraktekkan sekaligus oleh masyarakatIndonesia. Sejumlah ulama Indonesia sejak awal telah berupaya memikirkan bagaimanamembentuk akhlak dan perilaku yang baik pada masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam rangkapembentukan akhlak dan perilaku ini, sejumlah ulama Indonesia mendirikan beberapayayasan, lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah dan pesantren. Sekolah dan pesantrenmerupakan salah satu unsur terpenting dalam pembentukan akhlak dan perilakumasyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu pesantren yang ada di Indonesia adalah PesantrenTahfidz Alquran Bina Insan Qur’ani yang terletak di Desa Susukan Cirebon Jawa Barat.Pesantren ini memiliki sejumlah keunggulan, di antaranya adalah perrhatiannya yangsangat besar terhadap akhlak dan perilaku masyarakat Indonesia. Pesantren ini didirikanoleh seorang ulama Cirebon. Pesantren ini sejatinya dikhususkan untuk kegiatanmenghafal Alquran, hanya saja pesantren ini memberi perhatian lebih kepada perkaralain yang juga sangat penting yakni perkara akhlak dan perilaku. Semua itu telahdijabarkan dalam ayat-ayat Alquran dan hadits nabawi. Melalui tulisan ini, penulis inginmenyajikan beberapa hal terkait peran penting pesantren ini dalam membentuk karakterdan perilaku masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya kompetensi guru dan kemampuanpengelolaan kelas dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai tenagapendidik di lingkungan sekolah. Beberapa data dari penelitian terdahulu menunjukkanbahwa kompetensi guru dan pengelolaan kelas berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajarsiswa. Dengan adanya kompetensi guru dan pengelolaan kelas yang baik dapatmendorong siswa untuk belajar lebih baik, sehingga prestasi belajar yang diharapkandapat tercapai.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknyapengaruh kompetensi guru dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa baiksecara simultan maupun secara parsial di MTs Maharesi Siddiq Wanantara tahunpelajaran 2018/2019 pada mata pelajaran PAI khususnya Fiqih.Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kuantintatif. Sampel yang dipilih adalah kelas 9 yaituberjumlah 32 peserta didik. Data prestasi belajar yang digunakan adalah hasil ulanganharian pertama mata pelajaran fiqih kelas 9 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dan datakompetensi guru dan pengelolaan kelas didapatkan dari angket yang dibagikan kepadapeserta didik. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresilinear berganda.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai Fhitung pada uji simultankompetensi guru dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa lebih besardaripada Ftabel yaitu 14.099 > 3.33. Pada uji parsial memperlihatkan nilai thitungkompetensi guru dan pengelolaan kelas yaitu 3.203 dan 3.694 lebih besar daripadanilai ttabel yaitu 1.699.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabelkompetensi guru dan pengelolaan kelas mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadapprestasi belajar. Abstract

Children parenting according to Hurlock, Hardy & Heyes are divided into threetypes, namely: (1) Authoritarian parenting (which tends to require children to obey allparents' decisions), (2) Democratic parenting (which tends to encourage children toopen, but responsible and independent), (3) Permissive parenting (which tends to givefull freedom to children to do). From that three types of parenting, democraticparenting is more supportive of children's development, especially in terms ofindependence and responsibility.

PERANAN POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DALAM MENANAMKAN NILAI-NILAI AGAMA ISLAM PADA ANAKDI DESA MUARA CIREBON ACHMAD SYAEFUR ROKHIM, M.Pd AbstrakAnak adalah tunas, potensi, dan generasi muda penerus cita-cita perjuangan bangsa. Anak memiliki peran strategis, ia mempunyai ciri dan sifat khusus yang menjamin kelangsungan eksistensi bangsa dan negara pada masa depan. Oleh karena itu agar anak kelak dapat memikul tanggung jawab tersebut, maka ia harus mendapatkan kesempatan yang seluas-luasnya untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal, baik fisik, mental maupun sosial. Masalah yang sering kita temui pada zaman yang sering disebut sebagai zaman milenial ini salah satunya adalah sikap dan perilaku anak yang cenderung nampak jauh dari nilai-nilai agama Islam. Masalah yang demikian pun ditemukan di Desa Muara, di Desa ini sebagian besar anak berperilaku tidak sopan terhadap orang lain, menyukai dan melakukan hal-hal yang tidak senonoh, bertengkar dan berkelahi dengan teman, tidak giat melakukan hal-hal keagamaan. Dari gambaran kondisi tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh orng tua dan efektivitasnya dalam menanaman nilai-nilai Agama Islam pada anak.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Polygamy is a marriage bond for a man with more than one wife at the same time, but is limited to four people. According to the Marriage Act before committing polygamy must first obtain permission from the Religious Court and apply for permission for polygamy in the local Religious Court.The research problem consists of: How does the application process permits polygamy in the Religious Sumber? Why polygamous marriage license application in court Sumber? and How to permit polygamous marriage in the perspective of religious law and marriage law No. 1 of 1974? in writing this thesis using qualitative methods and presented descriptively.Implementation of the application for permit polygamy Sumber Religious Court in accordance with the Marriage Law, Article 4, paragraph 1, which states that a husband who will have more than one wife, then it must apply for permission for polygamy in the local religious court. The application letter should contain evidence and full reasons underlying the application for a license is polygamous, and must meet the requirements stipulated by applicable legislation. Religious Court judge will grant the petition polygamy if the reasons and sayart-requisite to apply for permission for polygamy are met.Under the provisions of formal permission for polygamy in the Religious Court explicitly not found and included in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad but implicitly can be found from the source and the arguments of the law by doing ijtihad, interpretation, and Islamic legal thought as Istislah (look for the benefit) and sadd adh-dhari'ah (occlude kemudharatan).In socio-formal judicial philosophy of the provisions relating to mandatory religion court permission for polygamy is that the existence and consequences of polygamous marriages run in accordance with what is desired religious Shari'ah, namely the creation of households that can revive the values of justice on the basis mawadah and rahmah in order mu'asyarah bil ma'ruf, realization tranquil family life so as to reap the expected happiness by each spouse.

Abstract

The increasing number of divorce cases in the Sumber Religion Court Class 1A in 2021, especially divorce lawsuits is a problem that needs attention because it is not in accordance with the purpose of marriage. The results of the study indicate that the cause of the high rate of divorce is due to various factors that affect domestic life, including economic factors, continuous disputes and quarrels, leaving one party behind, and other factors. The solution needed to overcome this is to provide training and learning to the younger generation or couples who want to marry so that they understand the laws and regulations of marriage so that there will be no disharmony in the household in the future.

Abstract

COVID-19 that occurred in early 2020 had an impact on all community activities, including zakat, infaq and shodaqoh fund-raising institutions. This study aims to determine what strategies are carried out by the zakat, infaq and shodaqoh fund collection institutions LAZISMU Kab. Cirebon in raising funds during the pandemic. It was found that LAZISMU Kab. Cirebon in raising funds is more emphasized on the use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and the website lazismukabcirebon.org. From this strategy there is an increase in assets and fund balances seen from the statement of financial position.

Abstract

ABSTRACK In cases that are under the authority of the religious courts, there are several cases that are closely related to the rights of children, including the case of applying for a marriage dispensation. Marriage dispensation is a voluntary case in the form of concessions given by the court to prospective husbands and wives who have not reached the lowest age limit of 19 years. According to Article 7 paragraph (1) of Law no. 16 years old, boys and girls are 19 years old. However, if a man and a woman are less than 19 years old, their marriage is considered invalid by the State. If you are in an emergency situation, such as pregnant, afraid of adultery, embarrassed because you are not married, afraid of things that are prohibited by religion. Aims to find out the application of Law NO 16 of 2019. The results of the study explain that the panel of judges considers and makes a very fair decision to decide whether it is appropriate for a couple who applies for a dispensation to get a marriage dispensation. taking into account the circumstances of the two prospective brides both in terms of economic, social, health and others.
