Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah TK Sekolah Alam Excellentia Pamekasan dalam menentukan penerimaan guru yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ada. Proses yang terjadi selama beberapa tahun kebelakang dalam menentukan penerimaan guru tersebut menggunakan cara manual dalam memberikan penilain kepada calon guru yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah. Dalam hal ini terjadi kesulitan dalam proses seleksi yaitu karena banyaknya calon guru yang mendaftar sehingga lamanya proses seleksi, hasil tes menggunakan cara manual, dan kesalahan pemberian nilai karena factor human eror. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu TK Sekolah Alam Excelentia dalam menentukan penerimaan guru. Penelitian ini merancang dan membuat aplikasi penentuan penerimaan guru berbasis desktop dengan menggunkan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) dalam perhitungnnya. Metode ini digunakan kerena sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menentukan kriteria calon guru di TK Sekolah Alam Excellentia. Kata Kunci: Penentuan, Aplikasi, Guru

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is increasing very rapidly, especially in sales marketing. The computer as an intermediary created to facilitate human work. Kurnia studio which is engaged in the sale of goods and services requires a lot of information software that supports and provides satisfying services for consumers. Until now all the relaxation in the studio has not been computerized, starting from recording the order to storing other data related to sales to reporting, so that it is possible during the process of recording errors in the calculation, the accuracy of the data made and delays in searching the data required. Another problem faced by Kurnia Studio is that it is difficult to determine the stock of goods. Determination of the right stock of goods is needed to be able to divide the capital allocation so that services and sales can run smoothly. For that we need a point of sale application that is useful in finding data and making studio financial reports to be more accurate and faster. with this technology a forecasting system is also used using the double exponentiation smoothing method to analyze the stocking of goods for the following month. The use of this method is based on the stock of goods in the studio studio which tends to go up or down.Keywords : Point of Sale,, Forecasting,Metode Double exponential smoothing

Abstract

The development of a software is very necessary to understand the users/users of the system. The aspect of user convenience in using the system is a very important aspect so that the system that has been created is in accordance with the purpose of its manufacture and according to user needs. Persona is a technique of Human Computer Interaction by collecting information from users as a reference in understanding the needs of users. The purpose of this study is to apply the persona technique by adjusting the validation process to the user personas of our system users. The method used in this research is the Human Computer Interaction technique. User persona is used as a reference so that a system is made based on user needs so that the purpose of making the system can be met. The result of this research is to use the user persona technique in the elicitation of needs which will facilitate understanding related to the development of a system.Keywords: Human Computer Interaction, Persona, Elicitation of Needs

Abstract

Processing of IDM data (building village index) at the PMD service is still manual, so it still takes a lot of time and energy. This condition can increase the chances of errors in processing information and data. For this reason, it is necessary to design an information system as a substitute for amnual management, namely the IDM information system (building village index) to facilitate the work of employees in the relevant PMD service.In making this IDM application, several stages are needed in the manufacturing process, including: Data Collection, System Analysis, System Requirements, System Design, and System Development. In collecting data on the development of this IDM application, among others: the author directly visited the institution/agencies. Field studies include interviews and observations. Conducting an interview process with the agency (head of service) to obtain information about the actual situation, especially in the ongoing IDM data collection process.This research is carried out directly at the location to obtain actual information directly and can analyze the concept that will be made as a reference material for the design of an application that is needed by the institution / agency.Keywords: information system, thesis, IDM application, system design

Abstract

Information technology is currently growing rapidly, so that causing all aspects of human life are always associated with the development of these technologies. The influence of these technological developments can be felt by various fields both from the academic and non-academic fields. The benefits that can be felt from technological developments are data processing that can be done precisely, quickly, and accurately. With the help of information technology, all data processing in the system can be done in various different places so that it can be more effective and efficient. Educational institutions or companies every day must carry out the activities of managing letters. Good management of letters will make it easier for educational institutions or companies, and vice versa letters that are not managed properly will have a negative impact on educational institutions or companies. The information contained in the letter is an important asset for educational institutions or companies to carry out various activities, for example incoming and outgoing letters. Therefore the letter needs to be managed properly so that the maximum for the smooth achievement of the goals of educational institutions or companies. As for the constraints in managing incoming and outgoing letters such as disposition data, in the disposition data the TU officer prints disposition sheets after being printed and is submitted to the principal to be filled in after being returned returned to the TU officer to be added, and the TU Officer cannot make outgoing mail data only save mail data only.Keywords: Application, Prototype, Technology.
