Abstract

Interested parties consider financial statements necessary because they can analyze the company's profit level. This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and financial performance on the quality of earnings in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. The sample used in this study was 77 companies with a purposive sampling technique to obtain 231 data. The method used is quantitative, and then the data collected is analyzed using the IBM SPSS version 25 software program. The results show that the capital structure and liquidity variables significantly affect earnings quality. At the same time, the Return on Assets (ROA) variable has no significant effect on earnings quality

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth prospects and fair value of a stock by using fundamental analysis with the EPS (Earning Per Share) and PER (Price To Earning Ratio) methods and price book value determines the investment. The research method used is to use a descriptive method with a qualitative approach from the Annual Financial Reports of 15 Islamic companies that are consistent in the Jakarta Islamic index . The results of this study are Islamic companies in JII have experienced quite rapid growth despite the Covid 19 incident in 2020 but still generate income. The best EPS rating of 15 Syari’ah companies in 2020 in the second quarter is UNTR of 899.51 while the lowest PER level is KLBF of 5.85x. However, if viewed from the market capitalization and the number of shares outstanding, the fair value of KLBF. For Income Ratio to PBV (Price Book Value) results in a decision to sell the stock price.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to see how psychographic elements from the millennial generation influenced MSMEs' purchasing decisions for traditional food products. Psychographic elements in this study were lifestyle, social class, consumer personality traits, and income. Knowing which of the four variables is the most influential is also important. The sample was taken using survey techniques, and the method employed in this study is descriptive. By purposefully selecting the sample requirements, the research location is Surakarta City. The 400-sample method of determining the sample. Residents of Surakarta aged 21 to 41 years are the sample criterion for the millennial generation. The data analysis approach, on the other hand, was SEM, which was examined with AMOS 22 software. The results of the SEM analysis suggest that the goodness of fit is generally good and may be deemed to meet the model fit, specifically CMIN/Df = 2.85; TLI= 0.97; CFI= 0.98; NFI= 0.97; IFI= 0.98; IFI= 0.98; RMSEA= 0.07; GFI = 0.95 AGFI 0.9. The model's estimation results show that lifestyle influences purchasing decisions (p= 0.00; cr= 5.463), social class influences purchasing decisions (p= 0.00; cr= 1.96) and consumer personality traits influence purchasing decisions (p= 0,00; cr= 13,019), and income influences purchasing decisions (p= 0,00; cr= 12,195). The results of earlier studies are typically supported by the relationship between the variables in this study's structural equation model. The consumer personality character variable has the biggest influence (p = 0.00; cr = 13, 019) on the decision to buy traditional food goods from MSMEs (p = 0.00; cr = 13, 019).

Abstract

This study examines the effect of organizational commitment, leadership, and compensation on employee performance. The sample in this study were 40 employees at PT Tustlog Total Solusindo in Surabaya. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of organizational commitment, leadership and compensation had an effect on employee performance, while partially leadership and compensation variables had a positive effect on employee performance, while the organizational commitment variable had no effect on employee performance at PT Trustlog Total Solusindo Surabaya. And the most dominant variable in its influence on employee performance is the leadership variable

Abstract

This study intends to conclude the level of financial literacy for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University in North Sumatra. This type of research is a description statistic. Data obtained by taking a survey of 87 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a survey. This research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 87 people. The sample selection method used is Judgement sampling. Judgement sampling is a sampling technique that is carried out based on the characteristics set against elements of the target population that are adapted to the research objectives or problems. The results of this study show that according to 5 aspects in financial literacy, there are several aspects that are structured as intermediate literacy, namely financial knowledge with a percentage of literacy of 63.4%, savings and loans with a percentage of literacy of 71.4% and insurance with a literacy rate of 75.2%. Meanwhile, another aspect that is a high instruction rate is investment with a percentage level of literacy of 84.4%.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of usefulness and convenience on the decision to use E-Money. This study uses data analysis sourced from primary data by distributing questionnaires to 8 sub-districts in the southern Surabaya area. Method The sample used in this study is cluster sampling and produced 105 samples of respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the ease and usefulness of E-Money variables influenced the decision to use E-Money, while partially the ease and usefulness of E-Money had a positive effect on the decision to use E-Money, in eight sub-districts of South Surabaya. And the most dominant variable in its influence on the decision to use E-Money is the convenience variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of internal control, organizational culture, leadership style, compensation suitability, and un-ethic behavior on fraud at the Government Institution of Malaka Sub-district. The research population was all civil servants who worked at Malaka Local Government Organization. Furthermore, the data collection technique used a purposive sampling technique. In this study, there were 153 civil servants chosen as the sample. The study used questionnaires as its research instrument and primary data. Moreover, it was quantitative research. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. According to the findings, this study concluded that internal control had a negative and significant effect on fraud. Similarly, leadership style had a significantly negative effect on fraud. However, un-ethic behavior had a positive and significant effect on fraud. On the contrary, both organizational culture and compensation suitability did not have a significant effect on fraud at the Government Institution of Malaka Sub-distric.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to apply direct cash assistance, the principle of accountability of government policies, as well as effective and efficient strategies in implementing cash transfers for communities affected by Covid-19 in villages in Ende Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The informants who were used as resource persons in this study consisted of the Head of the PMD Service, the Head of the Village Government Division, the Village Government Sector Staff, and the people who received and did not receive assistance. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique starts from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the distribution of BLT was carried out from April to December 2020 in nine distributions with a total fund of Rp. 3,600,000/KPM. Accountability of government policies starting from the planning stage to the accountability stage is in accordance with regulations and can be accounted for even though in the planning and implementation stages there are time delays. Effective and efficient strategies in the implementation of BLT consist of regulations, individual tasks, programs, ideal goals that have been implemented quite well although there are still shortcomings in their implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity, activity and leverage on firm value with profitability as a mediating variable in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sample used in this study was 10 companies with purposive sampling technique to obtain 30 data. The method used is quantitative, and then data collected is analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result show that the liquidity, activity, and leverage have no significant effect on profitability. At the same time, the liquidity and profitability have no significant effect on firm value. At the same time, activity and leverage significantly effect on firm value. At the same time, liquidity, activity, and leverage have no significant effect on firm value with profitability as a mediating variable

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the affected districts, in terms of the economy experiencing a decline due to the Coronavirus Pandemic (Covid-19). The decline in economic growth in Banyuwangi Regency in 2020 is -0.03%. One of the sectors that can be used as a focus for improvement is UMKM. Teman Usaha Rakyat will provide assistance to the perpetrators UMKM overall. Such as improving product quality, marketing innovation, encouraging UMKM go-digital order, permit processing, certificates, good narrative writing, simple design and more. The purpose of the study is to find out whether the strategy of the Teman Usaha Rakyat program already able to raise the class UMKM in Banyuwangi and provide recommendations for program improvement by Amplification Plan Monitoring and Evaluation of mentoring activities for perpetrators UMKM upgrading in Banyuwangi. This research uses the method Research and Development (RnD). The results of the statistical test of the mean difference before and after treatment in the experimental group (perpetrators UMKM) with the help of the program SPSS 19 the mean value of the pre-assistance questionnaire was obtained = 65.66 and post-mentoring questionnaires = 82.00. This means that there is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of the Teman Usaha Rakyat program.
