Abstract

Information sistems are currently widely used to optimize a conventional sistem to make it even better. Currently, Ummi Yuli's restaurant still uses a conventional ordering sistem where customers order food by filling in the purchase note with paper and looking at the food menu from the available menu list then handing it over to the receptionist where there are many deficiencies of the sistem currently used for both consumers and owners. This research was conducted to create a simple food ordering information sistem using a website that contains all data about ordering food, drinks, order status and payment to the cashier. The method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) or rapid prototyping, which is a software development process model that is classified as an incremental technique (multilevel) with an emphasis on short, short, and fast development cycles. Abstract

Promotion is the most important activity, which plays an active role in informing the benefits of a product. During this time the promotion system at MTs Nahdlotul Muslimin still uses a conventional system (old school system) by distributing brochures and posting bulletin boards at school or with banners. Based on the above case it is necessary to make a website that can help MTs Nahdlotul Muslimin to promote and share information about the services they have widely.Data collection is done by interview, observation, and literature study. The stages carried out in the study are to make a database design, user pages and administrator pages. The database is created using MySQL, the framework uses the CodeIgniterFramework and the Text Edittor Application uses Sublime Text 3.The results of the study are a website Mts Nahdlotul Muslimin School which is located at www.mtsnm-12.com The page contains data about other schools, history, vision and mission, facilities, excellent programs, online registration and the latest student data. Abstract

Until now, the covid-19 pandemic, it is not known when it will end. Meanwhile, student learning activities must be carried out. Learning through online is a method that allows it to be carried out on students. Currently, online methods are also being developed to support the student learning process. The online learning method is considered to be more effective and efficient. The effectiveness of online learning relies on several factors, namely the application used, discipline in learning and the method of delivering learning materials. With a low cost but being able to use application features to support the online learning model, it can be said to be efficient. The Microsoft Team for Education application is an application designed specifically for education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the Microsoft Team for Education application in online learning during the covid 19 pandemic. This research method used qualitative methods and distributed questionnaires to students. From the results of the questionnaire, it was found that the results of the attention aspect resulted in a percentage value of 54%, the material delivery aspect resulted in a 39% percentage value, the assignment assignment and learning assessment aspects got a 49% percentage value, the student and lecturer interaction aspects received a 57% percentage value and the student learning motivation aspect get a percentage value of 52%. These aspects have good criteria. for aspects with sufficient criteria in the aspect of participating in learning courses with a percentage value of 32%. Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin adalah sekolah swasta yang mempunyai jenjang pendidikan IT Dan MA berkolaborasi di provinsi Sumatra selatan Kabupaten OKU dengan alamat desa kurup Kecamatan Lubuk Batang. Karena Kebutuhan akan tekhnologi saat ini semakin tinggi, terutama kebutuhan akan informasi kepegawaian yang berupa pengolahan data pegawai, data jabatan, data absen, data pendidikan dan data pengembangan. Pada Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin proses pengolahan data kurang maksimal disebabkan minimnya sistem informasi sehingga kepegawaian kesulitan merekap data. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan di pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin masih menggunakan Microsoft office excel. Microsoft office excel digunakan hanya untuk mengolah data nilai dan absen saja. Sedangkan data pegawai masih di ketik menggunakan Microsoft word sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. Data–data dilperoleh dengan melakukan beberapa metode yaitu, metode interview, metode observasi, dan metode referensi. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan sistem yaitu Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Rancangan Tabel, Relasi Antar Tabel, dan Rancangan Form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem informasi Kepegawaian Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin dengan menggunakan client server yang diharapkan dapat memberi kemudahan bagi pegawai dalam mengolah input data, proses data dan pencarian data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create an easy and practical learning media that can be used in the learning and teaching process among teachers and as learning. As for the background of this writing because of the amount of time wasted when looking for textbooks at home or forgetting to put the book and not to mention having to use a lot of places to store the textbooks, textbooks also cannot be read anywhere and anytime because readers may find it difficult when carrying a lot of books to read By making a digital book at SMK Negeri 3 Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, this method uses data collection by taking data at SMK, including interviews with the student body and students. The research was conducted in March 2021. The software used to create this application is using Android Studio, CorelDRAW X4 and Reduce PDF Size. This application can display textbooks where if you click on the name of the book a softcopy will appear. and there are several books that can be used as guidelines for student learning. In this media, the writer completes it with a backsound so that the reader is more relaxed while reading.

Abstract

The Kedaton Public Health Center is a health center located in the Kedaton Peninjauan Raya sub-district, Ogan Komering Ulu district. For health services for all the people of the Kedaton sub-district, the review of the medical record data recording system still uses the manual method recorded in books.The Online-Based Medical Record Information System at the Kedaton Health Center includes the processing of Medical Records, Patient Data, Drug Data, Action Data, Doctor Data, and admin configuration, but the system built does not cover all administration in the Kedaton Public Health Center. In this study, the method used is aimed at analyzing the problems that occur at the Kedaton Public Health Center and designing a Medical Record Information System which will be implemented in the form of an online-based application.The results of the research from the application of the Medical Record Information System at the Kedaton Health Center, refer to the increased performance of the medical team, so that the process of providing health services to the community can be carried out quickly and easily.

Abstract

Desa Panai Makmur Kecamatan Semidang Aji merupakan satu dari banyak Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Semidang Aji Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Didalam layanan kependudukan terdapat permasalahan yaitu, pengelolaan data yang sudah tidak mungkin lagi menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan menemui langsung petugas, hal tersebut dianggap kurang efektif dan efisien serta juga tidak real time. Dalam hal ini memberikan ide bagi penulis untuk membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Layanan Kependudukan di Desa Panai Makmur Kecamatan Semidang Aji. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi layanan kependudukan pada Desa Panai Makmur Kecamatan Semidang Aji menggunakan PHP dan MySql yang dibuat untuk mempermudah proses pelayanan kependudukan, dengan masalah pengurusan surat keterangan domisili tempat tinggal, surat keterangan kematian, surat keterangan kurang mampu dan surat keterangan usaha. Abstract

Abstract - Internal Quality Audit (AMI) is a systematic, independent, and documented testingprocess to ensure that the implementation of activities in higher education is in accordance with procedures and the results are in accordance with standards to achieve institutional goals. Internal quality audits consist of: Document audits and field audits.Document audits are audits of the adequacy of documents at universities and SPMI documents to meet established standards. Field audits are carried out to check whether the standards set in the existing documents have been implemented properly.Document audits can be done online using a google form through a series of questions that can be submitted via a form to respondents. Respondents or auditees can show the availability of documents by attaching a softcopy file on the form. The results ofeach respondent can be seen through the results of automatic analysis on google forms which are available in the form of bar charts, pie bars, or CSV files. From the results of the existing analysis, the auditor can continue with a field audit for further checking. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with a prototyping softwaredevelopment model. The R&D method is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The result of this research is an online form containing a number of questions that are used for document audits in eachstudy program  Keywords: Audit, Quality, Online, Google Form Intisari - Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) adalah proses pengujian yang sistematik, mandiri, danterdokumentasi untuk memastikan pelaksanaan kegiatan di Perguruan Tinggi sesuai prosedur dan hasilnya telah sesuai dengan standar untuk mencapai tujuan institusi. Audit mutu internal terdiri atas: Audit dokumen dan Audit lapangan Audit dokumen merupakan audit terhadap kecukupan dokumen pada perguruan tinggi sertadokumen SPMI guna memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Audit lapangan dilaksanakan untuk memeriksa apakah standar telah ditetapkan dalam dokumen yang ada telah dilaksanakan semestinya.Audit dokumen dapat dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan google form melaluiserangkaian pertanyaan yang dapat disampaikan melalui formulir kepada para responden. Responden atau auditee dapat menujukkan ketersediaan dokumen dengan cara melampirkan softcopy file pada formulir. Respon dari masing-masing responden dapat dilihat hasilnya melalui hasil analisis otomatis pada google form yang tersedia dalam bentuk chart bar, pie bar, maupun CSV File. Dari hasil analisis yang ada, auditor dapat melanjutkan dengan audit lapangan untukpengecekan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan permodelan pengembangan perangkat lunak prototyping. Metode R&D adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut.Hasil penelitan ini adalah formulir oline yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan yang digunakan untuk audit dokumen pada masing-masing program studi. Abstract

Penyiraman tanaman pada sektor pertanian pada sistem pertanian vertikultur masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan ember atau aliran air menggunakan mesin. Proses pemyiraman tersebut membutuhkan waktu, tenaga dan rutinitas dalam penyiraman tanaman rumahan dengan sistem vertikultur. Penyiraman dengan takaran yang tidak sesuai dan waktu yang kurang tepat mengakibatkan pertumbuhan tanaman dengan sistem vertikultur tidak tumbuh secara optimal. Penyebab takaran dan waktu penyiraman tanaman sistem veltikultur yang tidak susuai dikarenakan keterbatasan sifat manusia lupa, malas dan kesibukan aktifitas manusia. Diperlukan sebuah alat yang dapat menyiram tanaman secara otomatis dan terjadwal sehingga dapat menyiram tanaman dengan waktu penyiraman yang sudah terjadwal dan volume penyiraman sudah ditentukan. Sistem penyiraman tanaman rumahan dengan sistem veltikultur secara terjadwal dan otomatis ini menggunakan hardware berupa Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno R3 yang merupakan pengontrol utama, Lcd berfungsi sebagai antarmuka pengguna dan hardware , Keypad berfungsi mengatur pilihan jadwal, Pompa Air untuk mengalirkan air, RTC DS3231 sebagai pewaktu yang memberikan waktu real, dan catu daya sebagai sumber tegangan. Dari komponen alat di atas serta software Arduino Uno yang dapat mendukung berjalannya alat, maka penyiraman tanaman rumahan dengan sistem veltikultur secara otomatis dapat berkerja sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah diatur sebelumnya.

Abstract

Abstract - Technology that is increasingly developing requires human resources to be able to keep up with its developments. Starting to think about switching from conventional to computer-based and information systems. In this case,Madrasah Aliyah Al-Azhar Center Baturaja, currently using computerized personnel data processing, but not yet in the form of a database and information system. The problem that often occurs is the slow preparation of documents or personnel data if needed at any time. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience for institutions in processing personnel data, so that the difficulties in the previous processing can be minimized.Several methods were used to obtain the required data, namely direct interviews, observations of the data that had been obtained and references with similar titles. This research resulted in a staffing information system for Madrasah Aliyah Al-Azhar Center Baturaja using Embarcadero XE2 based on Client Server. It is hoped that this system can provide convenience for agencies in processing employee data. Intisari - Teknologi yang kian berkembang mengharuskan sumber daya manusia untuk dapat mengikuti perkembanganya. Mulai berfikir untuk beralih dari yang konvensional menjadi yang berbasis komputer dan sistem informasi. Dalam hal ini Madrasah Aliyah Al-Azhar Center Baturaja pengolahan data kepegawaian saat ini telah menggunakan komputerisasi namun belum dalam bentuk database dan sistem infomasi. Masalah yang sering terjadi yakni lambannya penyiapan dokumen atau data kepegawaian jika sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan kemudahan bagi instasi dalam pengolahan data kepegawaian, sehingga kesulitan-kesulitan pada pengolahan sebelumnya dapat terminimalisasi. Beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data-data yang dibutuhkan yakni wawancara langsung, observasi terhadap data yang telah didapatkan dan referensi dengan judul serupa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi kepegawaian Madrasah Aliyah Al-Azhar Center Baturaja Menggunakan Embarcadero XE2 berbasis Client Server. Harapannya dengan adanya sistem tersebut dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi instasi dalam pengolahan data pegawai.
