Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of engagement and work creativity on improving employee performance in passenger and cargo service companies. This research has an explanatory type of research, with data collection using questionnaires and sampling techniques involving 42 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS software. Empirical results show that employee engagement does not have a significant influence on employee performance, while work creativity has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, work engagement and creativity have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This research formulates a conceptual model that focuses on engagement and creativity as factors in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to study the effect of CR. DER, ROE, ROA, NPM, EPS, and PER on stock prices. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from other parties, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of company financial statements. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, namely 21 companies. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2), multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that CR, DER, ROE, ROA, NPM, EPS, and PER have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. While CR, DER, ROA and NPM determine the negative and significant effect on stock prices, while ROE, EPS and PER have a positive and significant effect on stock prices at LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of promotions carried out by the BUMDesa BTM Wholesale Shop unit, as a wholesale sales business unit, to find out the correlation between promotions and sales, to find out how much the contribution of promotional costs influences sales results, and how big a role or influence is caused by the implementation of promotions. towards increasing sales volume. This research uses primary data from Business Unit Reports as well as direct observations of Business Unit operational activities. Using research methods with descriptive statistical techniques with Correlation Analysis Method, Determinant/Determinant Coefficient Analysis, Correlation Significance Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis Method, and Regression Coefficient Signification Test. The results of the research show that from the Correlation Analysis calculations, a positive correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.84 is obtained, which means the correlation between promotional costs and sales results is very strong and positive. From the calculation of the Determining Coefficient Analysis, it shows that the contribution of promotional activities to sales results or business income is 70.56%, which means that the contribution of promotional costs is very significant to the sales results of the business. From the Correlation Significance Test, the calculated t value is 2.684, greater than the t table of 2.353, which means the relationship between the independent variable (promotional costs) and the dependent variable (sales results) is strong and significant. And from the calculation of Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Regression Coefficient Signification Test, it is known that the t-count is 2,735, when compared with the t-table with an error rate of 5% or a confidence level of 95% and dk = 3, namely: 2,353, then the conclusion is that t-count is greater than t-table, which means there is a strong and significant influence between promotional costs and sales results.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of implementing the School Committee Fund Policy, National School Assistance Funds (BOSNAS), and Regional School Assistance Funds (BOSDA) on improving the quality of education. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. This means that data is obtained directly from the source by respondents who complete the survey. The analysis techniques used are plausibility, reliability, classical assumptions, hypotheses, and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of school committee funding policies, School Operational Assistance Funds (BOSNAS), and Regional School Operational Assistance Funds (BOSDA) will have an important plus value at the same time. time. The effect of improving the quality of education and some of each dependent variable has a significant positive effect on improving the quality of education. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of independence and audit quality on the integrity of financial reports. The independent variables in this research are independence and audit quality, while the dependent variable is the integrity of financial reports. The research method in this research is quantitative, expressed in numbers and the calculations use statistical methods with software. The population includes food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. From the calculation results, all classical assumption tests have been fulfilled. The partial research results show that independence has an effect on the integrity of financial reports with a significant value of 0.011 < 0.05 and audit quality has no effect on the integrity of financial reports with a significant value of 0.218 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the research results simultaneously show that independence and audit quality together influence the integrity of financial reports with a significant value of 0.037 < 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget in the city of Serang. Also know the influence of local original income (PAD) on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget in the city of Serang. This research uses secondary data. Data collection methods in this research are documents and literature study. The data analysis test tool uses multiple linear regression analysis, which is about the relationship between one dependent variable and more than one independent variable. Data is used using the SPSS application computer program which is then processed and conclusions are drawn for the validity of the classical assumption test data and multiple linear regression. Based on research results, economic growth does not have a significant effect on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget. Regional original income has a significant influence on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget. Economic growth, local original income (PAD) together simultaneously have a significant influence on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget. capital expenditure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of supervision and career development on the work performance of Bank BJB Serang branch employees. The research method used is the descriptive and causality method, namely a method that attempts to collect, present and analyze data so that it can provide a fairly clear picture of the object being studied, and a method that aims to examine the relationship or influence that exists between two or more variables. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. Sample determination was based on simple random sampling. Data analysis uses instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of research and statistical calculations, it is known that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 7.424 + 0.318X1 + 0.533X2. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.795, while the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.632, which means that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 63%, the rest is influenced by other factors. The calculated F value is greater than the F table (42.934 > 3.18), so it can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between Supervision and Career Development on Employee Work Performance at Bank BJB Serang Branch.
