<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Numbered Head Together model on the learning motivation of class students at SMP Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta Humbang Hasundutan district for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year is 207 people and a sample of 42 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 35 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Numbered Head Together model on the learning motivation of class students at SMP Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta Humbang Hasundutan district for the 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.482 > rtable(a=0.05,n=42) = 0.304, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable ,dk=n-2=40)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) . b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 23.3%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=22, dk denominator=n-2=42-2=40) namely 12.07 > 1.51. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a positive and significant influence of the Numbered Head Together learning Model on the learning motivation of class students at SMP Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta, Humbang Hasundutan district, for the 2023/2024 academic year is accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving emoticon sticker rewards on the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method of the pre-experimental design type in the form of "One Shot Case Study". The population was all children aged 5-6 years (group B) at the Tarutung Touch of Eternal Love Kindergarten, totaling 67 people and a sample of 18 children was determined using a non-probability sampling technique, purposive sampling type. Data was collected using a 15-item positive closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that there is an Emoticon Sticker Reward given to the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years at the Tarutung Touch of Eternal Love Kindergarten: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.588 > rtable(a=0, 05,n=18) = 0.468, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable )= 2.120, thus there is a significant relationship between variable "+1.11X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.]]>

<![CDATA[Tari Piring is a dance art from the cultural heritage of the Minangkabau tribe in West Sumatra. The design of educational media for Tari Piring aims to produce learning media as an additional literature study related to Tari Piring Minangkabau in photography. The problem encountered is the lack of learning media for Tari Piring that contains traditional movements and the meaning of these movements based on print. Therefore, the photography in this design uses stop action and long exposure techniques to depict the movements of Tari Piring. To find solutions to these problems, the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) was used. This method begins with defining the problem through data analysis and processing, followed by media design, development of initial designs to the dissemination stage. The existence of this design will produce an educational media that can be used as a learning media and additional literature study of Tari Piring and supporting the preservation of cultural heritage by designing several supporting media such as motion graphics, posters, x- banners, photocards, calendars, tumblers and stickers]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment and work motivation on work enthusiasm at the Bima District Health Service. In this research, the type of Associative research is used, namely research that is to find out the relationship between two or more variables and in this research the researcher wants to know the relationship between the non-work environment influence variables (X1), work motivation (X2), and the work enthusiasm variable (Y). The population used in the research was 84 civil servants who were at the Bima District Health Service. The sampling technique in this research was using the Purposive Sampling technique. The sampling in this research was 84 respondents. The research instrument uses a Likert scale using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis (R), determination coefficient analysis (R2), t test and f test. The results of the research show that 1) There is a significant influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment on Work Spirit in Bima District Health Service employees. 2) There is no significant influence of Work Motivation on Work Morale among employees of the Bima District Health Service. 3) Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation together have a significant effect on Work Morale among employees of the Bima District Health Service.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the scientific approach method can improve the learning outcomes of PAK and Budi Pekerti of SDN 173529 Tampahan Kab. Toba positively and significantly. This research is quantitative research. The research population sample amounted to 14 people from class VI of SD Negeri 173529 Tampahan Kab. Toba (Non Probability Sampling). The results showed that the application of the Scientific Approach method succeeded in improving the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students of SD Negeri 173529 Tampahan Toba Regency. The increase in learning outcomes is known: 1) The percentage of classes that completed learning at meeting I was 71.43% with a sufficient category, 2) The percentage of classes that completed learning at meeting II was 85.71% with a high category, 3) The percentage of classes that completed learning at meeting III was 92.86% with a very high category.]]>

<![CDATA[Telaumbanua, Santi Murni. 2023. “The Influence of Parenting Pattrens on the Formation of Christian Character in Early Childhood in PAUD GKPI Hutagalung Special Congregation for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.” Thesis: Early Childhood Christian education Study Program, Tarutung State Christian Institute. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of parenting patterns on the formation of Children’s Christian Character in PAUD GKPI Special Congregarion. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method wit regression statistics. The population is all 13 children is PAUD GKPI Special Congregation People. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 30 items. The result of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of parenting patterns on the formation of children’s Christian Character in PAUD GKPI Hutagalung Special Congregation: Analysis requirements test: positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0,649 rtabel =0,552 with high interpretation, thus it is know that there is a positive relationship between variables X dan Y. influence test: Regression equation test, the regression Y equation H0 is Ha obtained = 36,711+0,289 in this way optimal parenting patterns can improve the formation og Chirtian character for early childhood in PAUD GKPI Hutagalung Special Congregation.]]>

<![CDATA[Self-motivation is one of the main success factors whose implementation is still being questioned in various academic environments in Indonesia. This quantitative study aims to obtain information on the profile of self-motivation skills of students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and influence class level on self-motivation skills. This research involved 50 students who were positioned as research subjects. Data on self-motivation skills was collected using an integrated critical thinking skills rubik questionnaire. The data collected used descriptive statistics in the form of averages and analytical statistics in the form of Chi-Square. The results of this research inform that the self-motivation skills profile of students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is still in the low category. Furthermore, class level has a significant effect on the self-motivation skills have a significant level. Following up on the research findings at this time, the self-motivation empowerment of students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University must be further optimized through designing growth mindset plans, learning resources and self-motivation-based learning assessments.]]>

<![CDATA[GPA (Grade Point Average) is a reflection of a person's performance while at university which is described in the form of numbers. There are several factors that influence the size of a person's GPA. One factor that may have an influence is the length of study time, because studying in any form is closely related to all lecture activities that support grades. The aim of the research is in response to the desire to understand how certain factors can influence a student's academic achievement and whether there is a relationship between GPA and length of study time. The research method used is the chi-square test of independence as a statistical method and field studies for data collection and processing. The source of research data used by researchers is students from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University who were collected through questionnaires. Respondents will be given the choice of a GPA level of more than 3.5 or less than 3.5 and also the length of study time at a level below 2 hours and above 2 hours. Then the answers from the respondents have been collected, then the answers will then be processed and analyzed again to find conclusions. Thus, from the survey, the results of H0 were not rejected and it can be concluded that there is no association between GPA and length of study time.]]>

In the research we conducted, it was proven that gender does not influence the use of cigarettes and vape. , variables such as where they live and their relationships are one of the reasons they consume cigarettes or vape. The impact that smoking can have is that it can increase the risk of various diseases, including heart disease, lung cancer, impotence, etc. This research aims to look at the association between men and women and consuming cigarettes or vape. The type of research carried out uses quantitative methods. The results of the study show that there is no evidence to suggest that there is an association between men & women and consuming cigarettes or vaping.]]>

<![CDATA[Air transportation has one of the most influential punctuality factors in the world of aviation, namely On time performance (OTP) which is one of the performance assessment indicators for airline companies. There are several factors that influence the On time performance (OTP) of a flight, one of which is the boarding process, conditions at Supadio Pontianak International Airport seen from the boarding process, parking stand 7 passengers do not use the Aviobridge so passengers have to go downstairs on foot to the apron from the waiting room. to the plane or from the plane to the terminal. Where movement on the apron can cause accidents and take quite a long time. So that it influences the achievement of On time performance (OTP). In the parking stand boarding process, 5 passengers are provided with Aviobridge facilities, where the boarding process is faster than those who do not use Aviobridge/airbridge. The aim of this research is to find out the average time needed for boarding with an Aviobridge, without an Aviobridge and a comparison of the average time using an Aviobridge and without an Aviobridge at Pontianak Supadio International Airport. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, the research object is Supadio Pontianak International Airport, the data used is boarding time data for parking stands 5 and 7 during June 2023, the analysis is carried out using statistical tests and comparing the average boarding time at parking stand 5 which uses an Aviobridge and parking stand 7 which does not use an Aviobridge. As a result of this research, it was found that the calculation results of the average boarding time for parking stand 5 using an Aviobridge in one month during June 2023 were 22.56 minutes, the calculation results of the average boarding time for parking stand 7 without an Aviobridge in one month during June 2023 is 39.14 minutes and the difference in average boarding time between parking stand 5 and parking stand 7 is 16.58 minutes.]]>
